The basic underlying pathology being inflammation in the alveolar epithelium, aerosol scintigraphy assesses the rate of clearance at this level, thereby helping with early diagnosis. Aims 1. To assess the alveolar capillary permeability in dcSSc patients using Tc 99m DTPA aerosol scintigraphy. 2.
