The Next generation Internet Protocol (IPv6) brings the solution for the long predicted limitations of IPv4. But the resistance to change from IPv4 is hindering the adoption of IPv6. In Africa, IPv4 is still in use and as a result affecting the acceptance of IPv6. These research work analysed the factors affecting IPv6 adoption in Nigeria by conducting a survey for enterprise organizations to understand their deployment approach and challenges faced. Many organizations indicated insufficient technical skills, lack of training programs, cost of upgrade etc. as key factors affecting IPv6 deployment. Further investigation was conducted by some world renowned organizations based on their IPv6 deployment strategies and five key phases were discovered to be used. A simulation experiment of dual-stack and 6to4 tunneling mechanism was conducted to understand how IPv4 and IPv6 co-exist simultaneously and how the gradual transition takes place.","PeriodicalId":432109,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 2nd Advanced Information Technology, Electronic and Automation Control Conference (IAEAC)","volume":"2014 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128587581","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This method is realized by the distribution automation system (DAS), feeder monitoring unit has been deployed to acquire fault zero sequence current waveform and send the waveform to DAS master station. The locating workstation deployed on master station to get intrinsic mode function (IMF) component from zero sequence current waveform by using empirical mode decomposition (EMD) algorithm, then calculated similarity coefficient of IMF component by analyzing waveform similarity algorithm, finally located fault section according to similarity coefficient. Ensuring the stability of the ship as a difficult task has received its popularities in the community in the past few decades. However, conventional control methods such as sliding mode control (SMC) and Proportional integral derivative (PID) fail to meet the requirements of the accuracy mainly because that the conventional control methods is difficult to control the trajectory tracking precisely and unable to obtain satisfactory control performance. To tackle these issues, we propose an efficient and robust ship stabilization controller based on the Multi-dimensional Taylor Network (MTN). In this paper, for the nonlinear and strong coupling ship model, we simplify the structure by a separation strategy, then design the MTN optimal controller. The simulation results show that the proposed method outperforms the conventional control approaches and can effectively control the rolling of ships.","PeriodicalId":432109,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 2nd Advanced Information Technology, Electronic and Automation Control Conference (IAEAC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129049985","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we combine the structural property of county power network with genetic algorithm, and propose a new automatic optimization scheme for the county power network operation mode for the purpose of load balancing. By analyzing the structure of a substation, the classification is accomplished according to the main electrical wiring during the coding process, meanwhile, infeasible operation modes are eliminated, and then feasible operation mode is taken as the optimization variable. Finally, the construction scheme of the minimum load balance index of the optimal solution is adopted as the optimal solution. The example shows that the proposed algorithm not only can effectively reduce search spaces, but also with the decrease of the load balance index, the load imbalance is obviously improved, and the network loss is reduced correspondingly.","PeriodicalId":432109,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 2nd Advanced Information Technology, Electronic and Automation Control Conference (IAEAC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129288701","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This system is composed of three subsystems, which are video capture, video wide dynamic processing and video display subsystem. The images in the video are captured directly through the camera that is configured in a pattern have long exposure in odd frames and short exposure in even frames. The video data stream is buffered in DDR2 SDRAM to obtain two adjacent frames. Later, the image data fusion is completed by fusing the long exposure image with the short exposure image (pixel by pixel). The video image display subsystem can display the image through a HDMI interface. The system is designed on the platform of Lattice ECP3-70EA FPGA, and camera is the Panasonic MN34229 sensor. Then in order to be used in universal net topologies, combining with the key routing in the QKD network, the algorithm of the multiple paths scheme of key distribution we propose includes two major aspects: one is an approach which can confirm the number and the distance of the selection of paths, and the other is the strategy of stochastic paths with labels that can decrease the number of public nodes and avoid the phenomenon that the old scheme may produce loops and often get the nodes apart from the destination node father than current nodes. Because of having several advantages such as low power, high performance and elimination of global clock, asynchronous circuit and its design methodology have been paid more attention in recent years. An asynchronous design and implementation flow based on Balsa and synchronous tools has been firstly proposed in this paper, and GTECH-based optimization scheme and Black-box-based optimization scheme are embedded to reduce area and power. And then design methodology mixed with asynchronous circuit and synchronous circuit is proposed to meet the low power requirement of RFID baseband processor. Finally, our proposed RFID is carried out with an 180nm CMOS technology.
