The search for the optimal gas production regime is carried out both on the basis of laboratory experiments and on the base of computer simulation. In this regard, the relevant is the verification of the constructed mathematical models by means of comparison of numerical results with experimental data obtained on the laboratory models of a hydrocarbon reservoirs. Within the classical approach on the basis of the Darcy law and the law continuity for flows, the model is formulated that describes the passing a multicomponent gas-condensate mixture through a porous medium in the depletion mode. The numerical solution of the corresponding system of nonlinear partial differential equations is implemented on the basis of the combined use of the C++ programming language and the Maple software. Shown that the approach used provides an agreement of results of numerical simulations with experimental data on the dynamics of hydrocarbon recoverability depending on the pressure obtained at VNIIGAZ, Ukhta.","PeriodicalId":432054,"journal":{"name":"Russian Family Doctor","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125432192","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The scalar field is supposed to model dark matter surrounding some strongly gravitating object such as the centre of our Galaxy. The behaviour of timelike and null geodesics very close to the centre of such a configuration crucially depends on the type of spacetime. It turns out that a scalar field black hole, analogously to a Schwarzschild black hole, has the innermost stable circular orbit and the (unstable) photon sphere, but their radii are always less than the corresponding ones for the Schwarzschild black hole of the same mass; moreover, these radii can be arbitrarily small. In contrast, a scalar field naked singularity has neither the innermost stable circular orbit nor the photon sphere. Instead, such a configuration has a spherical shell of test particles surrounding its origin and remaining in quasistatic equilibrium all the time. We also show that the characteristic properties of null geodesics near the centres of a scalar field naked singularity and a scalar field black hole of the same mass are qualitatively different.","PeriodicalId":432054,"journal":{"name":"Russian Family Doctor","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117153757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article presents the stages of PHC development in the USSR, which was characterized by the widespread introduction of narrow specialists at the primary level of health care, which subsequently had certain negative consequences. In a number of post-Soviet countries, the principles of General medical practice (family medicine) were implemented in health care reform, but some provisions of the Alma-Ata Declaration were introduced with distortions. This has led to a lack of effective functioning of the PHC system, a shortage of General practitioners, especially in rural areas. The implementation of the main principles of the new Astana Declaration will be important for the effective implementation of health care reforms in all post-Soviet countries.","PeriodicalId":432054,"journal":{"name":"Russian Family Doctor","volume":"137 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124283715","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the most important aspects of management of patients with CHF remains to ensure adherence to treatment. The purpose of the study was to assess the effectiveness of therapy of patients with CHF with the use of a diary of self-control as a way of enhancing adherence to therapy. Materials and methods. A continuous sequential sample was used to select 40 patients with diagnosed Heart Failure II-IV FC (NYHA), who were then randomized into two groups: the follow-up group (n = 20) and the control group (n = 20). The study duration was 8 weeks. Patients of the observation group received materials on self-control (“Diary of a patient with heart failure”). For them, 3 control visits and 8 phone calls were organized once a week. The participants of the control group were observed in the usual conditions of practical health care; 3 control visits to the doctor were provided for them. The results obtained at week 8 of the study showed that the number of complaints of foot and Shin edema decreased by 2 times compared to the initial data; in the control group, the frequency of complaints did not have a positive dynamic. Conclusion. Use of a diary of self-control is the easiest method of improving adherence of patients with CHF to treatment.","PeriodicalId":432054,"journal":{"name":"Russian Family Doctor","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129015617","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
