This is foreground by experts especially when assessing the quality of education and recognizing the qualifications of graduates. The system of reproduction of qualified labor resources for enterprises and organizations of all sectors of the economy and forms of ownership in the country must adapt to institutional changes in the Russian system of higher and secondary vocational education, similar to the smart grids of modernized industrial energy systems. The legislative requirement for education as a single purposeful process of education and training, which is a socially significant benefit and is carried out in the interests of the individual, family, society and the state, accelerates the arrival of a new education in a new infrastructure with a changed body of pedagogical workers meeting the requirements of professional standards. To solve such a fundamental and complex task of a new education, a way is possible of segmentation of СТРАТЕГИЯ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ 6 changes in the system of training graduates of universities and colleges in accordance with the transformation of the economy according to changes in technological structures and ensuring the quality of design and implementation of educational programs based on professional standards. Plaksina","doi":"10.26170/po19-06-02","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26170/po19-06-02","url":null,"abstract":"The article offers an analysis of the educational activities of the teacher in the implementation of the educational field “Speech development” in a multicultural environment in preschool educational organizations in order to determine the orientation of the teaching staff at various categories of children in the group regarding the level of Russian, since Russian is the language of education the territory of the Russian Federation. The author designates three categories of children in pre-school educational organizations: children, native speakers of the Russian language; children are bilingual; children, speakers of another language, not owning the Russian language system. Observations of the implementation of educational activities by teachers are described. The article presents the results of a survey of teachers of preschool educational organizations on the problem of speech development of children of preschool age in a multicultural environment. The survey questions allow teachers to evaluate their own educational activities in this aspect and allow us to conclude that teachers themselves also realize the need to make adjustments to the technology of educational activities, to the content of the subject-developing environment, the interaction of all participants in educational relations. The author analyzes the educational activities of teachers, gives information about the shortcomings in the organization of educational activities in the implementation of various areas of the educational field “Speech development”, about possible additions in the subject-developing environment. The author draws attention to the need to adjust the child's speech development technology in a multicultural environment, which, in his opinion, should be reflected in the organization of children's activities, in the selection of methods and techniques of speech development, updating the content of interaction with the family, where the main content line is marked the need for children to develop the culture of the Russian people as a carrier of the Russian language based on the cultural values of the family of the child for whom Russian is non-native. The authors consider the promotion of the Russian language abroad as a basis for preserving historical memory. In the context of an increase in attempts to distort history and establish obsta-cles to communication between peoples of different countries, a constant search for effective means of intercultural interaction and the development of new commemorative practices is necessary. All kinds of game, design and competitive activities that are implemented on the basis of digital technologies today, such as promoting the Russian language abroad and preserving historical memory, are becoming such means today. The promotion of the Russian language, the transfer and preservation of historical knowledge provide an opportunity for intercultural exchange and understanding of the causes of peo-ple's actions, and therefore they are an effective means of developing international cooperation and international security. The implementation of the youth project “Living History” and the network cultural and educational project “Intercultural Dialogue in Russian” illustrates the expansion of the number and improvement of the means and methods of promoting the Russian language and preserving historical memory, as an important direction in shaping the youth’s consciousness in different countries internatio n-al communication and respect for citizens of other states becomes a natural and conscious quality of a per-son, which creates the conditions for international cooperation and peace on the planet. Research problem: what innovative methods can be used to promote the Russian language abroad and preserve historical memory? Purpose: to study and present the relationship between the processes of promoting the Russian language abroad and preserving historical memory, using the experience of using the project approach and digital technologies at the Ural State Pedagogical University. The methodological basis of the study is the methods of system analysis, theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, description, systematization, abstraction and others that were used to process and present information.
