Many factors cause hypertension, one of which is abnormal triglyceride levels or excessive triglyceride levels, \u0000This type of research is descriptive quantitative. conducted at the MM Dunda Limboto Regional Hospital with a total sample size of 41 with a purposive sampling technique. Using Univariate data analysis techniques, the results are presented in tabular form. \u0000Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that 31 respondents (75.6%) had triglyceride levels above normal limits (> 150mg/dl) and 10 respondents (24.4%) had normal triglyceride levels (<150mg/dl). Conducted at Toto Kabila Hospital with a total sample of 24 patients with diabetes mellitus with kidney complications. The sampling technique was total sampling. The respondents in the study were inpatients and outpatients at Boliyohuto hospital consisting of 188 respondents who were sampled using proportional random sampling with the Slovin formula to 65 respondents. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires which were then analyzed using the chi-square test. \u0000Research results of hospital marketing strategy on the interest of patient visits are P Value= 0.0 below <0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So there is an influence of hospital marketing strategy on the interest of patient visits in Boliyohuto Hospital. \u0000It can be concluded that Boliyohuto Hospital can carry out the right marketing strategy. Indonesia has a fairly high incidence with an increasing number of cases. It is estimated that there are 600,000 and 1.5 million cases of typhoid fever per year. Antibiotics are the main therapy for the treatment of typhoid fever patients. This study aims to describe the pattern of antibiotic use in typhoid fever patients in the inpatient installation of Toto Kabila Hospital in 2019. \u0000The method in this study uses descriptive statistics with the type of observational research. Data collection was carried out retrospectively. The sample was taken from the medical records of adult patients with typhoid fever who were treated at the Toto Kabila Hospital in 2019. The subject selection technique used random sampling. The subjects in this study were adult patients with typhoid fever who were treated at the Toto Kabila Hospital in 2019. The total sample obtained was 44 typhoid fever patients. \u0000The results showed that the class of antibiotics used was a third generation cephalosporin (84.1%) of the type of antibiotic ceftriaxone (72.7%) with a dose of 1 gram (72.7%) twice a day and given for 10-14 days. The informants in this study were 2 (two) IPCN people, the ER implementers consisted of the head of the ER, 1 doctor, 1 nurse, and the management, namely the head of the field of medical services. \u0000The results of the study that have been carried out regarding the comparison of the implementation of infection prevention before and during the covid-19 pandemic in Patients in the Emergency Unit of RSUD DR. M.M. Based on data from (WHO), more than 1.5 billion people or 24% of the population are infected with Soil Transmitted Helminthes (STH), Soil Transmitted Helminthes is a group of parasitic worms (Nematode class) that can causes infection in humans through contact with eggs or parasite larvae that develop in moist soil, one type of vegetable that is often contaminated by Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH) is cabbage, cabbage (Brassica olerecea) is a vegetable that is generally consumed raw because it is seen from the the texture and organoleptic of this vegetable allows it to be used as fresh vegetables. The purpose of this study was to identify the eggs of Soil Transmitted Helminthes (STH) worms in cabbage at the Telaga Regional Restaurant, Gorontalo District. \u0000Using the sedimentation method, this research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 15, using a microscope then the data is presented in tabular form and reported in percentage form using the frequency distribution formula. \u0000The results showed that from 15 samples of cabbage that were examined 1 was positive with a percentage rate of 6.67%. This is because cigarette smoke contained in tobacco is one of the substances that can interfere with the body's work and affect cholesterol metabolism in the body, damaging the walls of blood vessels so that it makes it easier for fats to stick to the walls of the blood vessels. \u0000The purpose of this study was to describe the total cholesterol levels in active smokers using the Cholesterol Oxidase Peroxsidase Aminoantypirin (CHOD-PAP) method. \u0000This research is a quantitative descriptive study using simple random sampling technique. The population in this study were 428 active smokers with a sample of 28. Sampling was carried out at the district health center, bone bolango district, and an examination was carried out at the Regional Health Laboratory Center of Gorontalo Province from 12 to 16 October using a 5010 photometer. \u0000Based on the research results found 18 respondents who who have high total cholesterol levels with a percentage of 64.3% and 10 respondents who have normal total cholesterol levels with a percentage of 35.7% and factors that can affect total cholesterol levels in smokers are genetics, age and habits of consuming high-fat foods. This study aims to determine the description of fasting blood glucose levels in hypertension patients using the high, low and normal POCT method in the working area of the East City Health Center. \u0000This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total of 33 samples. Using a glucometer. Uric acid levels in the body form crystals that accumulate and can turn into kidney stones, which will cause a person to experience impaired kidney function. One of the renal function tests is urea and creatinine. \u0000The purpose of this study was to determine the description of urea and creatinine levels in menopausal women in the Puskesmas Kota Selatan area. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The population of menopausal women was 387 people with a total sample of 20 people using a spectrophotometer. \u0000This research was processed through the IBM SPSS Statistics V25.0 program. The results of urea examination at menopause showed that the results of high urea levels were (60.0%) and normal (40.0%) as well as the results of the creatinine examination at menopause showed that the high creatinine results were (60.0%) and the normal ones were ( 40.0%). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that menopause with high urea and creatinine results is more than normal.
