The strategy promotes and supports R&D and the implementation of digital technologies at SMEs of the traditional manufacturing industries. Digital technologies include Cyber Physical Systems, Cloud Computing, Robotics, 3D-printer-technology, Smart Factories, Additive-Manufacturing, and Artificial Intelligence. The impact of digitization on the economy, on employment, and on business results of SMEs is not yet clear due to insufficient availability of business data. The methodological framework of a SWOT-Analysis might be most convenient to discuss the strength, weakness, challenges, and opportunities of the strategy and the threats on its implementation. The contribution is addressed to politicians, academics, media, startups, and managers of SMEs that are less familiar with the Industrie 4.0 strategy. While research in the broad area of smart manufacturing and its challenges in decision making encompasses a wide range of topics and methodologies, we believe this chapter provides a good snapshot of current quantitative modeling approaches, issues, and trends within the field. This issue was examined through explorative and descriptive method based on secondary and primary data. The study finds CSR as voluntarily social responsibility of the Commercial Banks. It is least priority of the Commercial Banks. Its size is least. Its trend is irregular and discontinuous. Since learning to think strategically can be understood as equivalent to learning to make strategic decisions, the first step is to define what strategic decisions are and what are the drivers that shape them. This chapter revises the different paradigms have been applied to the analysis of the complex nature of strategic decisions and the factors that influence them). The review of these explanatory frameworks for the strategic decision-making process starts with the rational-analytical model of strategy, based on strategic planning, before then reviewing and criticizing it from the perspective of the adaptive, satisficing, cultural, political and visionary strategic approaches. This chapter defines its nature and types, outlines its history and names its diverse sources. It is underlined that IO is caused by a mix of factors. Measures and tools of preventing the occurrence of information overload and mitigating its symptoms can be technological by using the capabilities of information architecture. Companies need the knowledge workers to have on a personal level to be transferred to the rest of their peers. In this way, they achieve that the best practices in the business processes are known by all employees and that is why managing this knowledge has become an important organizational goal. Currently, in the market, there are information systems that connect and coordinate the tasks of employees called business process management systems or BPMS. These technologies design the processes through modeling, which allows incorporating information and knowledge, as well as to disseminate them through the organization. The use of BPMS allows managing the knowledge within the processes, which improves the performance of the organization and adds value. This work aims to determine the connection between BPMS and knowledge management. According to Bakker, negative approach-based terms influenced organizational culture undesirably, and Luthans and Avolio claim developing a positive organizational behavior framework is a source of an organization's competitive advantage. To meet this challenge, most of them are exploring new ways of organizing work, including seeking to build on the creativity of their employees. These explorations result in the invention of new forms of coordination and cooperation. At the same time, job tasks and employment relationships have become more complex and diversified over time and need to be redefined. Organizations are also looking for ways to increase the innovative spirit of their employees and to develop organizational innovation (autonomy, versatility, development of collective actions, teamwork for example). This context contributes to the creation of new forms of employment and activities. To ensure these restructurings and these new expectations, new ways of organizing work are unfolding, which has helped to make it possible to implement fabs labs.
