Stress of working women not only impacts the mother but also the family as a whole. Stressors arise in women from the workplace and from their own homes. Stress can be caused by stressors in the home such as unexpected guests and family relations.In countries like Spain have started 4 day per week work hours in pilot basis to reduce stress and improve productivity.. This should be done universally to tackle the stress among working population predominantly females..Stress is unavoidable nowadays and the ways to tackle them is only by whole hearted connection with family and friends outside the working hours..A less stressed life of a women will bring more prosperity to the family as a whole..This is the reason stress among working women is called SILENT SERPENT.","PeriodicalId":430059,"journal":{"name":"National Journal of Community Medicine","volume":"56 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141280705","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The psychological distress of infertility, combined with the demanding nature of ART, has been widely acknowledged, yet a comprehensive examination of the psychological impacts has remained elusive. This study examined the psychological repercussions of hormonal medications used in IVF, addressing the complex interplay of hormones and their effects in each stage of the IVF process. This review followed PRISMA guidelines and included studies from PubMed, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect. A total of nine papers were collected. The findings of this study identified that depression, anxiety, mood swings, irritability, sleep disturbances, and cognitive changes were the most commonly seen medically induced psychological effects among the IVF patients. This review offers a holistic understanding of the psychological intricacies of IVF treatment, highlighting the imperative need for a more comprehensive approach to address the emotional wellbeing of individuals undergoing fertility procedures.","PeriodicalId":430059,"journal":{"name":"National Journal of Community Medicine","volume":"59 16","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141275784","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The primary objective is to provide patients with excellent medical care and positive practice. The methods are intended to increase the confidence and trustworthiness while giving them a unique and memorable experience. Digital marketing is one of the most critical marketing strategies for healthcare services. Social media, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and other powerful techniques are required to attract new patients and keep them interested in the hospital. Another strategy to encourage current patients to tell their friends about the hospital is to use patient referral programmes and word-of-mouth advertising. Implementing patient-centred services and individualized treatment is another tactical approach.","PeriodicalId":430059,"journal":{"name":"National Journal of Community Medicine","volume":"4 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141399670","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
