Therefore, the article presented is aimed at the community in general, so that through a virtual learning environment it is possible to access the information inherent to the subject and give a message of sensitization to visitors, a sense of environmental awareness, as well as having updated material available. Within the methodological mechanisms, the Weebly platform, YouTube, image design and other applications were used to strengthen the development of the web page. In the methodological field, the research was framed within the quantitative paradigm and a Google form was used for the diagnosis, which allowed determining through the survey technique aspects concerning the results of the summative evaluation of the participants of the study, in addition, interviews were applied to expert professionals, to obtain experiences regarding environmental education and their valuable contribution to enrich the knowledge of the students. The data were tabulated and presented for the generation of conclusions. At the end of the virtual teaching and learning environment, 96,8% of the students surveyed were satisfied with the results. The methodology was of qualitative approach, of bibliographic and documentary review, through essential sources such as books, articles, among others that have as a basis the implementation of recreational activities that can be executed in the content analysis. The results obtained were developed based on the review of several authors. It is enough to mention the word drug, it entails a series of debates and endless references. Currently drug consumption is considered a global problem of public health, for which it’s taken into account as one of the priority issues to be treated within government agendas. Given the aforementioned reality, the investigation was developed, whose objective was describing the influence of the Theater of the Oppressed as an intervention strategy, that prevents drug use in adolescents. For the execution of the investigation, the documentary design and the descriptive investigative level were used, through exhaustive searches in different scientific databases. The finding showed that the theater of the oppressed is a pedagogical instrument that seeks to improve communication relationships, allows the release of emotions and creates awareness. Stress is a reality that affects students manifesting itself in moderate to profound levels. Objective. To decrease the levels of academic stress in students of a Higher Education Institution located in Quito-Ecuador by means of a recreational program. Method. The research method was descriptive, hypothetical-deductive and analytical-synthetic, through a quasi-experimental design. Results. The following frequencies of initial stress levels were obtained: mild (5) with 16,7%, moderate (18) with 60% and deep (7) with 23.3% and after the recreational activities the following post-test was obtained: mild (7) with 23.3% and moderate (23) with 76,7%. Discussion and conclusions. Podcasts are digital audio recordings that are an excellent teaching and learning tool for creating and disseminating academic content. The objective of this bibliographic research is to compare educational experiences on the use of podcasts in higher education. The methodology used is hermeneutic, an exhaustive selection of articles and research papers was made that responded to the following criteria: in Spanish or English, having been published in the last 10 years, the articles must be national and international research and be focused on higher education. The following search pages and databases were used: Google Scholar, Dialnet and Scielo; using the keywords: \"ICT\", \"higher education\", \"academia\" and \"podcast\". The main findings indicated that podcast design demands from the student, planning, creativity and eloquence in what they want to express. In addition, elderly people are less likely to use digital tools, therefore, the teacher needs to become familiar with the creation of podcasts since it facilitates the understanding of academic content from different areas of knowledge. In addition, this has different points of view difficult to understand, because this term has evolved over time, allowing us to contemplate different perspectives of it, for this, we analyze redundant stages of history in terms of functionalist leisure and its evolution over time, in this case we have highlighted five periods of importance to humanity. This article was carried out through the bibliographic review of different documents. In different databases such as Scielo, Redalyc and Google Scholar, among other platforms, and we also relied on Zotero for the organization of documents and bibliographic citations, which allowed us to perform an orderly and concise work. Among our findings we can highlight how functionalist leisure has evolved over time, having different meanings according to the era in which it is developed, and how in ancient times leisure was based more on outdoor activities or in person, through the coexistence between people in their environment, But nowadays it has changed its perspective in the world, as technology has allowed many conveniences for the human being making the visualization of leisure both positive and negative for society, and in the same way the use of their free time for leisure has changed, much of society prefers the comfort of your home. The objective of this research is to design and implement a digital marketing management model that allows entrepreneurs in the canton of Ambato, province of Tungurahua; Disseminate their services through social networks and be beneficiaries of their outreach capacity. The methodology used consisted of a pre-test and an evaluation matrix of digital strategies that allowed diagnosing the management of digital marketing in tourism enterprises in the Ambato canton; to subsequently generate a digital marketing management model and, finally. The results allowed us to identify that the most used social networks are Facebook and Instagram. By applying the management model designed for each venture, it was possible to appreciate in the short term an increase in the different dimensions that were analyzed: attraction, conversion, relationship, sale and analysis. For this reason, the article focuses its attention on evaluating a recreational program of folkloric dance as a means of reducing sedentary lifestyle aimed at high school teachers of the fiscal system. The project is based on different research designs starting from the documentary, field and quasi-experimental analysis, through the application of tests directed to the teachers and the sedentary lifestyle that allowed to collect significant amounts to determine the diagnosis; As a result of these investigative analyzes, the final conclusion was reached that responds to the stated objective, which is to reduce sedentary lifestyle in teachers.
