This paper is focused on automobile industry especially in electric mobility domain. IC engines are in this market from last 100+ years and too much improvement work has been done in IC engine domain. First car powered by IC engine was made in 1885 by Karl Benzand from 1885 to present the IC engine mobility have undergone numerous process improvements and established them as a reliable mode of mobility. There are many process models available online which can be used to improve the reliability of IC engine powered mobility. In case of electric mobility there is major integration of three different domains electrical, mechanical & electronics. Electrical mobility is just 2 decade old and major developments happened in this space in last one decade. The major challenge in electric mobility domain is the change content, in IC engine mobility the if we compare one car model to another car model the change content is <25% but in case of electric mobility vs IC engine mobility the change content is >75%. Now the challenge is to manage & effectively synchronize this high change content moreover to establish the product reliability as equal or better than existing IC engine powered mobility. There are various reliability improvement models are available in electrical, mechanical and electronics domain. There is a need to integrate the reliability improvement models of electrical and electronics domain with automobile (mechanical domain) keeping automobile reliability improvement models as masters of process so that to establish product reliability in electric mobility. While achieving such objectives, the initial impetus is to be given to reduce the waste arising out of motion and transportation using both hard and soft technologies by management. Right time delivery of product is also enhanced by these strategies, however the research is still lacking in such domains in local enterprises. To check the performance of various tools and strategies in manufacturing organizations, an investigative research was considered necessary using a two-step analysis viz. the organizational imperatives and the competency analysis of the tools deployed towards improvement of former. It was noted that Robotics and Computer-aided design/ computer-aided manufacturing are being fruitfully utilized in manufacturing industry of Punjab. The analysis deployed Reliability analysis including measuring of reliability coefficient, testing of mean difference using ANOVA, descriptive testing and student t-test for the analysis of filled questionnaires. Today, many parts used in the aerospace and automotive industries and in the final processes of surgical can be finished by the EDM process. The machining parameters mainly affect the economy of process. This work emphasizes to find the optimization of machining parameters using response surface methodology (RSM)by variation of peak current, pulse time variation so that good Surface Finish (SF) can be achieved with the optimum Material Removal Rate (MRR). It was concluded that with the increasing peak current and pulseon Time (Ton), MRR increases but the surface roughness also starts to increase resulted in poor surface finish whereas with decreasing the pulse off Time (Toff), the surface finish increases but MRR starts to decrease. During the experimentation, Tool Steel-D2 was selected as work specimen with the copper electrode. Surface micrography had been done for the deep analysis to see the effect of machining on the Tool Steel-D2. But there is extensive skepticism that the plans are not going to succeed, without putting the society into extensive inconvenience. To avoid such a situation the government must expeditiously gear up to provide the alternatives, for which She has the opportunity to assess the imperatives and if necessary re-design the regulatory instrument(s) while estimating the time to ban and allied resources needed. Both the dominant applications and the limitations of alternatives have been compared and using tools like Force Field Analysis and Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) the supremacy of plastics is evaluated if it were real or a hoax. It is argued that the provisions in the existing law or act just provide for requirements and not solutions. Some of the initiatives towards combating the various ills, across a few countries have been considered and it is argued that both a regulatory and a voluntary action need be launched, both by the industry and the individuals. The provisions in such a public private partnership utilizing both the ensembles of 4R’s and innovation may be necessary to combat the menace. The examples stated help us conclude that however small the initiatives may be, but the process of Change of behavior and for 4R’s has already started, may be it is modest, but thankfully it will further the drive for swachh Bharat. With this objective the effect of mixing alumina and/or graphite in aluminium 7075 hybrid nanocomposite was studied, w.r.t stirring time variation on mechanical properties (hardness, toughness and ultimate compressive strength) and validated by Optical Microscopy (OM) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) to characterized AA7075/Al2O3/Gr hybrid composites. The impact of variation of mechanical stirring time followed by fixed ultrasonic time is investigated deploying Response surface methodology/ design of experiments. From the analysis it was observed that hardness, Ultimate compressive strength and toughness of developed nanocomposite generally improved with mechanical stirring combined with ultrasonic homogenisation, with some softness associated in case of graphite nano composited.
