Moreover, in village financial management, the village financial system or Siskeudes is part of the digitization of village government administration. Unfortunately, its application in the village that is the pilot of the Batu city government's digitization project, namely Pandanrejo village, is still experiencing problems related to the system that is still running offline. This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of village financial system management and its supporting and inhibiting factors. Descriptive qualitative is used in this type of research. The results of the study found that the implementation of village financial management through the application of siskeudes in Desa Pandanrejo was following the provisions which include planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability.  However, there are some obstacles at some stages. The planning stage is constrained by the late delivery of the indicative ceiling from the City. There is an administration stage it is explained that this stage is the responsibility of the head of financial affairs, but because the HR of the head of financial affairs of Pandanrejo Village is low, this is the background for the delegation of authority to other staff to act as admins siskeudes.  Based on this, it is necessary to develop the human resources of village officials at the administrative level in the context of digital administration. Straightening the role of women's rights in politics is extensive homework for this nation. Even in today's conditions, the representation of women in the political sphere at the beginning of the struggle was unacceptable to male politicians and the public. The literature review aims to rethink the relationship between women's political rights, digital safety skills, and general elections. All three have a common thread for measuring the existence of women in the political realm. This condition can be seen from the role of women as political actors who run for office, as well as women as owners of voting rights in general elections. Both can be viewed as subjects and objects in general elections to restore the spirit of democracy in Indonesia. The answer to the above problems is establishing digital safety as a digital literacy ecology. Various strategies were implemented in an effort to reduce poverty, including utilizing economic resources ement of social resources as a new form of actor involvement in the quadruple helix model in handling local poverty problems. This method is a qualitative research paradigm is an approach used in the process of collecting data related to the involvement of social resources in social security to reduce local poverty rates. Data were analyzed interactively and triangulation was used to obtain validity. This article is the result of research on poverty management in rural communities. The high poverty gap between urban and rural communities encourages this research to be carried out. The multidimensional causes of poverty encourage a paradigm shift in handling, namely by involving multi actors through the quadruple helix model to build communalism and social resilience. The results of this study indicate that the social spirit generated from social institutions can be used as the glue for communalism in poverty reduction, so that it becomes a helix in government efforts to reduce poverty. Social togetherness as a form of solidarity from community groups present in the behavior and actions of groups is a social resource that is capable of creating community social resilience so that it can move togetherness in handling local poverty problems. to stimulate the income of poor groups of people. The goal of this paper is to encourage different policies that try to solve racial conflicts, especially through education as a preventive measure to raise a generation with a lot of knowledge and a lot of patience. This paper reviews various alternative efforts to eliminate the issue of racism among ethnic Chinese. This review finds that reconciliation can be achieved through education and other methods. It is also demonstrates that efforts have been made by the government to initiate anti-racism education as part of the conflict resolution process. Nevertheless, this implementation is a long way from being adequate or successful.
