It is now remarkable to make use of AI for detection as well as prediction of pandemics that are extremely large in nature. Coronavirus pandemic of 2019 (COVID-19) began in Wuhan, China and caused the deaths of 175,694 deaths around the world, while the number of active patients stands at 254,4792 patients around the world. In Pakistan, from January 2020 March 2021, there have been 658,132 positive cases, 603,512 recovered cases of COVID-19 with 16,208 deaths, reported by world health organization. Nonetheless, the quick and exponential increase in COVID-19 patients has made it necessary that quick and efficient predictions be made in terms of the possible outcomes with respect to the patient for the sake of suitable treatment by making use of AI techniques. A fine-tuned random forest model has been proposed by this paper, which has been given a boost by AdaBoost algorithm. The COVID-19 patient’s health, geographical area, gender, and marital status are used for the prediction of severity in terms of cases as well as possible outcomes, either recovery or no recovery (i.e. death). The model is 90% accurate and has a 0.76 F1 Score on the set of data used. Analysis of data shows a positive correlation with respect to the gender of patient, and death. This research work has been conducted to analyze the macroeconomic effects of the COVID 19 in the context of Pakistan. The impact ECON Supply Chain (IESC) Computable general equilibrium (CGE) Model which was formulated by Walmsley and Minor (2016) has been employed so that the supply chain effects of many of Pakistan’s government policies in response to the coronavirus pandemic can be assessed. An 8% shock was given to 11 sectors of the economy and a 5% shock was given to electricity. Lastly, the impact of these shocks on all 31 sectors of the economy that are included in the model was assessed. Results discovered that there was a decline in real GDP, real exports, real imports, and per capita utility from private expenditure, meanwhile, terms of trade and regional household income increased. This study also illuminated that during pandemic goods market prices increased for 16 sectors while supply price of commodities decreased for 15 sectors. Based on the empirical findings, some relevant policy implications are suggested to overcome the pandemic. Internal classification of onomastic phraseology is provided for this purpose and the criteria for designation of phytonymic phraseology are determined. Such a system of markers embraces lexical units that are more or less connected with the plant world, as well as words denoting the species of plants. Phytonymic phraseologies were selected from relevant lexicographic sources and grouped on the basis of materials of Azerbaijani and English languages. The research shows that phytonymic phraseology forms an independent group in the onomastic phraseology of each language. The characteristics of the development of phytonomic phraseology by species and type names were studied and high frequency of some species’ names in phytonomic phraseology was found out. The article also addresses the issues over adequacy and equivalence of phytonomic phraseology of diferent-system languages. The study in this area indicates considerable role of phytonomic phraseology in the verbalization of national-cultural indicators. Present study aimed to explore the effects of job insecurity on job performance. It was further aimed to find out the role of work engagement as a mediator among bank employees. To advance our line of theoretical reasoning, we elicit responses from a total of Four hundred 400 employees (Male= 331, Females=69) working in different banks aged between 22 to 44 years randomly selected bankers in 15 Public and private banks from two Pakistani cities. Job insecurity scale by Francis & Barling. (2005), Work engagement by Schaufeli et al. (2006) and Job performance scale by Bright (2007) were used to collect data. Findings indicated the significant negative impact of job insecurity on job performance and work engagement. Furthermore, mediation Analysis through hierarchical regression analysis revealed that work engagement shows significant mediating role with job performance and job insecurity. No significant difference was shown with demographic variables such as gender, age, and years of work experience. Purpose of the study: Due to the rapid increase of COVID-19 cases, it has become challenging for the entire world to identify and treat infected patients at existing hospitals. In order to stop the spread of COVID-19, diseased persons need to be isolated for treatment. Hence, there is an enormous necessity to identify, monitor, and isolate patients to analyze their current situation and improve diagnostic accuracy to prevent more spread and deaths. ii. Methodology: Providentially, the recent advances in Information and communications technology (ICT) like the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) bring us opportunities to win the battle against the COVID-19 crisis. The exploratory research distributes practical assistance to the researcher for the rudimentary work. In this study, the exploratory research method was executed to explore the existing literature intensively and recognize the COVID-19 affected patients’ issues or challenges. iii. Main Findings: A new approach of IoMT-based E-Health has been designed and proposed for affected patient’s treatment in real-time. IoMT based E-Health model venture a prodigious promise to treat isolated patients where it applies existing technologies to increase quality control and access to patient healthcare centers in this COVID-19 pandemic effectively. iv. Applications of this study: IoMT-based E-Health involves significant components to track, identify, monitor, manage, store, and analyze patient information for the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. With the help of the proposed approach, existing hospitals and healthcare centers can manage many infected patients, suggest treatment, and respond quickly according to their emergency alerts. v. With the addition of some observations that contribute to leaving a good impact for the purpose of seeking to develop the concept of engineering for workers. As the results were relied upon to conduct analyzes through SPSS statistical analysis program on the 350 employees in the company. The results indicated a set of concepts and indications, the most important of which are the application of the engineering concept was present in the company at a rate of 60% and the existence of a direct relationship between the dimensions of business process re-engineering and the level of job performance. The purpose of the research See the relationship between HR aspects, such as teamwork, management competency, organizational structure, IT and efficient communication for achieve beneficial outcomes by reducing costs, time and increasing productivity for determining the level of business process re-engineering in the south refineries company, southern Iraq.
