First, the vibration signal is decomposed by Ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD), and a series of intrinsic mode functions (IMF) are obtained. Then, the correlation coefficient between the IMF components and the original signal is calculated, and the effective IMF components are identified by the correlation coefficient significance test. In the end, Hilbert transform (HT) method is used to analyze the effective IMF components, and the purpose of extracting the feature frequency is achieved. The TOC part is designed to enable the time optimization. Unfortunately, it is well known that the classical TOC is not robust with respect to the system uncertainties and measurement noises. Therefore, we proposed the method to solve the drawback of TOC. In the method, when the error is small to a certain level, it will switches to the PID part to overcome the chatter problem caused by the TOC. Therefore, a method to design hybrid LEO constellation for communication and strengthen the capability of navigation is proposed in this paper, which takes coverage capability and precession into consideration. Firstly, the methods of selection of constellation parameters, such as altitude, inclination, and number of satellites are proposed. Then, the coverage of polar and Walker constellation are analyzed. Finally, two constellations are simulated to validate the proposed methods. The hybrid LEO constellation designed can not only be used for communication and strengthen the capability of navigation, but also has a good compatibility. With the advantages of small size, low power consumption and low cost, ADS-B is easy to be integrated and applied on small UAVs, providing precise cooperative information for UAVs to perform sense and avoid tasks. In this paper, the program of cooperative sense and avoid system based on ADS-B is proposed and an experimental platform is set up. Moreover, the closed-loop rapid-exploring random tree (CL-RRT) algorithm is applied in this system. Both the experiment and simulation results show that by the CL-RRT algorithm UAVs can effectively avoid the intruder with real ADS-B data. Lastly, A* algorithm was promoted and the planned route was smoothing processed. Simulation results show that the planned route can achieve terrain avoidance and threat avoidance by using blind space effectively. In order to improve the security of the planned path, a path allocation method is designed. To improve the dynamic performance, the true rate is modeled by an autoregressive (AR) model instead of a random walk. According to the analysis results of the Allan variance, the measurement model is simplified and a mathematical model is established. Based on this model, a novel Kalman filter (KF) with modified estimation process for combining outputs of a gyroscope array is designed. The performance and the affect factors of the gyro array are analyzed by using a steady-state covariance. The experimental results indicate that the RMSE of the gyroscopes can be reduced from 0.4925 deg/s to 0.0034 deg/s by an array composed of six gyroscopes in static test. In this paper, the effect of steady and variable speed control system is analyzed from structure, principle and simulation, according to the characteristics of phase-locked loop control technology. In order to improve the integration of system, the hardware circuit is achieved by FPGA, and correctness is proved on the basis of the running status of motor. Results show that phase-locked loop control system designed by FPGA can realize high precision steady speed control under 0.4 per thousand, in the condition of output frequency between 600Hz and 800Hz. When speed slope don't exceed 20Hz/s, the system can obtain smooth variable speed control, and track the input signal changes precisely. By combining the input-output linearization technology and the nonlinear time-varying tool, a distributed sliding-mode formation controller is derived guaranteeing that the multiple PVTOL aircraft come into a desired stationary formation shape with the velocities and the roll angle convergent to zero. The formation errors are showed to be asymptotically convergent to zero.
