Iklan dengan tagline “Orang Pintar Minum Tolak Angin”, sejak ditayangkan di televisi 2000 ini telah menanamkan persepsi kepada masyarakat. Jamu Tolak Angin yang diproduksi oleh PT Sidomuncul ini merupakan salah satu produk obat herbal berupa cairan untuk mengatasi masuk angin. Selanjutnya ada beberapa produk lain serupa misalnya Bintang Toejoeh Masuk Angin dari Deltomed adalah jamu Tolak Angin berupa kaplet. Salah satu tagline yang digunakan oleh Bintang Toejoeh Masuk Angin adalah “wes, ewes-ewes bablas angine”. Tahun 2012 PT Bintang Toejoeh juga mengiklankan produk herbal berupa tablet dengan BTMA (Bintang Toejoeh Masuk Angin) dengan tagline “orang bejo minum Bintang Toejoeh Masuk Angin ”. Salah satu kalimat Butet Kertarajasa dalam iklan tersebut adalah “Orang bejo lebih untung dari orang pintar”. Kalimat pada “Orang bejo lebih untung dari orang pintar” menyinggung iklan pada kalimat “Orang Pintar Minum Tolak Angin” di digunakan PT Sidomuncul. Adapun obyek penelitian penelitian ini adalah ibu wali murid SDN 1 Kupang Teba teluk Betung Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat pengumpul data berupa kuisioner, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Responden dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga dari keseluruhan populasi menjadi sampel penelitian. President Soekarno disappointment on the implementation parliamentary democracy was state in his spech which titled “Menyelematkan Republik Proklamasi” on febuary 21st 1957, Soekarno gave an idea named President Concept. It said that the experienced during 11 years with liberal or was not suitable with Indonesian personality. Because liberal democracy is import from the west. And in this sistem there is a known term about opposition. This term makes Indonesia suffered because it translate into contra with all goverment policy. The proper kabinet for Indonesia is gotong royong kabinet which consist off all people element, not like kabinet in parliamentary democracy. In his previous speech at general meeting “Merah Putih” Soekarno gaven a clue and tell his ambition to take a part to the goverment before constituent assembly finishe the new constitution. Soekarno also said that he will give the consept which is possible for him to take part in goverment although Indonesia still used parliamentary democracy. Beside the dissapointment of implementation liberal or parliamentary democracy, he also dissapointed because his position as President is only symbol. As we know that indonesia goverment sistem has change on november 14th November 1945 from presidentialism in to parliamentary sistem, as an effort to show Soekarno-Hatta goverment is not a japan puppet. And the impact the position Soekarno as president changed not as a head of goverment but as a head of state. The position head of goverment is in prime minister. Newspaper as a form of mass media used to interpret and reassemble the complex facts of reality into a meaningful story which can be understood by audiences. One of the main events that have been constructed in advance is a political event. Political coverage has dimensions of public opinion formation (public opinion) because it could affect the political achievement of political actors. The formation of public opinion in Lampung Provincial General Election also takes place during the campaign before the vote (1-7 November 2014). The news was reported by Lampung Post Daily Newspaper, Tribun Lampung Daily Newspaper and Radar Lampung Daily Newspaper. This study uses a quantitative approach with content analysis method (content analysis). As a result, the Tribune Lampung Daily Newspaper has higher values in reporting the news’ factuality and impartiality principles. The approach in the research is quantitative approach, this approach to the primary use strategy for research using a questionnaire survey data collection. Respondents in this research are 67 people, the sample in this experiment using purposive sampling techniques. An analysis of the data used in this research using percentage technique and factor analysis. Research shows: (1) Many fishermen in Kota Karang Raya village have children more than three. The number of dependents while a minimum income as fishers make their family needs not enough, especially the need for education of the children. (2) On the variables of Bina Lingkungan for knowledge program, the purpose of Bina Lingkungan, benefits of Bina Lingkungan and accuracy of targets of Bina Lingkungan, the results is very effective. While on the variables of socialization and monitoring of Bina Lingkungan the results really ineffective. Overall, research on the effectiveness of the Bina Lingkungan program in Kota Karang Raya fishermen community can be concluded quite effective, because the calculation on the effectiveness of the results 77,31 %. In accordance with Litbang Depdagri the value of this percentage included in the category of quite effective. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is data intensity (frequency) for both that are still in the form of conflict or potential conflict that has occurred in Tanggamus in 2014. The results of this study indicate that (1) Tanggamus have a fairly wide area coverage from one region to another. The condition can be an opportunity or obstacle, even can also be a threat to the welfare of society. To that end, the provision of physical and non-physical infrastructure that is easily accessible/used by the public should be of particular concern for the stakesholders in Tanggamus. (2) Regarding to social conflict in Tanggamus, when referring to the data in the previous year (2014), showed that Tanggamus has the potential conflicts that quite alarming when it is not carried out a series of efforts to prevent conflict. The results of the identification of the data shows that there are 22 regions with the potential for conflict in this region. and; (3) There are variations in the background there is the potential for social conflict in Tanggamus, based on the field/category of potential conflict, it appears that at every district has a distinctive pattern.
