The method used is by providing training. The results of this community service activity show that before the socialization was carried out, only around 40.7% of the community had knowledge of marketing techniques, whereas after the socialization was carried out, 85% had knowledge of marketing techniques. Most participants understood and were able to apply marketing techniques well. This activity ran smoothly and received a very positive response from the participants who enthusiastically participated in the event from start to finish and actively discussed issues surrounding marketing strategies for processed forest products in the community of Pasar Rawa Village, Gebang District, Langkat Regency. The regulations related to the KKOP must involve the community and related government employees to be implemented optimally. This is done to avoid the cause of aircraft accidents in the airport flight area. Therefore, awareness activities related to KKOP rules need to be carried out to the community and relevant local government employees. KKOP socialization in Durian Village which is directly adjacent to Kualanamu International Airport in Deli Serdang has been carried out by Medan Aviation Polytechnic lecturers through community service programs. The airport was chosen because it is the fourth largest airport with an area of 1,650 ha and is among the top 10 busiest airports in Indonesia. KKOP socialization materials include descriptions related to community activities that are contrary to KKOP rules. In addition, the elaboration of binding legal aspects related to KKOP was also conveyed in socialization activities. Thus, the rules related to KKOP are expected to be obeyed by the community around the airport. However, Jelly Kelapa Kampung MSME business owners are still minimal in knowledge and mechanisms for making Business Identification Numbers (NIB) through Online Single Submission (OSS). This training activity aims to solve these problems by introducing, increasing knowledge, and assisting MSME owners Jelly Kelapa Kampung in making NIB through the OSS web. The implementation method used has 3 stages, namely socialization, training, and mentoring. The implementation of activities includes the submission of theory, making business licenses, and submitting business legality letters. The result of this activity is that the owner of Jelly Kelapa Kampung MSMEs shows increased knowledge about business legality and business registration into the OSS institution. Selama ini ampas industri pembuatan susu kedelai hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ternak dengan harga yang sangat rendah.
