The proposed solution consists in determination of LOS component instantaneous frequency and correction algorithm based on statistical properties of the signal. Wireless sensors measuring physiological parameters like pulse, ECG, blood pressure or temperature would increase patient safety during a measurement. Beside and rather more interesting is the transmission of MRI sensor data. Patients benefit from higher comfort in the magnet and faster preparation for a measurement procedure. The wireless channels in an MRI device are not well studied at present. In this paper we give a first overview of the available antenna configurations for wireless links and summarize published results. As an MRI device is located in a shielded chamber, the frequency range for a transmission can be chosen freely above the resonance frequencies of the nuclei. The antenna is suitable for GSM 1800 operated at 1710-1785 MHz and 1805-1880 MHz. This suggested antenna is designed as a 101.3 mm wide, 159.172 mm long and 1.524 mm thick structure that is optimized for performance on the human body. The antenna was tested with a human user wearing it. The paper presents an inexpensive replacement for Vector Network Analyser normally used to determine the resonator's Q-factor. There are unusual peaks (extremums) on characteristic curves of waveguide and scatterer structures. These electrodynamical characteristics are differ from such ones when the structures are made of lossless or low-loss materials. The complex longitudinal propagation constant of the main mode of open SiC waveguide at the temperature 1800°C and several waveguide radii from 1.6 mm till 3.2 mm are demonstrated here. We see that for some radii of waveguides are extremums of phase and attenuation constants. The extremums' frequency is dependent on the waveguide radius. The ones are shifted to the low frequency with increasing of radius. We show here dependences of absorbed powers of incident microwave by a multilayered cylinder with a radius 2 mm. The cylinder consists of a conductor core that is coated by the twenty four lossy n-Si semiconductor and acrylic-glass alternative layers. Here is presented characteristics of multilayered cylinder with the external acrylic-glass layer. The dispersion dependency of semiconductor loss is taken into account here. The thickness of all layers as well as the radius of the conductor core are the same and equal to 0.08 mm. We have compared absorbed power dependences on the microwave polarization and the n-Si specific resistivity. An improved biasing circuit for floating bulk has been proposed. Two DC to 30 GHz CMOS T/R switches have been fabricated and measured in a 130 nm CMOS process. The regular switch has an insertion loss of 3.6 dB and an isolation of 28 dB up to 30 GHz while the floating bulk switch has an insertion loss of 2.8 dB and an isolation of 19 dB up to 30 GHz. The chip sizes are only 0.01 mm2. Local Oscillator Subsystem uses the set of sensitive microwave components, essential for frequency multiplication from K/Ka Bands to 480/1910GHz. The paper presents the methods of biasing of the LOU independent microwave amplifiers and diodes. The special care at the design phase was given to different methods of protection against wrong biasing of such components. Our algorithm allows analyzing the very high waveguide losses. Dispersion characteristics of p-Ge with two component hole charge carriers waveguide are calculated when the ratio of heavy holes' concentration in the material is equal to 25%, 50% and 75% of the total free carrier concentration. Dispersion characteristics of the main helicon and eight higher helicon modes are presented here. There are the degeneration and the transformation of higher hybrid modes at some heavy holes' concentrations. UST is proposed as an alternative to multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) techniques.
