Through a four-stage humanistic investigation process, using focus interviews, literature analysis, expert opinions, field investigations, patent search analysis, context, and decision analysis processes, it is proposed to use plants around the wetland as production products to develop manufacturing, electricity, and gas supply possibility of business and construction products as the main product. The related aquatic plants are developed and utilized in the Republic of China patents, namely, watery plants> root-floating plants> floating water plants> submerged water plants. Among them, the water-protruding plants are fibrous. It is most characterized in textiles, papermaking, board, furniture, etc., followed by biological nutrient solutions or extracts used for fertilization, control, or beauty. Therefore, it is still possible to reuse the wetland plants to develop related innovative products. Provide sustainable management of decontamination constructed wetland as a reference for wise use. Three races of avocado are recognized: the Mexican race (Persea americana var. drymifolia), the Guatemalan race (Persea americana var. guatemaltensis) and the Antillean race (Persea americana var. americana). The state of Nuevo León is part of the primary center of origin for P. americana var. drymifolia, where the varieties used have been selected by the producers based on their production, quality and size of the fruit. These cultivars are grafted trees with genotypes of interest called “Improved Creole Varieties”. In this study, some characteristics of a group of these varieties are presented. Collection of the fruits for their characterization was carried out in commercial Creole avocado orchards under irrigation conditions in the municipalities of Aramberri and Zaragoza in the southern region and in Sabinas Hidalgo and Bustamante in the northern region of the state of Nuevo León. A duplicate sample of ripe avocado fruits of ten genotypes was evaluated. The following characteristics of ripe fruits were determined: total oil content, fruit and seed weight, fruit shape, skin and pulp color when ripe, skin appearance and texture, etc. A great diversity was detected in the characteristics evaluated in the improved native varieties of avocado, highlighting the importance in its preservation and use of the diversity of Creole avocados cultivated in Nuevo León. In the case of the municipality of Naucalpan, in the State of Mexico, the requests for endowments and restitution of land began in 1917. It was during the 1920s when the land began to be distributed to the peasants, but the water did not reach the ejidal lands. The large haciendas (estates) were able to conserve the use of water resources by having legal license to do so. This article exposes the struggle of the peasants of Naucalpan to obtain irrigation water from the Hondo River, the main source of water in this area. The matter was partially resolved in the 1930s thanks to the Regulation of this river, although its implementation had many complications by the fraccionistas (persons who buy sections of the estates) of the old haciendas. Throughout the 1930s, the distribution of water was carried out, after almost ten years of a tense situation between the ejidatarios (ejido members) and the large properties. Cluster networks or leagues have already proven their efficiency in reaching high levels of competitiveness and productivity in certain territorial systems, but given the characteristics of some developing regions, and in particular considering Chaco Austral Region in Argentina, it is important to generate a or model that catalyzes, through current resources, a transition towards change or improvement of the agro-industrial matrix from the point of view of bioeconomy, and therefore also towards a sustainable development of this territory, and necessarily that serves as model to apply in other territories with similar characteristics. Dispersion mechanisms turn out to be an essential factor in the natural distribution of plant species and in the mobilization and exchange of genetic material within and outside populations. The objective of this research was to analyze the interaction that the native wildlife in the Tamaulipas scrub has with the fruit of one of the species of the “Chapote” plant species (Diospyros texana) and its contribution to the dispersal of seeds. The research was carried out at the Experimental Campus of the Faculty of Forest Sciences of the UANL, Mexico, located in the municipality of Linares, NL, Mexico, during the month of July and August 2019. The method used was by means of photo-trapping to monitor the fauna that interacts with the species in question. It was possible to conclude that the average distance of distribution of excreta with seeds of Diospyrus texana was three meters. Some members of the wild fauna of mammals present in the vegetation of the Tamulipec scrub were white-tailed rabbit (Sylvilagus floridanus), gray squirrel (Sciurus aureogaster), raccoon (Procyon lotor), armadillo (Dasypus novemcinctus) and coyote (Canis latrans); they feed on the fruits of Diospyrus texana and thus act as dispersers of its seeds. The experiments were conducted in a chamber with a volume of 1 m3 (1´1´1 m3) without ventilation or under mechanical ventilation (6 m3/h). There were four different types of traditional and aromatic incense in terms of length (in centimeter) and color, including 27.0 cm (traditional Inc1 - yellow), 21.5 cm (aromatic Inc2 - brown), 30.0 cm (aromatic Inc3 - dark yellow) and 19.0 cm (traditional Inc4- dark red color). The incence was placed and lighted at 0.5 m in height inside of the chamber. PM10 and PM2.5 were directly monitored in the whole process of incense burning using Air Quality Detector (GM8803 and SIBATA - LD-5R) at the same position of 0.5m in height. VOCs was measured by chromatography at three different periods, i.e., before the incense was lighted, during the process of burning, and after the incense burned out. Study results showed that the variation of PM concentrations was separated into three phases: (p1) PM concentrations quickly increased within 15 minutes after being lighted, (p2) PM concentrations were stable from 20 minutes to 35 minutes, (p3) PM concentrations decreased gradually. The maxinum concentrations of PM10 without ventilation for Inc1, Inc2, Inc3, Inc4 were 2138, 2293, 2259, 2210 µg/m3, respectively; and they decreased about 40-70% under ventilation. The maxinum PM2.5 concentrations were about 870-1210 µg/m3 under ventilation or without ventilation. VOCs ended up no Benzen emissions with all the types of experimental incense. Inc1 emitted HCHO concentrations from 4.8 ppm to 5.4 ppm, which was one of the two types containing highest concentrations of Formaldehyde. Meanwhile, Inc3 emitted the lowest VOCs concentrations among the three remaining types, and no Toluen was detected, which showed the optimum effect of clean incense in comparison with traditional one. The data used in this paper was obtained from the 2.5°×2.5°NCEP reanalysis dataset, conventional observation data and FY-2C2D satellite images. Starting from the large-scale circulation situation, analyze the physical mechanism of the heavy rain in Heilongjiang Province and the characteristics of satellite images. The results show that typhoon HAITANG degenerates into a low pressure system that carries lots of warm and humid air northward, which is combined with the cold air in the north. Heilongjiang Province is affected by the interaction of warm and cold air. The large value area of water vapor convergence overlaps with the center of pressure and moves northeast with it. At the same time, the water vapor convergence gradient is relatively large, which is a good corresponding relationship with the appearance of heavy rainfall areas. The low-level convergent and high-level divergent circulation conditions are conducive to the maintenance of low-level ascending movement and provide favorable conditions for the occurrence of heavy rainstorms. Heavy rainstorms mainly occur in areas where the cloud system is thicker and densely structured, where the upward movement is relatively strong.
