Collaborative filtering (CF) is one of the most well-known and successful techniques to generate recommendations. However, CF suffers from an inherent issue that does not think over the auxiliary information such as item content information. This paper proposes an approach to combine the similarity of auxiliary information with the similarity of items based on user-item ratings. Specifically, due to the high dimensions and linear correlation of the auxiliary information, this paper uses Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to reduce the dimension to improve the predictive accuracy. In addition, Pearson correlation is better than the Euclidean distance as the similarity measurement to predict accuracy of preference value through the analysis of the different experimental results. The exact Green's function of the grounded dielectric slab is used to derive an electric field integral equation for the unknown current distribution on the circular disc. Thus, surface waves as well as space wave radiation are included in the formulation. London's equations and the two-fluid model of Gorter and Casimir are used in the calculation of the complex surface impedance of the superconducting circular disc. Galerkin's method is then applied to solve the integral equation where the TM and TE modes of cylindrical cavity with magnetic side walls are used in the expansion of the disk current. Numerical results are found to be in good agreement with the theoretical and experimental data available in the literature. For this purpose, three kinds of this latest have been employed (injection of active power, injection of reactive power and injection of both powers together). Then, a new optimization technique known as: Bat Algorithm is employed using the Total Active Power Losses as a performance index. Investigation was carried out on the standard 33, 69 buses test feeders. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and the robustness of the proposed methodology. Currently, new technologies, such as Brain Computer Interfaces (BCI), allow the performing of this kind of tasks and integrate disabled people in society, by using their cerebral activity. BCI is a direct communication between the computer and the human brain, without resorting to conventional pathways. BCI allows users to perform different tasks, such as domotic appliances, games, robots, and more. The aim objective of this paper is to develop synchronous based BCI to control domotic appliances extracting features from eventual P300 wave. Three healthy subjects were involved in this study and the results had shown a good interaction between the system and the users, with a 88.66% accuracy. The main objective of this study is to determine the optimal placement and size so that the maximum annual benefit due to peak power and reduce energy loss, compared to the cost of installation be minimal. So it is necessary to use optimization techniques that we used the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm to solve this problem. In this work, anew approach proposed to reconstruct the I-V characteristic of a PV module under various real conditions of irradiance and temperature. Based on the characterization tests data, carried out on four different PV modules technologies (monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, thin film CIS and amorphous silicon), under semi-arid environment conditions of Ghardaïa site, a developed methodology has been presented. It consists of exploiting a set of the five parameters data versus irradiance and temperature obtained via the five parameters model. The assembled data have been reconstructed via analytical and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) models, for each PV module technology. In addition, a face recognition method is used to re-identify user when lost from camera field of view.
