Our data come from patients who underwent Phadiatop test examinations in the University Hospital of Ostrava, the Department of Work and preventive medicine. As predictive variables for discriminant analysis, personal and family anamnesis, sex and age of the patient were selected and appropriately rated. These data were obtained on the spot assessment of the manifestations of atopy. Both of these anamneses were divided into four categories according to severity ranked by doctors (asthma, allergic rhinitis, eczema, and others). Evaluation was based on the test results. One of two possible values is involved there: 0 for Phadiatop test result 0 and I, or 1 for values II to VI. Both methods provide very similar results with the success rate 64% for correct classification of patients. Model was tested using a database of 274 clients. Both methods used statistically significant diseases which influence the Phadiatop test results - asthma and allergic rhinitis - in personal anamnesis.","PeriodicalId":424503,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Information and Digital Technologies","volume":"97 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125197632","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Particularly, this decoder is shown to adapt dynamically to different service scenarios, considering parameters like performance and complexity for indoor/low range outdoor operating environment (mobile speed of 4 km/h). We concentrate on physical shared channel and use pipeline turbo decoder architecture with 12 iterations. We examine two low data rates and for each one we consider the nine possible QCIs using five frame lengths. Considering BER and delay limitations for each QCI, SOVA is proposed for most of the cases for 0.5 Mbps, while either algorithm can be used for 10 Mbps and QCIs with tight BER limit.","PeriodicalId":424503,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Information and Digital Technologies","volume":"80 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114851919","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is an axiom of business that no business stands alone. The reliability of any business depends in part on the reliability of its upstream business partners. As a consequence, the level of disruption to a company's operations depends in part on the reliability of its upstream business partners. Every supply chain is composed of a network of businesses where each depends on upstream business for supplies and services. A reliability chain exists along supply chains. This paper models for improving supply chains efficiency by designing SC that is robust (i.e., perform well with respect to uncertainties in the data, such as demand) and reliable (i.e., perform well when parts of the system fail).","PeriodicalId":424503,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Information and Digital Technologies","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126481048","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Monitoring approaches have primarily focused on measuring the energy consumption of the hardware components of computing devices. The use of applications or software on our computer systems consumes energy and it also affects how various hardware components and system resources consume energy. Consequently, running web browsers applications will utilise considerable energy and battery consumption. In this research, we have run different types of experiments which involve the use of several measuring tools. Firstly, a joulemeter is used to monitor (and measure) the power consumed by the hardware and software while running web-based and stand-alone applications on several devices. Additionally, the tablet in-built battery status checker is used to measure the battery consumption when web-based applications are run on the device.","PeriodicalId":424503,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Information and Digital Technologies","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114650355","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Gait kinematics of eight children was analysed using marker-free human motion analysis system before WBV exposure and then afterwards to compare potential differences. Individual changes in gait patterns indicated immediate short-time effect on gait kinematics as the results showed significant positive changes in four here included patients. Other two patients registered positive changes, but these changes were not statistically significant. Two of the patients registered worsening of gait symmetry after exposure of WBV training unit.","PeriodicalId":424503,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Information and Digital Technologies","volume":"246 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123008539","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
