Для определения области работы были проведены аналитические исследования по уже известным технологиям переработки, описаны их основные преимущества и недостатки. В процессе анализа была определена наиболее перспективная область - непосредственное использование отхода, а именно производство строительных материалов. Были проведены экспериментальные исследования в лабораторных условиях, которые показали конкурентоспособность полученного композита относительно традиционных бетонов на основе портландцемента и выявлены возможные области применения нового материала.\u0000 This paper proposes a solution for utilization of red mud in large amounts with the prospect of creating a complete recycling cycle. In order to determine the area of work, theoretical studies of already known recycling technologies were conducted, their main advantages and disadvantages were described. In the process of analysis, the most promising area was determined - the direct use of waste, namely the production of building materials. Рассмотрены общие и частные критерии эффективности перспективных космических систем в зависимости от назначения конкретной системы (оборонного применения, гражданские, многоцелевые).\u0000 The article considers approaches to the formation of a criteria base for evaluating the effectiveness of the design of advanced space systems on the example of space systems for monitoring the Earth's gravitational field. The main requirements for creating a criteria base are formulated. The definition of the criterion and the generalized criterion of efficiency in relation to the elements of advanced space systems is given. A similar development of the CPS is shown. Особый интерес представляет оформление таких спецификаций по требованиям ГОСТ. Произведен обзор программного обеспечения, осуществляющего взаимодействие Revit c Excel зарубежных и отечественных разработчиков, выделены сильные и слабые стороны. Определены направления дальнейших разработок программ интеграции при использовании в отечественных проектных организациях - выгрузку в спецификации, соответствующие ГОСТ.\u0000 This paper introduces the concept of Building Information Modeling, examines the Revit program and its capabilities for specifications generation and integration with office applications, such as Excel. Of particular interest is the design of specifications in accordance with the requirements of GOST. There is a review of the software that interacts between Revit and Excel, strengths and weaknesses of which are highlighted. М.В. Белоус с соавторами в своей монографии «Превращение при отпуске стали» его просто не замечают в классификации четырех превращений при отпуске, хотя еще в 1925 г. П. Обергоффер, основываясь на минимуме при 400-500 °С термоЭДС пары железо-платина, писал: «Имеем ли мы здесь дело с дальнейшим превращениями в чистом железе, должны показать новые подробные исследования». В настоящей работе на основании анализа многочисленных литературных данных, а также собственных экспериментальных (металлографического исследования, рентгеноструктурного анализа, сопротивления «горячей» осадке на образцах из практически чистого железа (0,008% С)) сделана попытка обосновать превращение в железе при ~ 450 ºС. Признание превращения при данной температуре дает возможность прогнозирования аномалий свойств сталей (производного железа) на том или ином этапе термической обработки.\u0000 There is a curious situation around the temperature interval of 400-500 °C. M.V. Belous and co-authors in their monograph «Transformation during tempering of steel» simply do not notice it in the classification of the four transformations during tempering, although back in 1925. P. Oberhoffer, based on a minimum at 400-500 °C of the thermo-EDC of iron-platinum pair, wrote: «Whether we are dealing here with further transformations in pure iron, should show new detailed research». In the present work based on the analysis of numerous literature data and our own experimental data (metallographic research, X-ray analysis, resistance of «hot» precipitation on practically pure iron samples (0.008% C)) we have made an attempt to prove the iron transformation at ~ 450 ºC. В работе предложены математические модели управления региональной безопасностью , основанные на функционально-целевой технологии и теории иерархических многоуровневых систем. Модели обеспечивают формальную постановку задач и практическую реализацию процедур автоматизации структурно-алгоритмического синтеза адекватных систем информационной поддержки управленческой деятельности. Работа состоит из двух частей. В первой части рассматриваются формальные процедуры синтеза цепочек целей и действий в управлении региональной безопасностью. Во второй части обсуждаются вопросы синтеза моделей покрывающих и адекватных систем, обеспечивающих решение задач управления путем удовлетворения условий изоморфизма всех уровней их декомпозиции и функциональной организации системы.\u0000 The study is aimed to development of the mathematical apparatus for analysis and synthesis of the multi-level distributed management systems of regional security for the purpose of system adequacy enhancement under management problems complication in this field. Mathematical models for regional security management based on the functional-target technology and the theory of hierarchical multi-level systems are proposed. Models provide formalized problem statement and practical implementation of automation procedures of the structural-algorithmic synthesis of appropriate systems for information support of management activity. Our research work consists of two parts. In the first part formal procedures of the chain synthesis of goals and actions in regional security management are considered. Показано, что мультипликативная помеха низкого уровня оказывает более сильное влияние на точность измерения времени прихода, чем на точность измерения частоты полезного сигнала. Осуществлена количественная оценка влияния мультипликативной помехи на точность измерения неэнергетических параметров полезного сигнала.\u0000 The influence of fluctuating stationary multiplicative interference acting simultaneously with additive interference on the accuracy of measurement of non-energy parameters of information signals is estimated. It is shown that low-level multiplicative interference has a stronger effect on the accuracy of the arrival time measurement than on the accuracy of the useful signal frequency measurement.
