On the basis of existing approaches to the process of managing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises, modern approaches to the effectiveness of such management are considered, and its significance in modern conditions is substantiated. Competitiveness is studied as a fundamental category of the market economy, which directly affects the efficiency of the participants of the competitive environment and ensures the stability of the development of the market mechanism as a whole. The dynamics and structure of production of machine-building products in Ukraine during 2015-2022 were analyzed, its strategically important role in the country's economy was proven, despite the insignificant share of machine-building products in the total volume of industrial production and the strengthening of exports of raw materials industries. The presence of a crisis in the field of mechanical engineering has been proven, the causes of the crisis have been identified state of machine-building enterprises. The peculiarities of the functioning of the machine-building market in the conditions of military aggression were studied, the main problems and prospects of its development were determined. It was established that innovations with the help of AI in the financial sector consist in the system's ability to automate data processing and calculations, which leads to acceleration, increased efficiency and expansion of financial operations. It has been established that AI can analyze large volumes of financial data, identify complex dependencies and forecast trends, facilitating strategic decision-making and management. It is noted that the use of AI in the financial sector of Ukraine allows to increase the precision of financial analysis and optimize a wide range of routine operations, which significantly reduces the time and resources of companies due to the automation of tasks, contributes to increasing the reliability of investment decisions and the efficiency of financial processes, identifying anomalies and patterns in financial data, as well as improving the cyber security system to protect against fraud and abuse. The advantages are outlined and certain shortcomings and risks that prevent the spread and use of AI in the financial sector of Ukraine are highlighted. This concerns, first of all, issues of ethics, transparency, unfair or discriminatory use of AI, as well as issues of confidentiality and protection of personal data. It was found that AI has limited capabilities in working with unstructured data and cannot always capture human emotions and context. After studying various approaches to the concept of \"enterprise management efficiency\", the expanded interpretation of this category as a set of criteria and methods of their evaluation, which in general have a clear date of a comprehensive research study of the concept, was substantiated. The article proposed such criteria for the efficiency of industrial enterprise management as financial, production, resource, marketing, innovation, risk and social. Since different indicators have different effects and significance on the efficiency of an industrial enterprise, to evaluate the integral indicator of the efficiency of industrial enterprise management, the expert survey method was used. The creation of an integral indicator of management efficiency makes it possible, firstly, to quickly analyze and compare enterprises of the industry in terms of management efficiency. Secondly, the use of a single coefficient is a good basis for internal monitoring of the dynamics of enterprise management efficiency. The integral indicator can take values from 0 to 1. The closer this value is to one, the better is the management efficiency of the industrial enterprise. Thus, from the theoretical perspective of social innovation, this paper presents a proposal for structuring multi-selective waste collection for residential condominiums that include the design of a multi-selective waste segregation system in the form of a Center, an environmental education program to stimulate new behaviors and separation habits of residents, and the structuring of new channels for the disposal of sorted materials. The construction of the model took place collaboratively, in a multi-stakeholder approach, including researchers from various areas of knowledge, cooperatives of waste pickers, and representatives of business associations constituted to fulfill the reverse logistics of materials, managers, and residents of residential condominiums. There are conflicting views toward this growing trend. While it has been taken as a positive development in many newly emerging cities, it is increasingly perceived as a threat to the urban environment and considered as a trigger for numerous social problems, such as food shortages, increasing energy usage, global warming and deterioration of environment and urban areas. one feasible solution which can tackle this issue is vertical farming (VF). Promoting vertical farms in the cities can affect urban areas at the environmental, social and economic levels. Vertical farms do indeed have many advantages. A combination of new technologies in the fields of architecture, engineering and agriculture is needed to achieve maximum yield in this approach. therefore, this study is aimed to evaluate the advantages and possibility of vertical farming by reviewing existing and researched VF projects worldwide from 2005 to 2022. The aspects and phenomenon are derived from literature. Reverse innovation has also become a brand-new growth strategy for Multinational Corporations (MNCs) to drive innovation in developing markets and further utilize the potential profit of certain developments by consequently presenting innovation not only in other market segments, but also in developed economies, providing MNCs with global sustained development. Reverse innovation studies may be conducted by extending previous ideas on innovation, internationalization, and MNC management. Thus, this study analyzes the impact of Reverse Innovation on MNCs’ global competitiveness. This study is unique because it attempts to study the moderating role of understanding latent customer needs in developed markets. Smart PLS was utilized to analyze the impact of Reverse Innovation. The database utilized in this analysis is primarily focused on the Siemens market with interviews and information provided by business customers because of their demonstrated success as well as high level of adoption in emerging economies. The PLS-SEM technique was chosen as the primary analysis tool because it is a variance-based technique. Para chegar a esse objetivo, buscou-se (1) consolidar a definição do termo; (2) compreender as oportunidades e desafios; e (3) descrever um conjunto de boas práticas e diretrizes para a criação de femtechs. Utilizou-se o método de pesquisa Design Science para construir um artefato e prescrever soluções para aumentar a intenção empreendedora de pesquisadores da área das ciências biológicas. Os resultados são: (1) definição, femtech é uma startup de base tecnológica cujos produtos e serviços atendam às necessidades de saúde específicas das pessoas do sexo biológico feminino e tenha como ponto central de desenvolvimento das soluções a mulher. (2) desafios, questões culturais de tabu e desafios inerentes ao ato de empreender. (3) oportunidades, exploração de soluções sobre o tema e empreendedorismo feminino. O Framework proposto tem dez setores. No centro está a mulher, um indivíduo do sexo biológico feminino. O ciclo de vida da femtech é dividido em três níveis,\"olhe para dentro\", \"olhe para fora\" e \"olhe para longe\". It is addressed in the work that, since the time of mercantilism, nations have been exploited by subtracting from them all that there is of wealth, expropriating their people who remain throughout history at the height of socioeconomic problems triggered by the United Nations (UN) with its multiple variables for measuring the territories in their inequality of wealth, in the social and environmental scope. Afterwards, we see the repetition of the conquest of new territories in the modern and contemporary period by the European imperialist metropolises in favor of maintaining their own industrial revolutions in Africa and Asia, as well as the struggles for power and conquests among themselves in the interwar period, in the which was called the cold war and in the new neocolonialism of Globalization in which inequalities in the field of security are perpetuated, in which subjects are expelled from their own territories becoming political exiles in search of new horizons that can provide them with dignity. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho é sintetizar a literatura sobre Empreendedorismo Social e Inovação por meio de uma revisão sistemática da literatura (RSL), compreendendo o período de 2000 a 2019, com 23 estudos, com a utilização do software VOSviewer para identificar as tendências da literatura e categorizá-las tematicamente. Os resultados foram analisados sob duas perspectivas: descritiva e de conteúdo. O estudo justifica-se pela importância da temática dentro da academia internacional, atraindo a atenção de várias disciplinas, com destaque aos 03 “Special Volumes” vinculados a seminários internacionais de grande envergadura mundial e a tendência de citações crescentes. No que diz respeito aos resultados, observa-se uma concentração de estudos em países da América (34%), em seguida países Europeus e Asiáticos com 22% cada. A Oceânia e a África tiveram a menor participação, com 11% cada do total da amostra. Esta RSL resultou na identificação de cinco linhas de pesquisa, objetivando responder as duas questões de investigação proposta por este estudo. Especial destaque aos Sistemas Nacionais de Inovação como catalisador do processo de inovação a nível mundial.
