What society needs to pay attention to. To achieve optimal dental and oral health, regular maintenance must be carried out. Treatment can be started from paying attention to the food diet, limiting foods that contain sugar and sticky foods. Cleaning plaque and remaining food debris and brushing teeth must use techniques and methods that do not damage the tooth structure. The aim of the Dental and Oral Health PkM is to achieve changes in knowledge. Individual counseling methods are used to develop new behaviors, or to coach someone who is becoming interested in a behavior change or innovation. This individual approach is used because everyone has different problems or different reasons regarding the acceptance or new behavior. including: 1) Guidance and Counseling 2) Interviews (Interview). Circumcision or circumcision is a surgical procedure to remove the foreskin / prepuce / scalp of the penis. The purpose and benefits of this Mass Circumcision PkM is to reduce the risk of infection and even reduce the risk of penile cancer. Mass circumcising of Muslim children who are about to reach puberty in the Toraja area, Fulfilling the Prophet's Sunnah, Socializing the importance of maintaining health and cleanliness, Growing concern for others. The method used is Mass Circumcision using the smartklamp method and tubes that don't need stitches and bandages, so that the child can immediately do his activities as usual. The Klamp circumcision method was chosen because it is more comfortable for the child and has minimal pain and the participant/patient is circumcised without any complications from the circumcision procedure. Breast cancer is also the second highest cause of cancer deaths in women in Indonesia after cervical cancer. So, it is necessary to raise awareness about breast cancer and the importance of prevention and early detection efforts, in order to reduce the risk of death from the disease. The objectives obtained by carrying out this activity, namely providing information and knowledge and increasing women's awareness to take action to detect breast cancer early through breast self-examination so that they can recognize early signs of breast cancer. The method of activities carried out in this service is in the form of counseling with the lecture method using leaflet and video media. Education is proven to be effective in increasing understanding of breast cancer prevention in participants and also very enthusiastic about the material because they get new knowledge. Early learning given at school age helps in instilling awareness of the importance of cleanliness as an effort to maintain health. School-age children are a critical age group, because at that age a child is vulnerable to health problems. In addition to being vulnerable to health problems, school-age children are also in a condition that is very sensitive to stimuli so that they are easily guided, directed and instilled good habits, including clean and healthy living habits. Community service activities in Biraengng Village, Minasatene District, Pangkep Regency were carried out well in one meeting, namely on May 16 2023 which was attended by around 35 participants. Participants in this service are school-age children. This PKM aims to provide information for students about PHBS at SD Negeri Pangkep. The implementation method is carried out with counseling and simulations on how to wash hands and brush your teeth properly. The purpose of holding PkM is to increase public awareness of hypertension in order to prevent further complications and prevent an increase in the incidence of hypertension sufferers, especially in pregnant women in Bonto Kio Village, Minasatene District. The method used is the Socialization of Non-Communicable Diseases and Early Detection of Hypertension through the Community Service Team through Socialization Non-communicable diseases are diseases that cannot be transmitted from person to person, whose development progresses slowly over a long period of time (chronic) and health screening is carried out. including blood pressure, blood sugar check, cholesterol check, uric acid check, height, abdominal circumference and weight. If the screening is complete, counseling is given one by one regarding the results of the screening. The specific objectives of this program are to provide information about the importance of immunization for children, to achieve complete basic immunization coverage for infants according to village/kelurahan targets and to achieve advanced immunization targets for children under two years of age (baduta) and elementary school-age children. The method of implementing activities uses the planning stage and the implementation stage. PKM activities in the form of Health Education about Basic Immunization of Infants began with assessment and data collection of the number of families who have babies/toddlers, starting on May 8 2023. Meanwhile the counseling was carried out at Posyandu in the working area of the Minasatene Health Center in Bonto Kio Village, Minasatene District, Pangkep Regency. Children's growth can be monitored by looking at height, weight, head circumference, and other things that can be measured with certain measuring instruments. The purpose of health counseling on child growth and development is the socialization of health programs, the realization of a community with a culture of clean and healthy living, and knowing the development of children, parents will have talents, plan and develop them carefully. The method of implementing this community service is by discussion, question and answer, and weight checks on toddlers. The service was carried out in the working area of the Minasatene Health Center, Pangkep Regency with the target of mothers who have toddlers, held in May 2023. The results of the service found that community service activities have been carried out according to plan. This activity was assisted by students of S1 Nursing, D3 Midwifery and D3 Dental Nursing study programs. In the preparation stage, the team prepared facilities and infrastructure for counseling, discussion. At the implementation stage before counseling the team carried out weighing of toddlers.
