El texto inicia una larga tradición de diálogos escritos por humanistas durante ese siglo y el siguiente. El motivo de su fortuna se encuentra en la incorporación de algunos tópicos polémicos que Bruni utiliza para renovar el programa del humanismo y distanciarse de la generación de Petrarca y Salutati. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar esos tópicos para comprender el grado de innovación de la generación de Bruni, Niccoli y Bracciolini entorno a la relación entre el clasicismo y el cristianismo por un lado y a la figura del sabio por el otro.","PeriodicalId":42403,"journal":{"name":"Studia Aurea-Revista de Literatura Espanola y Teoria Literaria del Renacimiento y Siglo de Oro","volume":"171 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2021-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76256271","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Sin embargo, en el artículo se demuestra que se trata de una traducción más tardía, hecha a partir de la versión italiana de la obra (la de Mambrino Roseo da Fabriano). El análisis del manuscrito proporciona datos interesantes acerca de la pervivencia de los libros de caballerías en el siglo xviii y de los modos de difusión de este exitoso género de la narrativa áurea española más de 100 años después de sus últimas ediciones en la Península Ibérica.","PeriodicalId":42403,"journal":{"name":"Studia Aurea-Revista de Literatura Espanola y Teoria Literaria del Renacimiento y Siglo de Oro","volume":"98 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2021-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85765668","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

La mención de la figura mítica de Níobe en un fragmento del coro nupcial asume la función oratoria de un exemplum a contrario, ya que si bien exalta la fecundidad de la reina de Tebas, al mismo tiempo previene a la novia contra los riesgos de la soberbia, la impiedad y la jactancia. Para iluminar el sentido ejemplar que asume aquel personaje femenino, se examinan de cerca varios epigramas y emblemas sobre el mismo motivo, atendiendo a la advertencia moral que portan.","PeriodicalId":42403,"journal":{"name":"Studia Aurea-Revista de Literatura Espanola y Teoria Literaria del Renacimiento y Siglo de Oro","volume":"32 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2021-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76960006","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
