People will not understand the idea as is, but as it seems to them. They will associate other ideas or things which have nothing to do with the original intent of the idea's author. The method described in this paper attempts to create and use a new methodology to present any idea in such a way that it will be understood as is, eliminating as much as possible any other \"interferences\" in the transmission of the idea. This is done by breaking an idea into its elements, and placing them into the \"idea diagram\" schema, which is a diagram-based representation of the elements of an idea. This process of breaking the idea into its elements and placing them into the idea schema is extremely helpful for the author in order to verify that what he is trying to convey is actually expressed in his work, or in other words, that his idea is not lost to his audience by some wrong or unclear explanation. Ideas, once they are converted to objects that software can use, give many possibilities to software solutions. XML schemas that hold the idea, its elements, and related information or media, can be then transformed into various presentation platforms. One use of this method was on-line educational software that consisted in interactive tutorials on complex subjects. The development of \"idea mechanics\" is at its very beginning, and still requires a lot of practical implementation in order to judge its real value. Data processing requires detecting the time when signals from charged particle sensors cross thresholds with picosecond accuracy. The high speed high density data acquisition system that processes the data from the detector sensors is built around the VITA-41 VME64 switched serial (VXS) standard. The VITA-41 standard defines payload and switch slot module functions, and VITA-41 card enclosures can support up to 18 payload modules and 2 switch modules. The payload card (FADC) collects and processes data from 16 charged particle sensors with 10 or 12 bits resolutions at 250 MSPS sample rate and sends the results to the switch module for further processing. The system design targets a VITA-41 backplane that contains 2 switch slots. One switch slot receives data serially at an aggregate rate of up to 6 gigabits per second from up to 18 payload cards. The second switch slot will be used to distribute timing and synchronization signals to the payload modules. This process was performed prior to the metallization of p-type contacts, with and without transparent layer using disk-LEDs geometry. Following the rapid thermal annealing (RTA) of Ti/Al/Ti/Au, (n-contact) and Ni/Au, (p-contact), their current-voltage characteristics were analyzed. A significant increase in the p-contacts resistivity of the samples processed without a transparent layer was observed after treating with oxygen plasma for 15 s (at 0.25 mbar, and 30 W). This can be attributed to the generation of point-like defects and the donor-like nitrogen vacancies in the bare GaN-p-contact pads. A drastic change in the thermal stability of p-contact led to a significant loss in the optical output power in these devices. Furthermore, a noticeable decrease in the p-contact stability and their adhesion properties were also observed. This was mainly due to the Fermi level movement toward the conduction-band in p-GaN. Results on the comparative study of the L-I characteristics of the processed LED's, for their p-contacts treated with- and without-plasma are also discussed.
