A highly reliable and advanced ZigBee communication technique is used for the purpose. The present wired communication is more costly and not reliable due to physical factors. Its safety factors for humans cannot be predictable. A quick and reliable minimum cost system for monitoring and controlling the three-phase induction motor is prescribed in this paper. The data parameters from the motors such as like as phase currents, phase voltages, active power, reactive power, motor temperature, Motor speed, Power factor are recorded. The database from the digital signals is recorded and built to ON /OFF motor from remote location using MATLAB GUI. The motivation of this paper is to monitor and control the motor at the remote location with low cost and less time-consuming. Electrical parameters like Currents, Voltages, Power Factor, Temperature, speed are monitored using the digital controller and can be controlled using the wireless communication. To achieve this, a ZigBee prototype and an ADE7758 Energy Metering IC are interconnected which would communicate the motor parameters to ZigBee protocol which will be communicated and display on MATLAB GUI using RS232 as a serial communication. The implementation results convey that the prescribed system is of minimum hardware and data communication and also optimum cost, gives higher definite and also safe for human as it switches ON/OFF remotely.","PeriodicalId":423671,"journal":{"name":"2018 Fourth International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Electronics, Information, Communication and Bio-Informatics (AEEICB)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114447570","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Voltage stability problems arise in DFIG along with the disturbances in the grid side when such a wind farm is integrated with a grid. While following the grid codes, it becomes a concern for power system engineers to integrate the DFIG based wind farms to the grid. The paper investigates the connection of Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) for compensation of reactive power to maintain the voltage profile stable and protecting DFIG-based wind farm interconnected to power grid from disconnection prior to or after the disturbances. A system is designed for this purpose and it is simulated in MATLAB (Simulink). The results thus obtained, proves the theoretical analysis of STATCOM that mitigates the transient disturbances effect leading to the improvement in the wind farm’s stability and performance.","PeriodicalId":423671,"journal":{"name":"2018 Fourth International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Electronics, Information, Communication and Bio-Informatics (AEEICB)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115577624","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The vulnerability that has become usually exploited is thought as cross-site scripting (XSS). Cross-site Scripting (XSS) refers to client-side code injection attack whereby a malicious user will execute malicious scripts (also usually stated as a malicious payload) into a legitimate web site or web based application. XSS is amongst the foremost rampant of web based application vulnerabilities and happens once an internet based application makes use of un-validated or un-encoded user input at intervals the output it generates. In such instances, the victim is unaware that their data is being transferred from a website that he/she trusts to a different site controlled by the malicious user. In this paper we shall focus on type 1 or \"non-persistent cross-site scripting\". With non-persistent cross-site scripting, malicious code or script is embedded in a Web request, and then partially or entirely echoed (or \"reflected\") by the Web server without encoding or validation in the Web response. The malicious code or script is then executed in the client’s Web browser which could lead to several negative outcomes, such as the theft of session data and accessing sensitive data within cookies. In order for this type of cross-site scripting to be successful, a malicious user must coerce a user into clicking a link that triggers the non-persistent cross-site scripting attack. This is usually done through an email that encourages the user to click on a provided malicious link, or to visit a web site that is fraught with malicious links. In this paper it will be discussed and elaborated as to how attack surfaces related to type 1 or \"non-persistent cross-site scripting\" attack shall be reduced using secure development life cycle practices and techniques","PeriodicalId":423671,"journal":{"name":"2018 Fourth International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Electronics, Information, Communication and Bio-Informatics (AEEICB)","volume":"348 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115156718","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Adding wireless fidelity to embedded systems will open up various feasibilities such as worldwide monitoring and control, reliable data storage etc. This system comprises of wireless sensor nodes and a controller section for surveillance. Remote user alerts, live video streaming and portability are the prime features of the system. WiFi enabled IoT (Internet of Things) module processes the sensor based events and sends the sensor status to controller section. Upon receiving the event notification, the controller enables the camera for capturing the event, alerts the user via email, phone call and SMS and places the live video of event on webpage. The IoT module eliminates the need of a microcontroller and wireless transceiver module in the sensor node, thus it makes the node compact, cost effective and easy to use. The biggest advantage of the system is that the user can seek surveillance from anywhere in the world and can respond according to the situations.","PeriodicalId":423671,"journal":{"name":"2018 Fourth International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Electronics, Information, Communication and Bio-Informatics (AEEICB)","volume":"51 4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128148607","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has the capability to generate the high voltage staircase pseudo-sinusoidal waveform with less distortion and high quality. But it requires more number of Switching Components (SC) with complex PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) strategies hence the cost and size of inverter becomes high. So, in view of this authors investigated a novel asymmetrical transformerless MLI topology of fifteen level inverter is presented in this paper, with an attempt of reduction in overall device count (switches, diodes, capacitors, dc voltage sources, etc.,) compared to all existing multilevel inverters. The basic structure and operating modes of proposed MLI is explained clearly. It requires seven power switches (IGBT), three diodes and three DC-bus capacitors are required to generate fifteen level 1-֠voltage. Furthermore, an efficient PWM technique is implemented with seven reference signals whose magnitude is equal to carrier signal. The performance of proposed MLI is accomplished in terms of Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) at modulation index M=0.9. The evaluation of MLI is carried out through MATLAB/SIMULINK environment.","PeriodicalId":423671,"journal":{"name":"2018 Fourth International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Electronics, Information, Communication and Bio-Informatics (AEEICB)","volume":"111 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131980197","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The SAB converter includes controlled Voltage Source Converter, High Frequency Transformer and uncontrolled rectifier. For enhanced operation of grid connected PMSG based wind driven generator a novel topology is proposed. In this scheme, PMSG with uncontrolled rectifier will convert the line to line voltage to dc voltage. DC voltage will be given to the primary of the transformer winding through the controlled converter. This proposed topology increases generation voltage and also provides galvanic isolation between the grid and wind generator. Due to high frequency operation power density increases hence the size is reduced for the same VA rating. The rectified secondary voltage of the single active bridge is grid synchronized through the grid tied 3-phase inverter. Switching of the inverter is controlled using the hysteresis control. For validation, the simulation is carried out by considering 2MW PMSG based wind driven generator interfaced to grid through SAB converter using MATLAB/Simulink.","PeriodicalId":423671,"journal":{"name":"2018 Fourth International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Electronics, Information, Communication and Bio-Informatics (AEEICB)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130089349","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Proposed Booth multiplier is the capable multiplier which treats both positive and negative number consistently dissimilar to conventional multiplier. Generally multiplication can be performed by add and shift operation, in which every multiplier bit creates one multiple bit of the multiplicand that has to be added to the partial product. The larger number of multiplicand has to be added when the multiplier is larger in size; as a result the delay of the multiplier is high. Since the delay depends upon the number of addition operation. To obtain better performance, we need to minimize the number of addition which in turn reduces the number of partial product. The efficient algorithm that will minimize the number of multiplicand is Booth algorithm. It has been proved that it can be useful to apply the proposed Booth architecture in high speed multipliers because of the gain in time obtained due to reduction of partial products to k/2. The proposed multiplier increases the speed by 62.411% than the Array multiplier with almost same area (LUTs).","PeriodicalId":423671,"journal":{"name":"2018 Fourth International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Electronics, Information, Communication and Bio-Informatics (AEEICB)","volume":"161 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123375383","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
