After eight years of negotiations, it was established by 15 members of 10 countries including China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand and ASEAN. This agreement has injected strong impetus into member state economic development. By comparing and analyzing the trade volume of agricultural products between China and its member countries in 2021 and 2022, this paper finds that under the influence of RCEP, a series of changes have taken place in the import and export of agricultural products in China, among which the export of vegetables and aquatic products in China has increased. DEA is a nonparametric efficiency evaluation method. The super efficiency DEA model was used to measure the circular economy development efficiency of nine provinces and cities along the western Silk Road Economic Belt during 2016-2020. Results prove that there is a big difference in circular economy efficiency among regions along the belt. The DEA average efficiency of Shaanxi, Chongqing, Xinjiang, Yunnan and Guangxi are all effective, while the DEA of Ningxia, Gansu, Qinghai and Sichuan is non-effective. The DEA of Ningxia and Sichuan is limited by the development scale. The results also show that Xinjiang, Gansu and Qinghai have input redundancy and output insufficiency to a certain extent. The issuance pricing system of the Science and Technology Innovation Board has the characteristics of high returns and high risks, and the asymmetry of pricing information is one of the important reasons affecting the valuation level of companies listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board. The article starts with the asymmetry of issuance pricing information of listed companies on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, and through empirical analysis, it is found that the degree of asymmetry in the pricing information of enterprises on the Science and Technology Innovation Board is relatively high, which leads to low issuance prices. Further research found that the impact of pricing information asymmetry on companies listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board is mainly reflected in two aspects: corporate governance and governance capabilities. Based on the impact of pricing information asymmetry, this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to provide reference for the construction of the science and technology innovation board market and investor risk management. Sales related data were adopted, covering also the pendemic period in 2020. This study ran t-test for variables and regression analysis based on OLS. After regressing sales volume and customer flow on sales income in the first stage, this research continues to use the residuals as dependent variable in the second stage, which reflected the uncertainty of customer behavior that beyond prediction. Concluding existing literatures, the number of items per transaction (\"ldl\") is used to be the primary independent variable in the second stage, with new product launch as control variable. This research finds that \"ldl\" and its squared item influence purchase uncertainty significantly, especially for epidemic period. The increasing cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road has led to a rapid increase in export volume, particularly driven by infrastructure connectivity and industrial cooperation advocated by the initiative. This has effectively facilitated the development of high-tech industries and boosted the rapid growth of exports of high-value-added products. However, in just a few years, the Belt and Road initiative has also highlighted certain problems in China's export trade. China's export trade still exhibits a certain degree of market dependence. While many emerging industries are experiencing growth, the global competitiveness and international influence of Chinese enterprises need further enhancement. These shortcomings hinder China's exports from achieving a strategic upgrade in terms of quality rather than just scale. Therefore, China needs to comprehensively enhance its supply-side capabilities. This can be achieved by strengthening domestic reform and opening up, intensifying the integration of domestic resources, promoting the coordinated development of industrial chains, enhancing technological innovation, and building stronger brands. By nurturing more globally competitive enterprises, China can inject new momentum into its export trade. Only through these measures can the expansion of export scale based on performance evolve into a sustainable improvement in export quality. This is also a hot topic of research among numerous scholars. This study is based on national annual data from 2013 to 2022, utilizing an authoritative indicator system and assigning values to core variables using proportional and entropy methods. The relationship between the digital economy, industrial structure, and common prosperity was explored using the least squares method, mediation effect model, and difference-in-differences method. The conclusions are as follows: The level of digital economic development directly impacts the index of common prosperity, exhibiting a nonlinear structure in the form of an arc but overall showing a positive correlation. Both the level of digital economic development and the index of industrial structural upgrades are positively correlated with the index of common prosperity, indicating the presence of a mediation effect. After incorporating the mediating variables, the regression equation model showed improved significance levels and optimized fit, suggesting that the mediating variables enhance the explanatory power of the regression equation model. The results of the difference-in-differences model, validated through significance-level tests, demonstrate that national policies promoting the development of the digital economy can positively impact common prosperity.
