To prevent and control the outbreak, people are required to wear masks, which poses a formidable challenge to the existing face recognition system. A masked face recognition method based on FaceNet is proposed to tackle the problems. In this paper, a smaller model based on the Inception-ResN et Vl model is proposed. The main idea is to reduce filter numbers in each inception block while maintaining the whole structure. The reduced version has much fewer parameters to compute and can recognize faces with and without masks. Comprehensive experiments on both masked and unmasked datasets have been conducted. In this paper, a new model based on external attention long short-term memory network (EA-LSTM) is proposed, and a simplified quality-driven loss function is used to train the models. A new evaluation index is designed to obtain the optimal parameters of the loss function. Two 15 minutes time resolution datasets are used and two benchmark models are compared in case studies. The results demonstrate that the PI coverage probabilities (PICPs) generated by the proposed model can always reach the PI nominal coverages (PINCs), and the high quality PIs can be obtained. Mathematical model with the aim of providing customers with satisfactory delivery services at limited costs and with minimal risk of delays. Based on the nonlinear and NP-hard characteristics of the problem, the Q-learning algorithm is combined with the fourth party logistics routing optimization problem (4PLROP), and the reward value is redesigned and defined. Applying the singular perturbation theory, the dynamic model of the manipulator is decomposed into a slow subsystem and a fast subsystem using different time scales. For the slow subsystem with compound disturbance and measurement noise, a novel variable gain extended state observer (VGESO) is proposed, which can alleviate the sensitivity to high-frequency noise while ensuring the desired estimation performance. A sliding mode controller based on VGESO is designed to act as a trajectory tracking controller. The boundedness of the estimation error of VGESO is demonstrated using the Lyapunov approach. For the fast subsystem, the LQR controller is employed to suppress the vibration of flexible links. Recycling these waste products can significantly improve the utilization of resources and promote the green development of the environment. Establishing a manual disassembly line is one way to recycle scrap, but the mixture of multiple disassembly lines can be more effective. This paper proposes a hybrid disassembly line balance problem that takes human posture into consideration. This problem combines the U -shaped and linear disassembly line features. We establish a mathematical model to obtain maximum profit, and propose to use the stochastic greedy two-neighborhood search algorithm can solve this problem. The algorithm searches different neighborhoods to obtain the near-optimal solution. The whole flocking control structure is divided into two layers. In the upper layer, an extended state observer (ESO) is designed to deal with unmeasured states, disturbances and nonlinearity. In the lower layer, considering only partial UVAs have access to the information of the virtual leader, an improved flocking control law is proposed to make all UVAs track the trajectory of leader while maintaining collision avoidance and connectivity. Meanwhile, an integral backstepping control law is designed to guarantee the good robustness and stability of the attitude subsystem of UVAs. Firstly, the industrial camera is used to take pictures of the car number on the side of the urban rail train, then the techniques such as accelerated robust feature algorithm and neural network are used to locate, correct and segment the captured pictures, and finally the VGG-16 network model is used to recognize the segmented car number characteristics. In this paper, a phased takeoff and landing method is proposed and a corresponding hardware system is designed. The system is mainly an UAV system and an USV platform system.The UAV system designed in this paper is divided into a communication control part and a sensor part. The communication control part contains flight control board, take-off and landing harpoon device and wireless digital transmission. The sensor part contains infrared thermal imaging module and non-differential global positioning system (GPS), etc.The equipped infrared thermal imaging sensor is used as a precise position data feedback when it is closer to the USV platform. It uses visual processing to accurately identify the location of the positive temperature coefficient PTC heat source in the center of the USV and feeds it back to the UAV. The non-differential GPS is used for position data feedback at longer distances. The landing harpoon device is used to secure the UAV to the landing net to prevent the small sway of the USV platform from causing the UAV to tip over.The USV system is equipped with a landing net, a PTC heat source, and a 4G communication module and a 2.4G communication module. Finally, the experimental verification of the autonomous takeoff and landing system in this paper was conducted.The designed system can realize the autonomous takeoff and landing function of the UAV on the USV platform. CycleGAN is one of generative adversarial networks. It has obvious universal applicability, and has a good transformation effect on various types of style transfer. But to the facial style transfer, it only focuses on the transformation of the whole face, and it is not ideal for the transformation of the details of the facial features. How can this situation be improved? In this paper, we use facial landmarks to assist the transformation of facial features. In the beginning, we use stacked hourglass networks to detection and capture landmarks of real faces. And then, use them to assist cartoon faces generation. In view of the fact that the hourglass network has its own advantages in feature extraction, we use it to replace the generator structure of the original CycleGAN for transformation. And in order to avoid the Checkerboard Artifacts and ensure the quality of image generation, we use bilinear interpolation in the upsampling part of the generator to replace the deconvolution of the original generator and the nearest interpolation of the hourglass network. The mainstream crowd counting algorithm uses a Gaussian function to smooth each head label point, and then train their model by using it as “ground truth” density map. However, such “ground-truth” density maps are not perfect due to heavy occlusion, scale variation, background interference, etc. In this paper, we propose an improved BayesianLoss for the problems existing in the current crowd counting loss function. First of all, average distance to k-nearest neighbors is use to confirm the size of Gaussian likelihood estimation kernel for each labeled point to better distinguish the boundaries between crowds. Secondly, a new background likelihood estimation method is defined to better suppress the posterior probability of the edge background during training. In the evaluation of the mean absolute error metric, our method achieves state-of-the-art results on ShanghaiTech, UCF-CC-50and NWPU datasets. And on the largest dataset NWPU, our method outperforms the best loss-function-improving method DM-Count.
