Дается современное представление о мозговых основах музыкальной перцепции. Показывается роль музыки в формировании мозга на примере структурно-морфологических различий мозга музыкантов и не музыкантов. Показывается влияние музыкальной исполнительной деятельности на темпы мозгового онтогенеза, формирование проводящих путей, увеличение объема белого и серого вещества в отделах мозга, связанных с музыкальной перцепцией. Описана специфичность полушарной географии перцептивных музыкальных мозговых карт. Дан обзор современных направлений использования музыкообогащенной среды в реабилитации когнитивных нарушений. Приводится описание разных видов методов музыкальной терапии, использующихся в реабилитационной практике: неврологическая музыкальная терапия (NMT), музыкальная интонационная терапия (MIT), поддерживающая музыкальная терапия (MST). Уделяется специальное внимание описанию видов музыкальной терапии в работе с афазией и деменциями. Показана общность психологического строения музыкальной и речевой перцепции, содружественность структурных мозговых перестроек и регресса афазических нарушений в ходе MIT. Рассматриваются данные исследований с применением нейровизуализационных методов, доказывающих эффективность MIT в работе с афазиями. В отношении деменций демонстрируется продуктивность использования музыкообогащенной среды в форме MST. Приводятся данные о кратности и длительности курсов MST для достижения положительного реабилитационного эффекта. Gorbachevskaya","doi":"10.17759/cpse.2020090204","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17759/cpse.2020090204","url":null,"abstract":"В статье обобщены данные психологического исследования группы разновозрастных испытуемых (2–34 года, 55 лиц мужского пола и 6 женского пола) с моногенной формой наследственного нарушения когнитивных функций, сочетающейся с аутистическими проявлениями, – синдромом Мартина–Белл (FXS). В результате анализа комплекса психологических данных были выявлены значительные когнитивные нарушения, сохраняющиеся на всем исследованном возрастном интервале. Для оценки аутистических нарушений использовались Социально-коммуникативный опросник (SCQ) и диагностическая шкала детского аутизма CARS-2. Согласно полученным данным аутистические нарушения наблюдались в среднем у 60% испытуемых (меньше у лиц женского пола) и были максимально представлены в возрасте 8–12 лет. Использование плана диагностического обследования при аутизме ADOS-2 позволило показать, что основной вклад в общий балл аутистических проявлений дает шкала Социального аффекта. Практически все испытуемые демонстрировали существенно сниженный уровень адаптивных навыков. Самые низкие значения показателей по шкалам Коммуникации, Социализации и Повседневных житейских навыков наблюдались в возрасте 8–12 лет. С возрастом наблюдалось повышение балла только по шкале Повседневных житейских навыков. We consider a phenomenon of individuals with pedophilia what often want to be like children or feel themselves like them. An analytical review of the literature on the subjective perception of age and age identity is provided. The question is discussed on how the chronological assessment of the live time is transformed into a subjective assessment of one's own age, as well as the mechanisms underlying such kind of transformation (in particular, successful or unsuccessful experience of socialization). Three groups of individuals are compared: persons accused of sexual crimes with diagnosis of pedophilia (21 examinees), without such a diagnosis (21 examinees) and 45 examinees of the control group. All of them completed the test on “Age Identity”, “Color Test of Affective Tones” and “Coding”. According to the results the actual and ideal self-image in pedophilia is more infantile and similar to the image of a child. Although effective treatments exist, their success is limited. This narrative review seeks to advance a comprehensive understanding of the types of social threat affecting individuals with SAD from the perspective of two basic biobehavioral systems: affiliation and social-rank. We argue that SAD is associated with vulnerability to events signaling loss of affiliation (exclusion) and of social-rank (defeat). Specifically, we suggest that SAD is characterized by (a) hyper-reactivity to exclusion and defeat; (b) propensity to respond to exclusion by deploying distancing and withdrawal strategies; (c) propensity to respond to defeat by deploying conflict-reducing subordination strategies; and (d) enhanced linkage of the two systems. DLD is highly prevalent in the school-age population, but it remains misunderstood and underdiagnosed. Along with raising public awareness, there is a need for improved educational practices for identifying children with DLD. Universal language screening in the early grades is a promising solution for improving under identification of DLD but it requires systematic approaches that consider the heterogeneity of school contexts and their unique challenges.
