Thus, even at the stage of designing promising models of weapons, it is possible to evaluate the technical solutions proposed by the Developer, which can be considered as a safeguard against design errors and unnecessary costs.\u0000Assessment of the impact of the impact of promising ammunition, including combat equipment of missiles and rockets is carried out, as a rule, by calculating the basic parameters of the above areas of destruction of typical targets. It is known that the given area of the target by a certain type of ammunition means a certain conditional area around the object within which the explosion of ammunition leads to a guaranteed damage to the object. When solving the problem of assessing the effectiveness of hitting targets with ammunition zone (remote) action instead of the actual shape (configuration) of the given zones of destruction of elementary targets use one of the simple geometric shapes – a rectangle or circle. The technology of movement of unmanned vehicles in the «Leader-Follower» mode and the set of equipment that ensures its operation are revealed.\u0000Emphasis is placed on creating a system of autonomous movement and control of a medium-ton military vehicle and its features. The construction of the architecture of the system of autonomous movement and control of a medium-ton military vehicle is given, as well as the tasks and requirements for the subsystems that are part of it are determined. The general principle of operation of the autonomous movement and control system and the content of information processing operations that it performs are revealed.\u0000Based on the analysis, the technical characteristics of LiDAR sensors as components of the elements of the technical vision system of the autonomous motion subsystem are given. The general principle of operation of LiDAR technology and possibilities which are reached at its application in systems of autonomous movement are opened. Parameters affecting change of serviceability of self-propelled fire plant operation in conditions of combat situation are determined. The use of the Weibull distribution allows, by varying the parameter values, to increase the guarantee of the implemented self-propelled fire plant reliability indicators, stated in technical conditions, during its operation in the troops. If necessary, this model can also take into account factors that arise suddenly, for example, taking into account the staffing of the self-propelled fire plant of the anti-aircraft missile regiment to assess the possible (predicted) value of average daily losses, taking into account various measures to reduce the values of the predicted average daily losses. Values calculated using this model react markedly to changes in model parameters, are set within the specified restrictions. In addition, it is possible to determine the time between failures. The accuracy of the results of calculating certain quantities using the mathematical model was estimated by absolute and relative errors. The calculations indicate the relative simplicity of the mathematical model, because it uses simple mathematical methods. The ability to vary the parameters of scale and shape parameters (taking into account aging), the mathematical model of IED failure makes it possible to obtain individual (partial) results obtained using previously used similar models, which emphasizes the evolution of this model. Their effective use is an urgent problem that should take into account the features of robots design, the tactics of their use and assessment of the effectiveness of their application. In military affairs, two goals can be distinguished when using military robots: increasing the efficiency of performing combat missions and reducing losses of military personnel; providing the main forces that carry out combat missions with the necessary material and information resources. In case of replacement of servicemen in combat actions with mobile combat robots (MCR), it becomes necessary to use them effectively.\u0000The purpose of the article is to develop tactics for the use of mobile robots in the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The following tasks were solved for this purpose: a definition of the squad of mobile strike robots was given, its armament, the distribution of duties of military personnel who ensure the operation of mobile combat robots, the actions of squad in the main types of combined arms combat: defense and offensive, an assessment of the effectiveness of using combat robots. The article gives the definition of the squad of combat (strike) robots, defines its composition and weapons. The squad includes mobile combat robots: a support robot, two strike robots, observer-robot, router-robot, Kesentai mines robots. The availability of delivery (transportation) vehicles with a control center is important for the squad of strike robots. The squad includes military personnel: squad leader, operators of MCR 1 and MCR 3, (weapons control), operators of MCR 2, MCR 4 (traffic control), driver of delivery vehicles, observer, guard. The efficiency of completing tasks related to the transportation and evacuation of material assets is mainly influenced by the degree of staffing of automobile units and the condition of vehicles, which is indicated by the coefficient of technical readiness. Also taken into account is the degree of use of carrying capacity and number of flights of vehicles, physical and geographical conditions of the combat area, season and time of the day. All this can significantly affect the daily mileage of vehicles and the fulfillment of tasks related to the transportation and evacuation of material assets. An improved methodology is provided for assessing the effectiveness of the material supply subsystem in a separate mechanized brigade, which can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the rear support system of a separate mechanized brigade during combat operations.\u0000During the study of the process of rear support of troops, an important theoretical and practical task is to evaluate the effectiveness of the material resources (MR) transportation and evacuation subsystems in a separate mechanized brigade (smbri) during combat operations. Certain approaches to solving this problem have been developed in a number of sources. It is proposed to consider new concepts for the integration of the system of optoelectronic intelligence in all spheres of life of units and subdivisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ways of improvement and modernization of optoelectronic means of reconnaissance, which work on new organizational and physical principles, are considered. Research of problematic issues of improvement and application of optoelectronic means of reconnaissance, detailed analysis of existing and perspective optoelectronic means of reconnaissance will solve the main problem of application of means of reconnaissance at night and in difficult meteorological conditions, which will provide necessary reliable information control points and fire means defeat information that will allow you to perform combat missions with sufficient accuracy. It is noted that the previously insufficiently solved part of the general problem of using intelligence at night is of special importance. Today it is proposed to use opto-electronic means of intelligence based on: television matrices of the infrared range; microbolometric matrices of the infrared range; electronic optical converters of infrared range. Adaptation takes place in the conditions when the cross-correlation matrix of supervisions on the state an environment is characterized by the different contrast of spectral time-table, that substantially influences on this process. Comparing of processes of adaptation of the systems to the external and intrasystem standard model in the conditions of the non-training sample testifies in behalf of the system with an intrasystem standard. \u0000It is shown that an adaptive antenna array (ААA) with the external standard model criterion of maximum of signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) cannot be realized in principle on reason of its reaction as on the interference so continuous useful signal that is present in the process of supervision. Therefore, for this system there are characteristic maximal informative losses. In turn, ААA with the intrasystem standard SINR satisfies the criterion of a maximum of relation in the mode that was set, without regard to being of useful signal in an educational selection. Naturally, that after completion the process of adaptation informative losses will be in such system.\u0000In ААA classification of a training sample is a necessary condition for the exception of its reaction on the useful signal of continuous structure. Exactly after the classified studies it maybe to conduct speech about the further stabilizing of dynamic parameters of process of adaptation of the radiotechnical systems on the whole.\u0000Undertaken studies allow estimating the efficiency of ААA in the conditions of studies on a non-training sample. Among the latter, it should be noted military packaging, as a specialized type of protection for R&A by various types and complexity, where every detail in the design of a container packaging is an important factor on which a number of characteristics responsible for storing ammunition depend. The need to introduce new types of containers for ammunition storage has been one of the most important over the past 15 years. The operation of wooden containers with a low resource is a temporary measure that has negative consequences in the arsenals system of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The solution to this problem requires immediate intervention and the commissioning of fundamentally new types of containers for ammunition.\u0000The article shows the importance of organizing the production of basalt-fiber materials with additives in the form of plastic-containing materials, the prospects of their use for solving the economic problems of Ukraine in the process of manufacturing container-type containers. The properties of continuous basalt fibers are analyzed in comparison with glass fibers of the E-type and high-modulus fibers of the UM-31A type. The basic block diagrams of methods for the formation of basalt fibers are given and the areas of their use for the manufacture of composites based on polymer and inorganic binders are determined.\u0000A unified container made of glass-basalt composites for storing and transporting ammunition is presented. The technical and economic advantages of this container in comparison with standard wooden containers are shown. Minasov","doi":"10.37129/2313-7509.2021.15.215-224","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37129/2313-7509.2021.15.215-224","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to the consideration of new approaches to determining the factors that significantly influence the organization of special (combat) training of separate brigades of territorial defense of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to perform assigned tasks taking into account the specifics of their formation and training.\u0000The influence of conditions and factors on the level of compliance of the military forces system with the designated tasks, as well as the organization of effective training of its components to carry out the tasks for the purpose changes depending on the changes in the military-political situation, level of development of the state economy and military forces of the opposing parties, state of infrastructure, operational equipment of the territory of the country, etc.\u0000Considering the significant variability in the definition of conditions and factors that in general affect the organization of training and combat readiness of military units and troops of the armed forces, We can agree with the above-mentioned researchers and conditionally group these diverse conditions into two groups of factors - external (objective) and internal (sub-individual), which are characterized by certain indicators. \u0000Therefore, in contrast to the proposed approach, we propose to divide the objective and subjective factors into general, basic, the primary and indirect influence factors, which exert varying degrees of influence, both on the training of the armed forces and on the performance of designated special (combat) tasks. \u0000In order to identify the essence and importance of the influence of external and internal factors on the organization of special (combat) training of the special forces and combat service units, it is necessary to carry out their all-round analysis.\u0000Mechanically transferring the experience of other countries to national realities will be ineffective, but the implementation of certain areas of organization of training of military personnel and reservists can lead to an increase in efficiency of the training system for the mobilization contingent of territorial defense units. \u0000The identified objective factors and their indicators are general and only indirectly influence the quality of training of the special forces and military units and their further performance of the tasks assigned to them. \u0000Keywords: territorial defense, territorial defense units, factors of influence on special (combat) training.","PeriodicalId":421105,"journal":{"name":"Collection of scientific works of Odesa Military Academy","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134094666","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
