These days everyone is very keen and particular when it comes to their health condition. People want to grasp their current health condition and also want proper care rapidly. Hence, this research work will first review such existing systems that aim to monitor various vital parameters using android application. Android is an open-source platform that is primarily designed for touch screen mobile devices such as smart phone, tablets etc. that allow maximum number of users to access the application for maximum time and make user's life easier. Then, this research work proposes a model called Android based Personalized Health Care Monitoring and Appointment Application in terms of questionnaire based on vital health parameters such as body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, saturation percentage of oxygen in blood, etc. that helps in observing the patient health condition and provide people with in-home medical services. This model will be a low-cost android application with a web-based application that will reduce the manual work, save time and cost for both patients as well as doctors. This android application will be developed to easily view the user/patient's health report information by their respective doctors and the user/patient's family members. This application will be advantageous for users/patients to maintain their health condition and provide them in-home medical services without visiting hospitals or clinics.","PeriodicalId":420826,"journal":{"name":"2021 5th International Conference on Trends in Electronics and Informatics (ICOEI)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121406366","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Inside the human body, there are several types of tumours found, such as breast cancer, bone cancer, brain tumour, etc. Bone tumours form when some cells inside a bone divide enormously, ending in a mound of irregular group of cells. Bone marrow biopsy is often performed to detect any abnormal development within the bone. The analysis of medical images is an important area of study as its findings are used to strengthen health problems. This project states a way to find tumor in bone using MRI images. To locate bone tumors from acquired MRI images, the proposed method employs Fast and Robust Fuzzy C Means Clustering (FRFCM). This approach also further identifies whether the tumor is non-cancerous (benign) or cancerous (malignant) based on the comparative analysis of segmentation technique.","PeriodicalId":420826,"journal":{"name":"2021 5th International Conference on Trends in Electronics and Informatics (ICOEI)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129012211","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to the high manpower costs associated with the current traditional approach to shelf monitoring, these activities are not carried out as frequently as they should be, resulting in increased customer churn and revenue loss for supermarket owners. For this, a ROS based autonomous robot is developed to make it easier to track and spot out-of-stock goods. For a robot to be autonomous in every aspect, it should be efficient, flexible, and have a reliable navigation system, which can be achieved by using Robot Operating System (ROS) framework. This work produces virtual robots, maps, and sensors on simulations in the GAZEBO application, a virtual environment that helps in simulating the dynamics and physics of the robotic systems. For navigation and mapping, the Gmapping particle cloud algorithm is used. In addition to this, OpenCV, a python package for image analysis and object detection, and RVIZ tool for visualization purposes is used for the proposed system.","PeriodicalId":420826,"journal":{"name":"2021 5th International Conference on Trends in Electronics and Informatics (ICOEI)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128671389","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper is proposed to diminish the Bit Error Rate (BER) and improve the overall exhibition of the LTE-OFDM model by using differing adjustment procedures under the effect of the Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) channel. LTE passes on more data limit and high-speed accessibility by using more broad channels and more reception apparatus. The balance is performed using multi-equalizers, for instance, Minimum Mean Square Error (MMSE) and Maximum Likelihood Equalizer (MLE). Recreation results demonstrate that the MIMO system has a colossal transmission limit than existing techniques.
