Electronic thermometer based on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) is able to work for months only with a coin-cell battery. In this paper, the proposed monitoring system, comprised of a temperature acquisition module, a BLE module and smart phones, is able to acquire temperature data through the sensor, display on LCD screen, transmit the temperature result via the BLE wireless link and display the temperature on smart phones too. Smart phones can write values to control the thermometer as well. Results show that implementation of BLE technology in this system has the lower power consumption.","PeriodicalId":419767,"journal":{"name":"2013 IEEE 4th International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication","volume":"116 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133266396","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Specifically, with the objective of maximizing secondary users (SUs) sum-rate, we investigate joint subcarrier and power allocation approaches, in consideration of both transmit power constraints of SUs and interference power limit at primary receivers. Simulation results indicate that the waterfilling algorithm based on the proposed model yields substantial performance gains over the classical waterfilling algorithm for the single SU and multi-PU spectrum sharing case.","PeriodicalId":419767,"journal":{"name":"2013 IEEE 4th International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication","volume":"604 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123242632","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, it is difficult to identify the warhead from decoys by narrow-band radar due to their RCS' similarity between warhead and decoys. A novel approach for ballistic target recognition is proposed in this paper. It uses the micro-motion characteristics extracted from sequential HRRPs to identify ballistic targets. The micro-motion characteristics parameters, such as radar view angle and precession parameters, are solved by computing the relative position motion curve of the strong scattering centers of the target. Compared with other methods, the micro-motion parameters extracted from sequential HRRPs are stable and exact, thus can improve the performance of recognition. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":419767,"journal":{"name":"2013 IEEE 4th International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123852920","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through long time observation, we find that sunlight also has some influence on antenna structure. In order to get the antenna pointing deviation in the effects of the sunlight of 25m antenna in Urumqi, we use the frame-typed level and thermometer to make a week's measurement about the temperature around the antenna and the antenna tilt. The measured data was analyzed and combined with the track deformation data, and the pointing error fixed model as well as the thermal load deformation model were built. The measured data was fitted by the two models, and the result shows that the model can well reflect the pointing error and thermal load error, thus can give a better understanding of the antenna deformation, and also can give some good reference to antenna pointing calibration and the antenna's reconstruction.","PeriodicalId":419767,"journal":{"name":"2013 IEEE 4th International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication","volume":"82 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116366288","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
