With the emergence of Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) terminal equipment (Smart Phone, PAD), the feature of low-cost, lightweight, and powerful have been well acquainted with people. So the PDA can be used to take the place of expensive, bulky traditional board computer as a M2M terminal management platform. This paper bases on the topic of “Safe travel”, we try to design the roughly terminal structure and analyze the basic demand of its service. The disadvantage to this approach is the big workload, and it need to artificially add tags, in which the subjectivity is strong. Therefore the retrieval effect is not ideal. Therefore, content-based image retrieval technology is becoming a hot spot of research, which use of image color, texture and shape features mainly for image retrieval, and so far there is not a universal retrieval method for any image. In this paper, the specific gallery - cheongsam library is selected to study. In the paper, the Android intelligent mobile phone was used as the client which was developed a multi-function terminal. The intelligent client got the vehicle state information through WIFI communication, at the same time, obtained the information of GPS and the driving record, and then uploaded the collected data to the server by 3G network. This design used the Android intelligent phone as a client that reduced the difficulty and the cost of development. WIFI used as a means of communication ensured the reliability of data collection and upload, improving the stability of the system. Through the test and the actual movement confirmation, the system could meet the user's demand. If the sever found the car abnormal state, it would start the alarm function in time. The system can become an important part of the intelligent transportation platform to solve the real-time vehicle monitoring. It also can flexibly expand other functions according to user's demand. This paper considers adopting notch filter which can transfer phase information into magnitude information, and the notch affect will promote the amplitude of discontinuity in phase to display within overshoot form. Then we could demodulate easily by amplitude judgment. This algorithm aims at estimation of precession period and precession angle. To estimate the precession period, an estimation curve is extracted through weighting and calculating the HRRP sequence. Then using nonlinear curve fitting method to fit it achieves the estimated precession period. The precision is proved superior to FFT applied in [3] by simulations. In addition, the precession angle is estimated by generated Radon transform (GRT). Its advantage is that it doesn't need to extract each position of scattering centers, and still achieves a high precision. In this paper, a virtual network embedding model based on the user priority is proposed. Compared with the low priority users, the high priority users can get more extra resources. Besides, the model has the characteristic of load balance which can avoid the appearance of the bottleneck resources. What's more, the ant colony algorithm is used to solve this new virtual network embedding model.
