{"title":"BASIC STUDY ON A DETECTION METHOD FOR BREAKING SOUNDS OF STRUCTURAL MEMBERS BY USING MACHINE LEARNING","authors":"Takeo Izumita, Masayuki Saeki","doi":"10.2208/jscejam.75.2_i_613","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2208/jscejam.75.2_i_613","url":null,"abstract":"大地震が発生した際には,構造物の被災状況を迅速に 把握する必要がある.例えば,地震直後には応急危険度 判定が行われている.これは,各自治体に登録されてい る応急危険度判定士が被災家屋を一棟ごとに目視で点検 する仕組みであり,余震に伴う 2次被害を防ぐことを目 的として,地震後 1週間以内にできるだけ早急に実施す ることになっている 1).しかし,熊本地震や大阪北部地 震のような大きな地震になると,判定にかかる期間は 1 週間を超え,1ヶ月以上に及ぶこともある 2), 3).そのため, 構造物に設置されたセンサが地震後ただちに被災状況を 把握することができれば,その構造物の使用者にとって 有益な情報になると言える.さらに,その情報を無線に より集約することができれば,街規模で被災状況を詳細 に把握できるようになり,救命や支援物資の効率的な供 給にも有益であると言える. 上記のような問題意識を基に,近年ではスマートフォ ンを利用したスマート地震計の研究開発がなされていた り,感震ブレーカーを用いた地震観測網の整備が首都圏 近郊で進められていたりする 4).また,著者等の一人も, 安価な MEMS 加速度・ジャイロセンサを用いて,層間 変形角を計測するためのセンサ開発を進めている 5).こ れ等のシステムでは,MEMS加速度計などで対象構造物 の運動を計測し,そのデータから地震による被害を推定 する.加速度応答は地震による被害を推定するための有 力な情報であると思われるが,被害推定のさらなる高精 度化をはかるためには,画像や音を組み合わせた総合的 な状況把握が重要であると著者等は考えている. ところで,近年,機械学習の発展により画像認識や音 声認識技術の向上が目覚ましく,日常生活で使用される 場面が多くなってきている 6), 7).また,会話に限らず, 防犯を主目的として,音によって起きている状況を認識 する技術の開発が進められており,カメラ映像だけでは 見えにくい場所での音による状況把握の仕組みも開発さ れている 8).これらの技術を地震時に適用すれば,地震 時の被害状況を多角的に判断できる可能性がある.例え ば,スマートフォンが緊急地震速報などで大地震の到来 を検知した際に,自動的に周囲の音を録音・解析するこ とで,構造部材が折れる音を把握するなどの利用が考え られる. そこで本研究では,構造部材の破壊音を既存の音響検 知技術により特定するための基礎的検討を行うこととし, まずは入手が容易で破壊音計測が簡易にできる木材を対 土木学会論文集 A2(応用力学), Vol. 75, No. 2 (応用力学論文集 Vol. 22), I_613-I_622, 2019.","PeriodicalId":419184,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Japan Society of Civil Engineers, Ser.
