In this case, the law enforcers, namely the police, play an essential role in dealing with crimes in society. The crimes that often occur are cases of theft which can be divided into three forms, namely motor vehicle theft (Curanmor), Theft with Weighting (Curat), and Theft with Violence (Curas). As for the Satreskrim Polres Asahan sub-section of Crime and Violence, in this case, they want to provide information to the public about places or locations prone to crime, so an application is made that will help the people in obtaining information about crime-prone areas which can later be used to prevent and monitor these crimes. This study uses a Geographic Information System (GIS), which is part of knowledge based on computer software that is utilized to present information in digital form and analyze the earth's geography to form spatial information. This study aims to apply web-based geographic information in providing information on crime-prone locations in Kisaran City and later to assist the public in obtaining information on crime-prone sites in Kisaran City. The results of this web-based GIS can help and facilitate the community and users in knowing crime-prone locations in the City of Kisaran in knowing crime-prone places or locations at the Asahan Police Criminal Investigation Unit. 
 Keywords: GIS; criminality; polres asahan; kisaran city Abstrak: Salah satu tindak kejahatan yang sangat membahayakan dan tidak bisa diterima disebut dengan kriminalitas yang berhubungan dengan moral masyarakat, merugikan masyarakat, dan melanggar hukum. Adapun tindak kejahatan yang sering terjadi berupa kasus pencurian yang dapat dibagi dalam 3 bentuk yaitu pencurian kendaraan bermotor (Curanmor), Pencurian dengan Pemberatan (Curat), dan Pencurian dengan Kekerasan (Curas). Adapun pihak Satreskrim Polres Asahan sub bagian Jatanras dalam hal ini ingin memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai tempat atau lokasi rawan kriminalitas, sehingga dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi yang nantinya akan membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai lokasi rawan kriminalitas yang nantinya dapat digunakan dalam mencegah dan memantau tindak kriminalitas tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) yang merupakan bagian dari pengetahuan berdasarkan pada perangkat lunak komputer yang dimanfaatkan dalam menyajikan informasi dalam bentuk digital dan analisa terhadap geografis bumi sehingga membentuk suatu informasi keruangan. Tujuan penelitian ini menerapkan informasi geografis berbasis web dalam memberikan informasi lokasi-lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran dan nantinya membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran. Sei Alim Ulu Village is an area that is still lagging behind due to the lack of attention from the government, especially in terms of road construction. Road construction in the area can be said to be still bad, making it difficult for the community to do their activities. To facilitate the decision-making process related to development priorities in the village, a decision support system program was created. Decision support systems are systems that help users make decisions in a systematic process. Development priorities in the village are determined using the Topsis method. This study aims to obtain a decision model for the development of priority areas with criteria based on road damage, location requirements, cost estimates, road pavements, and road conditions. Of the 6 alternatives tested, v1 with a value of 0.6301303 obtained the highest score which means it is a priority area for road construction in Sei Alim Ulu Villag. Keywords : SPK; topsis method; village infrastructure Abstract:Infrastruktur pembangunan jalan memiliki peranan penting terutama dalam mendukung bidang ekonomi, sosial dan budaya. Desa Sei Alim Ulu merupakan daerah yang masih tertinggal akibat kurangnya perhatian dari pemerintah terutama dalam hal pembangunan jalan. Pembangunan jalan di daerah tersebut bisa dibilang masih buruk sehingga menyulitkan masyarakat untuk beraktivitas. Untuk memudahkan proses pengambilan keputusan terkait dengan prioritas pembangunan didesa, maka dibuatlah program sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan adalah sistem yang membantu pengguna membuat keputusan dalam proses yang sistematis. Prioritas pembangunan didesa ditentukan dengan metode Topsis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh model keputusan pengembangan kawasan prioritas dengan kriteria berdasarkan kerusakan jalan, kebutuhan lokasi, perkiraan biaya, perkerasan jalan, dan kondisi jalan. Dari 6 alternatif yang diuji, v1 dengan nilai 0,6301303 diperoleh nilai tertinggi yang berarti Sebagai Kawasan prioritas pembangunan jalan di Desa Sei Alim Ulu. The aim of this research is to make it easier for customers to place orders (orders) as well as serve as a promotional medium for company products that can save company costs in promoting products to customers. One of the businesses engaged in the business of selling clothing which includes clothes, pants, bags, shoes and others. The problem that occurs is that in the customer service process there are no additional facilities that function to interact between the shop and the customer to convey complaints, suggestions and criticism so that customers cannot provide criticism and suggestions for the Dianid Collection and do not yet have a process for managing and storing customer data which is done when customers buy clothes by telephone line or come directly to the shop, this making shop owners pay less attention to who the customers are who have the potential to become regular customers. With the application of this method, it will produce a fashion product sales system at the Dianid Collection with the implementation of the E-CRM method being able to integrate existing functions within the company, namely product sales marketing, information and customer service, unlimited time, sales can be made online and can improve service to customers. Abstrak : Pelayanan adalah aktivitas atau kegiatan yang ditawarkan oleh organisasi atau perorangan kepada pelanggan atau nasabah, yang bersifat tidak berwujud dan tidak dapat dimiliki. Tujuan penelitian dapat mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan (order) serta dijadikan sebagai media promosi produk perusahaan yang dapat menghemat biaya perusahaan dalam mempromosikan produk kepada pelanggan.Salah satu bisnis yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha penjualan pakaian yang meliputi baju, celana, tas, sepatu dan lainnya .Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu pada proses pelayanan pelanggan belum adanya fasilitas tambahan yang berfungsi melakukan interaksi antara Toko dengan pelanggan untuk menyampaikan keluhan, saran dan kritik sehingga pelanggan tidak bisa memberikan kritik dan saran untuk Dianid Collection dan belum memiliki proses mengelola dan menyimpan data pelanggan yang dilakukan pada saat pelanggan membeli pakaian secara line telepon ataupun langsung datang ke Toko, hal tersebut membuat pemilik Toko kurang memperhatikan siapa pelanggan yang berpotensi menjadi pelanggan tetap. Dengan adanya penerapan Metode ini maka akan menghasilkan sistem penjualan produk fashion pada Dianid Collection dengan hasil implementasi pada metode E-CRM dapat mengintegrasikan fungsi fungsi yg ada didalam perusahan yaitu pemasaran penjualan produk, informasi dan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan , tidak terbatas waktu, penjualan dapat dilakukan secara online dan dapat meingkatkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan. However, it is currently unknown whether the height is derived from the vegetative or reproductive module. Moreover, it is unclear whether the height of the vegetative or reproductive system regulates the probability of extinction and colonization, and determines species diversity. In this study, the impacts on clonal grasses were studied in a field experiment employing two frequencies (twice a year <i>vs</i>. monthly) crossing with nine N addition rates in a temperate grassland, China. We found that the N addition decreased species frequency and increased extinction probability, but did not change the species colonization probability. A low frequency of N addition decreased species frequency and colonization probability, but increased extinction probability. Moreover, we found that species reproductive height was the best index to predict the extinction probability of clonal grasses in N-enriched conditions. The low frequency of N addition may overestimate the negative effect from N deposition on clonal grass diversity, suggesting that a higher frequency of N addition is more suitable in assessing the ecological effects of N deposition. In this study, the effect of using training data relatively similar to the test data was investigated in order to improve the performance of machine learning methods in predicting blood-brain barrier permeability. The results showed that selecting training data with high cosine similarity to the test data improved prediction performance with a smaller number of training data. The best model in this study also showed improved scores on two external test sets to examine generalization performance, outperforming excellent existing models.
