The author uses library research methods, namely research by collecting various books, scientific journals, theses, and other information that is used as a source of information. Result analysis explained that Jamaluddin Al Afghani is a popular Muslim figure in educational and political reform and represents a modernist-rationalist fashion group that is responsive to developing knowledge. Jammaluddin Al-Afghani There is a person known as a political activist or pessimistic PAN. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni studi literatur yang bersumber dari artikel yang ditulis oleh para ahli dan telah diterbitkan ke dalam jurnal nasional maupun internasional serta kebijakan pemerintah. Upaya untuk mempertahankan keberadaan perpustakaan keliling yaitu (1) menggencarkan kegiatan promosi di media sosial, (2) meningkatkan jumlah koleksi bacaan dan (3) meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan prima pustakawan. Sebagai unsur yang paling berperan dalam mempertahankan eksistensi keberadaan perpustakaan keliling, maka perlu adanya peningkatan kemampuan sumber daya manusia untuk terus melakukan inovasi. Jenis penelitian studi pustaka digunakan untuk menggali pemahaman yang mendalam tentang suatu topik atau fenomena dengan menganalisis literatur dan sumber-sumber yang relevan yang dimana dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan peran guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa: strategi dan pendekatan yang efektif. Adapun data, diperoleh melalui kajian dan analisis terhadap berbagai referensi seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, artikel, dan dokumen-dokumen lainnya yang berkaitan dengan topik yang diteliti dan kemudian peneliti menarik benang merah dan menyimpulkan dari hasil temuan dan kajian penelitian. A qualitative approach involving a literature review was employed for this investigation. An in-depth understanding of a topic or phenomena may be gained through a literature review, and the function of school counselors in helping high school students overcome mental and emotional issues is the focus of this particular review. The information was gathered through reading and analyzing a wide range of resources on the subject at hand, including books, scholarly journals, articles, and other papers; from these, the researcher identified overarching themes and drew definitive conclusions. This study's findings highlight the fact that every kid is an individual with their own set of strengths and weaknesses, and that the school counselor's job will change accordingly. High school students' cognitive and affective growth is greatly aided by the services provided by school counselors. A qualitative approach involving a literature review was employed for this investigation. This study used a literature review methodology to investigate the best practices in early childhood education as they pertain to the development of children's social and emotional competencies. The information was gathered through reading and analyzing a wide range of resources on the subject at hand, including books, scholarly journals, articles, and other papers; from these, the researcher identified overarching themes and drew definitive conclusions. This study's findings support the idea that a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach to early childhood education is optimal for fostering the growth of children's social and emotional competencies. Supportive settings, playtime, role models of appropriate conduct, clear instruction, training for teachers and caregivers, and close cooperation between parents and professionals are all necessary for the development of these abilities.
