The results of this research, PT. Jasa Raharja has carried out its responsibilities in accordance with the regulations that regulate it, but based on the rejection of the application as a whole by the judge in the Constitutional Court Decision No. 88/PUU-XV/2017 concerning Review of Law Number 34 of 1964 concerning Compulsory Road Traffic Accident Insurance Funds, it still has not been implemented. there is a regulation in the form of a law (rechtvacuum) regarding compensation for victims who experience a single accident, payment of compensation for victims who experience a single accident is only through Ex-Gratia which is the limited authority of PT. The aim of this research is to determine efforts to prevent bullying among children in Tanjungpinang City. In this research, the method used is a qualitative research method. To find data in this research, interviews were conducted with PUSPAGA regarding efforts to prevent bullying among children which is rampant in Tanjungpinang City. So that prevention efforts are provided to minimize the occurrence of bullying in children. Bullying behavior can have negative impacts on children, such as mental disorders, trauma, not wanting to go to school because they are afraid of being bullied, and physical injury. The many problems regarding bullying behavior that occur among children is proof that there is still a lot of bullying occurring among children. The population in this study was 31 teachers, while the sample was 31 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The data was collected using a questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of the research showed that partially work motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while the work stress variable had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variables of work motivation and work stress influence the job satisfaction of XYZ Jombang High School teachers. With a focus on company shares linked to support for the genocidal conflict in Palestine. The role of finance in the context of this conflict has been the subject of widespread debate and controversy. Therefore, technical analysis is considered a tool that can provide an objective view of market behavior, while still considering the social and humanitarian impact of companies involved in support of genocide. The nature of this research is prescriptive, using data collection techniques, namely library research and interview guides to complete secondary data. The results of the research found that legal certainty regarding the cancellation of a bankruptcy decision which was preceded by a PKPU application caused legal uncertainty because it was in conflict with the Bankruptcy Law and SEMA Number 4 of 2014. Laws between the legal framework for marriage, pregnant women at KHI, and Imam Syafi'i. Meanwhile, individuals who mate with pregnant women make a difference. KHI Law Number 1 of 1974, it is a man who impregnates a woman. marry him if the woman becomes pregnant out of wedlock. Meanwhile, according to Imam Syafi'i, marriage is the result of pregnancy out of wedlock. The method used is a qualitative approach.To obtain data, this is done through: Observation, Interviews and Documentation. To analyze various phenomena in the field, the following steps are carried out: Information collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing final conclusions.
