Therefore, the introduction of Pancasila values to the community can be used as an option to remind the values and norms of life that are in harmony with the community. Pancasila value introduction activity is carried out online in the form of webinars and discussions. Ini sangat praktis sekali cara pembuataanya karena dalam membentuk seserahan yang bagus sangat perlu sekali pengalaman dalam pembuatannya. Bentuk dari seserahan itu sendiri sangat bermacam macam. Semakin bagus bentuknya maka akan mahal juga harga jualnya. Salah satu usaha rumahan kreatif yang saat ini mulai digandrungi beberapa orang, adalah bisnis seserahan. peluang bisnis adalah suatu kondisi dimana dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi seseorang terutama pebisnis untuk mencapai tujuannya. Tujuan bisnis tersebut dilakukan dengan usaha tertentu serta memakai sumber daya yang dimiliki secara efektif. Sehingga, bisnis tersebut dapat berkembang, penjualan meningkat, reputasi semakin baik, dan pada akhirnya keuntungan pun akan meningkat. Sedangkan menurut Thomas W. Zimmer, peluang bisnis adalah seseorang yang menciptakan inovasi dan pemikiran kreatif dari sebuah kesempatan untuk dapat mencapai tujuannya. Sebagai seorang pebisnis baru, ada banyak hal yang harus dilakukan untuk memulai sebuah bisnis. Namun dalam semua proses tersebut, ada satu hal yang sangat penting dan sering membuat pebisnis pemula mendadak galau, yaitu menentukan penambahan income bagi keluarga. The coordination and survey results with the head of the PKK team revealed that there had been no previous involvement of the Community Service (PPM) team from the Accounting D-3 Study Program at the PSDKU POLNEP Campus in Sanggau Regency, providing financial report training to the PKK group in the Kapuas sub-district of Sanggau Regency. The PKK group also demonstrated a lack of understanding in the field of accounting and financial reporting. Their level of understanding regarding accounting and financial reports was low, making it difficult for village and neighborhood leaders to compile and explain these financial reports. The solution proposed by the Accounting Department's PPM team to address the issues faced by their partners was to conduct financial report training for the PKK group in the Kapuas sub-district of Sanggau Regency. Through this training, the PKK group would be equipped with knowledge and skills in accounting and financial reporting, particularly in the preparation of financial reports. After identifying the partner's problems, the Accounting Department's PPM team prepared a module for financial report preparation, conducted the training, provided assistance, evaluated the process, and prepared activity implementation reports in the form of a proposal, progress report, and final PPM report. This training took place on Monday, September 11, 2023, at the Kapuas sub-district office hall in Sanggau Regency, with 62 participants from the PKK groups. \u0000The training activity went smoothly and was executed as intended, starting at 8:00 AM until completion. Consequently, this training could assist the PKK groups in enhancing their understanding of accounting record-keeping and the accounting processes in preparing financial reports. Dengan pemahaman terhadap K3 dan APD maka karyawan dapat meminimalisir risiko yang berdampak terhadap keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja karyawan. Penerapan K3 dan APD dalam bekerja akan dapat membuat karyawan bekerja secara lebih tenang dan nyaman sehingga dapat meningkatkan produksivitas kerjanya. Metode yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman karyawan terhadap penerapan K3 dan penggunaan APD dilingkungan kerja yaitu melalui pelatihan-pelatihan dengan teknik ceramah dan diskusi dan melalui pendampingan secara berkelanjutan selama 2 bulan. Lokasi PkM ini dilakukan di IKM Raihan Pangan Utama yang merupakan usaha pengolahan daging Frozen di Pulogadung Jakarta Timur. Hasil dari kegiatan Pk Mini yaitu kegiatan PkM melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan secara efektif mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan karyawan tentang K3 dan penggunaan APD.
