The problems of 1000 souls that can be overcome through TAK are clients with social isolation, hallucinations, withdrawal and low selfesteem. The implementation of this activity aims to increase internal and external stimulation. As well as increasing a sense of caring, solidarity, and togetherness with people with mental disabilities. Method: Community Service Activities using mentoring intervention methods for students together with Nanga Community Health Center nurse partners provide Group Activity Therapy; sensory stimulation of singing and dancing with people with mental disabilities. Result: From the results of the evaluation of the implementation of TAK after being given Activity Therapy, it is known that from 7 participants who are able to socialize and follow the Directional leader as many as 6 people (85.7%) and who are not able to cooperate in participating in activities according to the Referral leader as many as 1 person (14.3%). The typical nature of teenagers who have great curiosity, likes challenges often makes teenagers take action without being based on careful consideration, one of which is reproductive health. Reproductive health is a state of complete physical, mental and social health, not merely free from disease or disability related to reproductive systems, functions and processes. Objective of this community service is to be able to assist adolescents in making decisions when the right age is for them to marry and have children, and adolescents become aware of their reproductive health. Method used is by providing reproductive health education online on the GKJW Banyuwangi youtube channel in June 2021, followed by anthropometric measurements of LiLA, Height, Weight, and BMI calculations. Results of the activity showed that there were still teenagers who did not know about their reproductive health and when anthropometric measurements were carried out, it was found that there were still teenagers whose LiLA and BMI were not ideal. Conclusion: This activity can increase adolescent awareness in making decisions in choosing how to maintain their reproductive health. It has not been fully controlled properly even though the COVID-19 vaccination continues to be carried out on a massive scale. This occurs because it is not accompanied by public compliance with health protocols. Such conditions exactly describe what happened in Talango village, Sumenep district. Public awareness of the dangers of COVID-19 transmission is still very low, as evidenced by community activities without wearing masks and crowding, not to mention many community groups who think the corona has disappeared. Seeing this, we did empowerment in Sumenep Regency. Objective We carried out several innovative activities such as education about the dangers of COVID-19 transmission. Method Distributing 500 masks is around the Talango port, and spraying disinfectants in several areas, including schools, village halls, port, and Asta Yusuf. Besides, we also made handwashing facilities and distributed hand sanitizer in several areas that were visited by many Talango people. Result Through this activity, it is hoped that the Talango village community will know and become more responsive about the dangers of the coronavirus. Conclution: During this activity, the community seemed enthusiastic about participating in the activity and using the handwashing facilities that we had made. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) can affect metabolism in the body and disrupt fluid and electrolyte balance. Patients who have chronic kidney disease (CKD) will have an experience dependence on kidney replacement therapies such as hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, or kidney transplantation. Prevention of chronic kidney disease by providing knowledge related to the importance of maintaining the kidneys can improve understanding, especially in adolescents. Purpose: Respondents can know and understand the importance of holistically maintaining kidney health. Method: The implementation of community service uses the method of lectures and discussions by providing educational materials to maintain kidney health with the concept of holistic health. Results: Students understand the importance of holistically maintaining kidney health. The media that became the source of transmission in this case is still not known for certain, this virus can be transmitted from human to human and has spread widely. People who are most at risk of contracting this disease are people who are in close contact with Covid-19 patients, including those who care for Covid-19 patients. Standard recommendations to prevent the spread of infection are through regular hand washing with soap and clean water, practicing cough and sneezing etiquette, avoiding direct contact with livestock and wild animals and social distancing with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness. Objective: increase the vigilance of the mosque congregation (women) regarding the transmission of covid-19 in the new normal era through health education, washing hands 6 steps during this pandemic is considered very necessary. Methods: Health education was carried out using lecture and discussion methods as well as monitoring success by observing mosque congregations (girls) in demonstrating 6 steps of hand washing. Results: The form of evaluation and achievement targets in this activity is to improve health status by increasing knowledge of Hand Washing 6 Steps to Increase Awareness related to Covid-19 Transmission in the New Normal Era. Based on the results of data in Bojonegoro Regency on November 2, 2020, there were 677 confirmed cases of Covid-19, 59 active, 551 recovered while 67 people died. The purpose of this community service is to improve the health status of the foster families by providing assistance to families who meet the criteria. This community service method uses a fostered family approach through mentoring and health education about the prevention of COVID-19. The activities carried out are by providing prior socialization to students as implementers or teams who will be involved in the community service program and mapping the locations that will be targeted by the fostered families. Then in the implementation of activities, family assistance is carried out by monitoring the health status of the pre-program to post-program families. The programs or activities provided are socialization and assistance about the importance of preventing COVID-19 and health protocols.
