The author reviews the diversity of these scientists� general and academic scientific outlook on constitutional state and shows the essence of legal organization, state making ideas and ways of their implementation in the future sovereign Ukraine build-up. The article also reveals the contents and characteristic features of their doctrines of the state build-up, in particular the views of the constitutional legislature�s role in it as well as such basic constitutional and legal institutions as the parliament, the government, courts and the body of constitutional control. A particular attention is paid to the constitutional and legal status of a man and a citizen, national minorities, the Ukrainian people as the only source of power in their state. Considering Ukraine�s state and legal reality it seems especially interesting and topical to have been traced the basic nature of unicameral and bicameral legislature, their distinctive features and political and legal efficacy as well as emphasizing the Prime Minister�s independence and the determination of the judges� specific status. The purpose of the article is to define in a modernist sense the directions of using elements of national authenticity as tools of cultural identification of Ukrainian brands, with their further promotion and positioning on the domestic and international markets. The tasks of the article were: to justify the need to use elements of national authenticity in the conditions of martial law; identify consumer expectations from brand communications in the specified conditions; to investigate the peculiarities of using Ukrainian identities in advertising and brand design cases; evaluate positive business cases of Ukrainian brands in the context of cultural and ethnic positioning; analyze advertising and situational creatives for relevance; to offer a set of identification tools for the formation of programs of recognition, consumer loyalty and differentiation in the market. When writing the article, the following research methods were used: abstract-logical (when forming the concept of using elements of national authenticity as tools of cultural identification of Ukrainian brands); systematization and epistemological method (when assessing the identity of well-known global brands); statistical methods of data processing, methods of grouping and comparison, analytical methods (for evaluating the dynamics of the value of brands); methods of content analysis and Internet monitoring (to determine the effectiveness of the positioning of Ukrainian brands). The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the further deepening of theoretical provisions, the development of scientific and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the further improvement of management processes for the implementation of elements of national authenticity in brand positioning. The specific scientific results characterizing the novelty of the conducted research are as follows: the situationally relevant scientific approach to the formation of brand identification programs, \"rebuilding\" from competitors and differentiation on the market has been improved; the algorithm for evaluating consumer expectations in brand communications was further developed. The practical significance of the obtained results is that the main theoretical propositions, generalizations and conclusions made by the authors have been brought to the level of specific methods and practical recommendations regarding: increasing the importance of the socio-cultural role of the brand and its integration into the common political and socio-economic context and the formation a positive image of a Ukrainian brand that shares the values of its customers. The essence and importance of social entrepreneurship as a component of the region’s socio-economic development and the financial instruments’ availability for the social entrepreneurship’s development are revealed. Especially highlighted are crowdfunding, mezzanine financing, impact investment, hybrid financing. The importance of investment instruments development with undervalued financial requirements is determined. The social enterprise’ development a is closely related to financial and material provision, which improves the socio-economic and investment development of the region. The purpose of business’ social investment is to increase the investment attractiveness of the company and the region by increasing human capital and minimizing social risks. In this aspect, the social entrepreneurship ability to attract investments and achieve social effect from the enterprise’s activities is especially important. Social entrepreneurship in Ukraine has already established itself as one of the effective mechanisms for solving socially significant problems: in particular, through creating jobs for representatives of population vulnerable groups and investing income in new social initiatives, as well as attracting investments to the region of investment location. The union role of the now lies in combining the efforts of existing Ukrainian social enterprises from various spheres to support, popularize and scale their activities. And the association’s absolute goal is the formation and development of social enterprises in Ukraine as a social economy realization form. It is determined that social entrepreneurship within the region is aimed at solving the region social problems, applying innovative approaches to increase the social effect, partial self-sufficiency and financial stability, spreading positive experience to increase social impact, the social entrepreneur ability to see the market shortcomings, find opportunities, accumulate resources, develop new solutions that have a long-term positive social impact on society as a whole. Social entrepreneurship plays an important role in attracting investment funds to the region development. It is proposed to apply intact sources of funding for social entrepreneurship for the policy of socio-economic and investment development of regions. One such source is crowdfunding, impact investment, mezzanine capital. There are new funding sources for social entrepreneurship, which involve investing in various ways in social entrepreneurship to achieve a social effect. The research problem for this study is to analyze the mechanism of the price strategy development of a mechanical engineering company in a competitive environment. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to generalize theoretical approaches to determining the strategic direction of the company's price policy and analyze the main factors of the market situation in the field of domestic mechanical engineering. Methods. The issues of evolution and analysis of the strategic direction of the price policy of a mechanical engineering company were analyzed in the works of such researchers as Bozhkov D., Zhegus O., Koriniev V., Pererva P., Sus L., Shevchuk N. and many others. In their studies, considerable attention is also paid to issues of strategic management and increasing the competitiveness of industrial companies in modern economic conditions. Results. The main task when setting the price strategy for mechanical engineering products is to determine the consumer value of the product, which is calculated as the difference between the benefits received by the buyer and his costs. When analyzing a company's competitive advantage, it is necessary to compare its own costs with the costs of its main competitors. In some cases, it is necessary to determine the costs of competitors on the basis of data on the amount of wages, the cost of materials and production equipment, as well as other indirect information. The strategic form of the price policy can include different implementation options depending on the marketing strategy carried out by the company. It is also important to consider the level of business environmental turbulence and its impact on the strategic planning. It is recommended to allocate all costs for equipment maintenance in proportion to the quantitative composition of production and technical equipment used for each type of activity, and only then calculate the total amount of maintenance costs for each unit of equipment throughout the useful life of its operation. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is in the improvement of the methodical approach to marketing pricing, which is based on a comparison of the level of production costs of the manufacturer, the level of prices and value orientations of consumers. Practical significans. The author's conclusions can be used in the practical activity of manufacturers and trade companies as well as be put into the basis for further scientific developments in improving the processes of marketing pricing of domestic business entities. The main goal is to identify the prerequisites, factors and nature of the formation of the national innovation system in global innovation environment. Methods. The study uses such methods as: morphological – to define the concept of ″national innovation system″, systemic analysis – to study transformation factors in the innovation system and peculiarities of the development of the national innovation system, methods of comparative analysis – to identify the nature and to compare the types of innovation transformations of the national innovation system in global innovation competition, integrated approach – to determine directions of contradictions in the implementation of the national innovation system. Results. The article defines that the national innovation system is a universal instrument for implementing novations and innovations. The concept of the development of the national innovation system of Ukraine defines the national innovation system which includes subsystems: state regulation, education, knowledge generation, innovation infrastructure, production. The author proves the development of the national innovation system connected with qualitative structural shifts in the world economy development, which is directly determined transformation in the innovation system under the influence of internal and external factors in global innovation environment. Based on the study of the content of the national innovation system and the innovation factors of its formation, the objective and subjective features of its development are summarized. The nature and types of innovation transformations of the national innovation system in global innovation competition are revealed. The directions of contradictions of the implementation of the national innovation system, which contribute to the restructuring of the entire system of economic relations through the implementation of innovations: property relations, goals and means of economic growth, the structure of the economy, distribution relations, the type of reproduction, are defined and substantiated. Scientific novelty. The author proves that the level of innovation infrastructure and the share of private and public sectors in it, the depth of interaction between countries in the innovation sphere, and the innovation potential of the country's regional economic systems is to be considered objective features of the development of the national innovation system. Therefore, as the economic environment develops, the need to develop cruise tourism in the world becomes an important task for the state and in particular for all enterprises, which thanks to it gain an advantage in the competition for the customer. A cruise is not only the organization of sea and river voyages with visits to port cities of several countries, but also within one. Cruise tourism is characterized by a skillful combination of diverse consumer needs, which is very important in a competitive market. Methods. The aim of the article is to substantiate the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of cruise tourism, study its state, reveal its role in ensuring sustainable development and provide practical recommendations for further growth of the potential of the cruise industry. Results. The achievement of this goal was achieved by solving the following tasks: identified the nature, prerequisites and factors of cruise tourism and the global cruise industry; outlined and highlighted the specifics, competitive advantages of tourism cruises, their place in the overall turnover of the tourism business. Trends in the development of cruise tourism and the localization of economic activity of sea cruises are studied and the priorities and potential opportunities for the development of cruise tourism in Ukraine are also assessed. Scientific novelty. An important component of cruise tourism is the regulation of the state and international cruise tourism organizations. The state has a direct influence on the development of cruise tourism. Practical significance. The objects of state regulation in the field of maritime tourism are the waters of the sea and coastal areas, in relation to coastal areas, the object of state regulation is the tourist infrastructure within the coastal areas. Given the specifics of tourism and the localization of economic activity of sea cruises and the fact that this sector of the economy covers almost all sectors of the economy and stimulates their development, it is important to determine the competitive advantages that shape the country's potential in the cruise industry.
