The purpose and the task of the article is to analyze the application of the systems method in legal research and to reveal the role of the systematic approach in the methodology of modern jurisprudence. Methods. The main research method is a system-structural approach, which involves solving the problem of using the system method of scientific knowledge in legal research. Also research methods are: logical method, scientific abstraction, comparative analysis and synthesis, systematization and grouping. Research results. The main purpose of the systematic approach is realized only in the definition of one object that is studied from different angles. At the same time, the systematic method of cognition requires a more comprehensive approach to the study of the entire methodology of modern jurisprudence. This, in turn, will be able to reveal the essence of this type of methodology in relation to individual objects of study in jurisprudence. In the methodology of modern jurisprudence, the systematic method of research is a very effective cognitive tool, as it allows to combine into a single scientific picture of knowledge that has obtained from different branches of science and through the using of various methodological approaches. The systematic method helps to investigate a specific object of knowledge comprehensively, taking into account the direct reference to the object. At the same time there is a multiplication of knowledge from other branch sciences. In this way the scientific potential of the systematic method of research shows in modern jurisprudence. Using this general scientific method of cognition, it is possible to identify general properties of legal phenomena that cannot be detected by studying legal phenomena through the prism of formal-logical analysis. The article proves the need to review theoretical approaches to financial support for the reproduction of natural capital in the context of the aggravation of problems of rational land use, which are caused by an increase in anthropogenic load on natural ecosystems. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and applied foundations of the functioning of the financial mechanism for the reproduction of agricultural land and substantiate measures to increase the role of financial instruments of agricultural land use in the formation of a stable financial base for the reproduction of natural capital. It is proved that the financial mechanism focused on the reproduction of natural capital should take into account tools that are designed to help protect land resources from depletion, ensure the reproduction of economic fertility and protect land resources from pollution and its prevention (environmental reproduction). The purpose of the financial mechanism for the reproduction of natural capital is determined, which consists in balancing the financial and economic aspect of land use with agrophysical, agrochemical and biological ones. Possible sources of financial support for the reproduction of natural capital are indicated and it is established that the land tax is the main source of formation of financial resources for the reproduction of natural capital. Key words: Finance of nature management, financial support, financial mechanism, reproduction of natural capital.","PeriodicalId":414547,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Bulletin of Flight Academy. The article discusses the General provisions for the functioning of airlines, the problems concerning the application of the system of management and control of the airline by optimizing of flow processes and air traffic management, flight planning of aircrafts, as well as the analysis processes of air traffic control. The influence of the management system in airlines on the regularity of flights is determined, as well as the optimization of the organization of air traffic planning of aircraft flights in a global pandemic. The dependence on the efficiency of management in terms of organization of technological processes and production services of the airline is characterized. The management strategy as a kind of perfect planning and organization of production is considered, it is proved that the optimal use of resources available at the airline is the key to success. It is substantiated that in order to increase the efficiency of work in the changed after the pandemic market, the airline should introduce changes in the organization of its flight activities. Due to the reduction of passenger traffic and in order to maintain the regularity of flights, one of the options to solve the problem is to re-profile the airline to carry out cargo transportation, the importance of which is for the transportation of medical goods by aircraft. The introduction of global quarantine measures, as well as the related crisis in the passenger air transport market, have accelerated internal preparation processes and given impetus to the faster development of this area in the work of airlines. Thus, it is proved that the effective work of management in a global pandemic is extremely important in the development of organizational measures aimed at reducing the loss of possible profits due to delays or cancellations. The task of developing such recommendations is complicated by the fact that, as the practice of airlines and airports shows, both the time of flight delays and their number are not always dependent on the carrier. It should be noted that a key factor that can significantly affect the quality of the airline in today's environment is the ability to quickly reorient activities from one direction to another, such as expanding freight at a time when passenger traffic is forced to be reduced. In order to achieve greater competitiveness of the airline in the market and ensure more successful work, it is necessary to implement a strategy to improve the quality of services provided. Key words: regularity of flights, management strategy, air traffic management, airline, planning, strategy, pandemic, air transportation.","PeriodicalId":414547,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Bulletin of Flight Academy. The coronavirus outbreak (Covid-2019) has significantly impacted all aspects of social life. One of these aspects turned out to be the behavior of households as bank depositors. The phenomenon manifested itself in the fact that instead of the expected decrease in the volume of households deposits, which was characteristic of the crises of previous years, there was an increase. This feature turned out to be typical for both developed countries and developing countries. An analysis of scientific works has shown that the motives for such behavior can be caused by various factors, which depend, among other things, on the level of economic development of countries. The purpose of this article was to identify the characteristics of the behavior of households as depositors and changes in the structure of their deposits during the Covid-19 pandemic in Ukraine. A statistical analysis of household deposits in Ukrainian banks for 2019-2020 was carried out to achieve this goal. As a result, it was revealed that the Covid-19 pandemic had generated several uncertainties that the households in Ukraine have not previously encountered. At the same time, the entry into the pandemic occurred against the backdrop of a stable banking system, an efficiently functioning deposit guarantee system, and a relatively stable national currency. The household's response to the Covid-19 pandemic in Ukraine should be considered in two stages. The first stage ? March-April 2020 (the first lockdown was introduced on 12 March 2020 in Ukraine), when two scenarios were implemented: flight-to-liquidity (transformation deposits in cash) and flight-to-safety (transformation of hryvnia savings into savings in foreign currency). And the next stage ? the last part of 2020 ? with other two scenarios: flight-to-digitalization and flight-to-savings. Deposits became the vital component of household savings in Ukraine at this stage. It was shown that there was an increase in deposits in both national and foreign currencies, but the rate of their growth changed, which, among other things, was due to a drop in interest rates. A reduction in the gap between interest rates on long-term and short-term deposits, as well as uncertainty due to the impact of Covid-19, led to a significant increase in demand deposits, which in the future may negatively affect the activities of banks, especially in the context of political instability in Ukraine, which both internal and primarily external factors may cause. Key words: savings, bank run, deposit guarantee system, deposit rates, lockdown, banking crisis, deposits dollarization, demand deposits, term deposits.","PeriodicalId":414547,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Bulletin of Flight Academy.
