Apart from standard software development complexity, the game designer has to carefully think about issues like playability, user experience and scalability aspects of the game during the design phase itself. Most of the existing methodologies to determine playability of a multiplayer game with a targeted user experience level are only applied after the game is developed. This is highly undesirable as it incurs a high cost because multiple design and development cycles are involved that take time and increase development complexity. We propose a simulation technique that can be used to validate the playability of a game in terms of quality of experience of end-users prior to full game development. The simulation output can also provide some guidelines to the resource planning of the game server with respect to targeted requirements for user experience. Our goal in developing this tool is to make it generic and versatile at the same time staying reasonably true to the real game strategy so that it is useful for the game designers to quickly run a simulation to get insight about the game playability before the actual development process.","PeriodicalId":414040,"journal":{"name":"2014 Fourth International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-04-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124334559","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Signature-based approach for malware detection has one major drawback that it cannot detect zero-day attacks. The fundamental limitation of anomaly based approach is its high false alarm rate. And specification-based detection often has difficulty to specify completely and accurately the entire set of valid behaviors a malware should exhibit. Modern malware developers try to avoid detection by using several techniques such as polymorphic, metamorphic and also some of the hiding techniques. In order to overcome these issues, we propose a new approach for malware analysis and detection that consist of the following twelve stages Inbound Scan, Inbound Attack, Spontaneous Attack, Client-Side Exploit, Egg Download, Device Infection, Local Reconnaissance, Network Surveillance, & Communications, Peer Coordination, Attack Preparation, and Malicious Outbound Propagation. These all stages will integrate together as interrelated process in our proposed approach. This approach had solved the limitations of all the three approaches by monitoring the behavioral activity of malware at each any every stage of life cycle and then finally it will give a report of the maliciousness of the files or software's.","PeriodicalId":414040,"journal":{"name":"2014 Fourth International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-04-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124466106","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To consume the communication energy of sensor node there are certain technique. The distance between the transmitter and receiver is estimated before available transmission and then lowest transmission power needed to transmit the measurement data is then calculate and determined. It could not reflect the dynamic properties changing with time. Coherence analysis is a method developed on base of classic coherence analysis and signal's joint time-frequency representations in recent years. It was used to extract transient characteristics of interactions among brain areas. It describes the temporal, spatial and frequency relationships of brain activities. This paper discuss the frequency-varying coherence of EEG (Electroencephalogram) to study the coordination mechanism of brain. The power spectral density is the frequency-varying method to study the coordination mechanism of brain areas. The Welch method and the periodogram method are the two methods to study the power spectral density. The results showed that appropriate methods were effective tools for EEG to study the coordination between brain areas.","PeriodicalId":414040,"journal":{"name":"2014 Fourth International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-04-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128602165","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The correlation of data gives meaning full extraction process. For the mining of rule mining a variety of algorithm are used such as Apriori algorithm and tree based algorithm. Some algorithm is wonder performance but generate negative association rule and also suffered from multi-scan problem. In this paper we proposed IMLMS-PANR-GA association rule mining based on min-max algorithm and MLMS formula. In this method we used a multi-level multiple support of data table as 0 and 1. The divided process reduces the scanning time of database. The proposed algorithm is a combination of MLMS and min-max algorithm. Support length key is a vector value given by the transaction data set. The process of rule optimization we used min-max algorithm and for evaluate algorithm conducted the real world dataset such as heart disease data and some standard data used from UCI machine learning repository.","PeriodicalId":414040,"journal":{"name":"2014 Fourth International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-04-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128644409","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The objective of this work is to design layered architecture. The architecture is based on hierarchical based clustering. The link weight based enabled protocol has been proposed in this paper. This proposed protocol not only considers the residual energy but also the distance of nodes with base station and connectivity of the nodes i.e. (nodes degree). The aim of this work is to enhance lifetime of the wireless sensor network, scalability and balance distribution of clusters. Moreover, we have also compared the results with other heirarchical based existing apporaches. Because of this one can utilise the excess capabilities in one computer and share it with many other users. The concept of desktop virtualisation implements this sharing of capabilities with the help of thin client machines which not only reduces the cost of infrastructure but also introduces green computing by limiting energy consumption and e-waste. A similar concept is implemented in St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata and is used extensively by the students.
