Seperti kurangnya model pembelajaran yang digunakan pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung,sehingga membuat siswa mengalami kecenderungan belajar yang pasif. Dengan demikian akan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar dan prestasi belajar yang diperoleh masing-masing siswa. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diperlukan cara efektif dalam memilih model pembelajaran seperti model pembelajaran Role Plya. Model pembelajaran Role Play ini merupakan salah satu cara agar mampu melatih siswa untuk dapat mengembangkan disiplin intelektual dan keterampilan berpikir dengan memunculkan pertanyaan-pertanyaan atas dasar rasa ingin tahu mereka sendiri sehingga mereka dapat menemukan jawaban-jawaban dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan tersebut. Dengan demikian perlu dilakukan suatu penelitian untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar dengan model pembelajaran Role Play dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran mata pelajaran Matematika di kelas XI MIPA 2 di SMA Negeri 2 Cikarang Utara. Instumen yang digunakan yaitu berupa test kognitif yang telah melalui beberapa tahapan seperti judgement, validitas, realibiltas dengan berdasarkan pada tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda. This research is an experimental research with the type of research Pre-Experimental Design and using the One Group Pretest-Posttest research design. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, tests, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used is the paired sample t-test. The results showed that the flipped classroom learning model had an effect on student learning independence with a Sig. 0.00 <0.05 and has an effect on learning outcomes with a Sig value. 0.03 <0.05. Omni-channel is implemented to reach a wider audience. This study aimed to examine and analyze the factors influencing the intention to use omni-channel among Matahari Department Store (MDS) consumers. The collected data was processed based on the descriptive statistical analysis method to determine the characteristics of the respondents and inferential statistics using SEM-PLS. The results of the study show that performance expectancy has a positive effect on omni-channel shopping attitude. Likewise with the omni-channel shopping attitude towards consumers' intention. Good human resources are employees who are good in their work behavior in accordance with company or agency regulations. Employees who are able to carry out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with their behavior in completing their work. Companies or agencies must be able to pay attention to the performance patterns of their employees to achieve a synergistic relationship. The existence of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) during the pandemic also affected the performance of the Bekasi City Youth and Sports Service (Dispora), which required that every day only around 25% to 50% of employees attend the Bekasi City Dispora office. This study focuses more on the ethos and performance of the Bekasi City Dispora by using a causality and correlative approach with the research variables namely the independent variable (work ethic) and the dependent variable (employee performance). Determining the number of samples in this study used an error level of 5%, so the sample used according to the table was 78 people. The results showed that the work ethic has a positive and very strong influence on the performance of employees at the Bekasi City Dispora. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan swasta pada perusahaan tekstil di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan Transformational Leadership Behaviour Inventory (TLI) untuk mengukur kepemimpinan transformational dan OCB scale dengan 5 dimensi utama dari Podsakoff untuk mengukur OCB. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 221 dari beberapa jumlah karyawan pada perusahaan tekstil di Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformational berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Namun kepemimpinan transformational secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Likewise, the kelurahan in carrying out office activities requires a workforce that is able to work productively in order to achieve the goals and vision and mission that have been set. This study aims to determine and analyze the increase in the performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Village, East Jakarta Administrative City. This study uses a research design that is descriptive qualitative. The informants who became informants in this study were the Bidara Cina Village Head, the Head of Government Section, the Head of Ekbang Section, the Bidara Cina Village Staff and the community. Data collection techniques were carried out by library research and field research. While data analysis techniques include data reduction activities, data presentation as well as drawing conclusions and verification. From this study it was concluded that: (1) The performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Village was generally quite good. This can be seen from the cohesiveness of employees in coordination and teamwork. However, there must be a further staffing development program so that employees can be more disciplined at work. (2) Factors that influence the performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Sub-District, East Jakarta Administrative City, include employee development, promotion, employee income, work environment, work facilities and educational background. (3) Efforts made to improve the performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Sub-District, East Jakarta Administrative City, can be carried out by organizing employee development programs starting from the city to the provincial level, providing promotion for employees who excel, creating a comfortable work environment and conducive for employees, giving employees the right to leave proportionally, giving appreciation and work motivation to employees, creating a comfortable working atmosphere, and evaluating employee performance regularly. \u0000Keywords: Performance, Civil Servants \u0000  \u0000Abstraksi \u0000Untuk menjalankan efektifitas kerja, maka diperlukan suatu sistem manajemen yang efektif dan efisien yang dapat mengkordinir setiap pekerjaan, kegiatan kantor, membina dan mengatur tenaga kerja sebagai pelaksana serta memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada masyarakat.
