Metode penelitiannya adalah metode kualitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa BMT EL-MIZAN ANNAFII telah menjalankan perannya secara umum sebagai koperasi syariah yang mampu membuat kegiatan ekonomi dan sosial anggotanya yang merupakan warga sekitar masjid menjadi lebih baik dan sejahtera, sedangkan jenis-jenis peran aktif yang telah dilakukan oleh BMT EL-MIZAN ANNAFII dalam peningkatan kualitas usaha mikro hanya pada aspek fisik pemasaran produk (toko dan kerjasama dengan muslimah center) dan belum menyentuh aspek manajemen pemasaran jasa (kualitas pelayanan), manajemen produksi barang, manajemen keuangan, akuntansi sederhana, manajemen SDM dan etika bisnis syariah. Kepuasan pelanggan adalah tingkat perasaan seseorang setelah membandingkan kinerja (atau hasil) yang ia persepsikan dibandingkan dengan harapannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan Customer Serviceterhadap kepuasan nasabah dan menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Customer Service terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BJB KCP Cipanas. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik. Populasi pada penelitian iniJ yaitu sekuruh nasabah Bank BJB KCP Cipanas, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Customer Service terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BJB KCP Cipanas. ABSTRACTService quality is the totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that depends on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs. Customer satisfaction is the level of a person's feelings after comparing the performance (or results) he perceives compared to his expectations. This study aims to analyze the quality of Customer Serviceon customer satisfaction and to examine the effect of Customer Servicequality on customer satisfaction at Bank BJB KCP Cipanas. The author uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis methods and statistical analysis. The population in this study were all customers at Bank BJB KCP Cipanas, with a total sample of 100 people. Meanwhile, the data collection tool used was a questionnaire. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pembiayaan ijarah dan pembiayaan qardh terhadap laba bersih baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Objek penelitian yaitu menggunakan laporan keuangan Bank BRI Syariah. Jenis penelitian yaitu kuantitatif asosiatif dengan jenis data sekunder. Adapun populasi dan sampel yaitu laporan keuangan triwulanan tentang pembiayaan ijarah dan pembiayaan qardh periode 2015-2019. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pembiayaan ijarah terhadap laba bersih dimana sebesar -0,1482 < sebesar 2.109, tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pembiayaan qardh terhadap laba bersih dimana nilai sebesar -0,991 < 2.109, serta tidak berpengaruh signifikan pembiayaan ijarah dan qardh secara simultan terhadap laba bersih dimana nilai Fhitung 0,474 < Ftabel 3,59. ABSTRACTBased on the results of the observation that the background of this research is the fluctuation in the financial statements of ijarah and qardh financing which will have an impact on the net profit of BRI Syariah Bank. This study aims to determine how the effect of ijarah financing and qardh financing on net income either partially or simultaneously. The object of research is to use the financial statements of Bank BRI Syariah. This type of research is associative quantitative with secondary data types. The population and sample are quarterly financial reports on ijarah financing and qardh financing for the 2015-2019 period. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. BRI KC Cianjur pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif degan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara. Tekik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksplanasi atau penjelasan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjkkan bahwa risiko operasional dibagi menjadi dua yaitu risiko ke nasabah dan risiko ke bank, diantaranya adalah pembatasan kantor layanan, beban operasional meningkat, dan juga penurunan laba. Faktor penyebab terjadinnya risiko operasional dibagi menjadi faktor internal dari bank dan faktor eksternal dari nasabah, cara yang dilakukan oleh BRI KC Cianjur untuk menanggulangi risiko operasional yang terjadi adalah dengan fokus pada kedua faktor tersebut, mengoptimalkan pengawasan bagi segenap pegawai (internal) dan juga mengoptimalkan pengawasan bagi nasabah (eksternal). ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the risk management carried out by PT. BRI KC Cianjur during Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualititative method with a case study approach. The data collection technique used in this study was interviewed. The analysis technique used in this research is an explanation or exsplanation. The result of this study indicate that operasional risk in divied into two, namely the risk to the customer and the risk to the bank, including limitation of service offices, increased operating expenses and decreased profit. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. periode 2009-2018; untuk mengetahui Return On Equity secara parsial terhadap Price Share pada PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. periode 2009-2018; dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh Gross Profit Margin dan Return On Equity secara simultan terhadap Price Share di PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. periode 2009-2018. Penelitin ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian dengan mengunakan analisis secara parsial yaitu dengan analisis regresi sederhana, analisis korelasi pearson product moment, koefisien determinasi dan uji t serta dengan analisis simultan yaitu dengan analisis regresi berganda, korelasi berganda dan uji F. Analisis pada penelitian ini didukung dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS for windows versi 25. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) dan PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. (www.astra-agro.co.id) periode 2009-2018. ABSTRACTThe country's economic progress can be seen from the number of investors who invest in the capital market, especially stock products, with the expectation of a return at a predetermined time. However, in-stock investing, it is necessary to pay attention to several factors that can affect the stock price that investors consider buying these shares. Some of these factors include Gross Profit Margin and Return On Equity. This study aims to determine the effect of partial Gross Profit Margin on Price Share at PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. 2009-2018 period; to know the Return On Equity partially to the Price Share at PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. 2009-2018 period, and to determine the effect of Gross Profit Margin and Return On Equity simultaneously on the Price Share at PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. 2009-2018 period. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research method used partial analysis, namely simple regression analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, coefficient of determination and t-test, and simultaneous analysis, namely by multiple regression analysis, multiple correlations and F test. The analysis in this study was supported by using the SPSS application for Windows version 25. The data used are secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id) and PT.
