Ekonomska integracijapriključenje nove članice promatra prvenstveno u kontekstuproširenja zajedničkog tržišta i mogućnosti ispunjavanjafinancijskih obaveza nove članice koje punopravno članstvopretpostavlja. Kada mala posttranzicijska zemlja ispuni uvjeteza punoprav no članstvo u ekonomskoj integraciji, često nije nitikadrovski niti stanjem društvene svijesti sposobna iskoristiti i svapripadajuća prava i financijska sredstva. Političke elite malihposttranzicijskih zemalja često vizije osobnih karijera (uustanovama i tijelima ekonomske integracije) postavljaju ispredinteresa svoje zemlje. Zbog toga lobiraju za punopravno članstvoneovisno o kadrovskom i stanju društvene svijesti lokalnogstanovništva. Zbog toga se posljednjih desetljeća često događaloda su nove članice u punopravno članstvo ekonomske integracijepristupale kadrovski i društveno nespremne. Niz godina nakonpristupanja ekonomskoj integraciji nisu u mogućnosti iskoristitisva predviđena prava. Posljedica preuranjenog punopravnogčlanstva zbog novih financijskih obaveza su negativne posljedicepo nacionalnu bruto bilancu. Na temelju objedinjenih nalazaistraživanja relevantnih autora koji su analizirali neželjenaiskustva Portugala i Španjolske u Europskoj uniji i Meksika uNafti provedeno je istraživanje iskustava Republike Hrvatske uperiodu nakon njenog priključenja Europskoj uniji. Sukladnospoznajama toga istraživanja izložene su preporučljive sugestijeza njeno repozicioniranje u Europskoj uniji. In the bankingworld, accelerated digitalization has made banks intensivelyre-examine traditional business models,which means that they have to respond quickly andefficiently to the demands of their clients while offeringsafe and simple services for use. Security and trust arestill key determinants, and banks have developed innovativebanking services and products over the pastfew years, including secured systems that reliably protectdata and money of clients. However, just like anyindustrial revolution, both Industry 4.0 and its impacton the transformation of the banking sector carrywith themselves both positive and negative consequencesof this transformation. The selected examplesare presenting the possibility of earning, buyingand storing cryptocurrencies, paying with cryptomoneyand invest in them. In the paper we aresearching for an answer to the question “What arethe advantages and disadvantages of using cryptocurrenciesin international payment and what is the securityof using cryptocurrencies in the future?” In theanswer, this paper will present in what direction theuse of crypts will develop in the future. Results arepresenting the blockchain technology, though backgroundtechnology, which would not be known thatcryptocurrencies did not gain popularity, has a brightperspective. Ahigh percentage of unemployed and inactive young peopleis the result of on the one hand, insufficiently rapid economicdevelopment of small post-transition economies andon the other hand, the mismatch of supply and demand inthe labor market. In the long run, reformed modern formaleducation at all levels, as well as non-formal education,particularly entrepreneurship and STEAMeducation, could make a significant contribution to economicgrowth and development of small post-transitiondeveloping economies, by strengthening the entrepreneurialecosystem of educational institutions at all levels and thedevelopment of entrepreneurship. The goal of the researchis, through the review of empirical studies, to analyze successfulpractices of applying entrepreneurship educationand building the entrepreneurial ecosystem in primary, secondaryand higher education and modeling strategic directionsof curriculum reforms at all levels of the educationsystem in small post-transition developing economies, witha focus on the reform of the education system of higher educationin the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina.We used historical method, method ofclassification, method of analysis and synthesis, and a casestudy.
