Uraian penelitian ini berangkat dari rumusan masalah yakni: Bagaimana Strategi Manajemen Komunikasi Psikologi Pendidikan Antara Guru Dan Siswa Dalam Mengatasi Kesulitan Belajar Di MTs Negeri 1 Banggai?. Untuk menjawab masalah tersebut digunakanlah penelitian metode kualitatif dengan analisis manajemen pendidikan Islam. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: Strategi manajemen komunikasi psikologi pendidikan antara guru dan siswa dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar di MTs Negeri 1 Banggai, sebagai berikut: Penanganan kasus siswa yang bermasalah yang dilakukan oleh Guru BK setelah mendapat laporan dari guru bidang studi dan wali kelas, sebelum melaporkan siswa terlebih dahulu masalah tersebut diselesaikan oleh guru dan wali kelas, Untuk menyelesaikan masalah siswa, guru BK mendalami permasalahan tersebut dengan mencari informasi dari guru yang melapor maupun dari siswa, dengan cara: 1, Guru BK memulihkan mental siswa yang bermasalah, kerena siswa yang bermasalah memiliki mental yang tidak stabil. 2. Mendalami masalah yang dialami oleh siswa. 3. Memberikan solusi berdasarkan permasalahan yang timbul. 4. Melakukan bimbingan kepada siswa secara kontinyu sampai maslah tersebut selesai dan 5. Membangun komunikasi dengan siswa dan meminta guru atau wali kelasnya untuk memberikan perhatian lebih selama proses komunikasi berlangsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tehnik wawancara mendalam, pengamatan berparstisipasi dan dokumnetasi. Tehnik analisa data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh oleh peneliti baik melalui interview, obesrvasi, dan dokumentasi maka dapat diambil sebuah kesimpulan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa dijaman melenia di Madrasah Aliyah Negri Banggai Kabupaten Banggai cukup baik karena dipengaruhi dengan adanya lingkungan yang baik. Hal ini terbukti dengan cukup antusiasnya siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan – kegiatan yang diadakan sekolah untuk menumbuhkan semangat belajar, ada beberapa cara yang dilakukan guru Madarash Aliyah Negri Banggai kabupaten Banggai untuk menumbuhkan minat belajar dijaman melenia yaitu : memberikan hadiah, melakukan pendekatan, memberikan pujian. Disamping itu, diketahui bahwa para guru yang mengajar disini adalah mayoritas lulusan perguruan tinggi , ditambah dengan adanya fasilitas yang memadai sehingga para guru dapat lebih leluasa untuk melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar secara maksimal. TRIANA AR","doi":"10.32529/al-ilmi.v1i2.258","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32529/al-ilmi.v1i2.258","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract : The research aims to discover (i) the learning activeness of class IV students at SDN 257 Akkalibatue in Liliriaja Sub-district of Soppeng District before the implementation of Outdoor Social Science learning; (ii) the learning activeness of class IV students at SDN 257 Akkalibatue in Liliriaja Sub-district of Soppeng District after the implementation of Outdoor Social Science learning; (iii) whether there is a difference of learning activeness of class IV students at SDN 257 Akkalibatue in Liliriaja Sub-district of Soppeng District before and after the implementation of Outdoor Social Science learning.The research was pre-experiment research which employed pre-test post-test one group design. The populations of the research were the students of class IV with the total of 61 students. The samples of the research were 41 student. The determination of experiment was conducted by using random sampling technique. To know about the result of this research, researcher used observation sheet and enquette instrument. Observation sheet used to know the implementation of outdoor learning education. The learning result was analized by using t-test with SPSS 23.0 for Windows application. Data analysis using descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis that is requirement test (normality and homogeneity test) and hypothesis test (t-test).The results of the research reveal that (i) the learning activeness of class IV students at SDN 257 Akkalibatue in Liliriaja Sub-district of Soppeng District in Social Science learning before the implementation of outdoor learning, generally is in low category (ii) the learning activeness of class IV students at SDN 257 Akkalibatue in Liliriaja Sub-district of Soppeng District in Social Science learning after the implementation of outdoor learning, generally is in high category (iii) there is a difference of students’ learning activeness before and after the implementation of outdoor learning in Social Science in class IV students at SDN 257 Akkalibatue in Liliriaja Sub-district of Soppeng District, namely the students’ learning activeness is higher after the implementation of Outdoors Social Science learning than before the implementation of Outdoors Social Science learning. Because one of the requirements to be able to propose certification is completing undergraduate education, certainly the requirements according to study programs, namely the PIAUD for PIAUD teaching staff. This study used qualitative research methods and descriptive research.
