The survey begins by presenting an overview of common routing protocols with their key characteristics. Subsequently, it explores the impact of these protocols on network performance metrics, focusing on their ability to adapt to changing network conditions, mitigate congestion, and ensure efficient resource utilization. Through a systematic review of literature, empirical studies, and real-world implementations, this survey aims to provide network administrators, researchers, and practitioners with valuable insights into selecting and optimizing routing protocols for specific network environments. The consequences of equipment failure become more catastrophic as the size and variety of fabrication equipment keep growing. In order to locate the system's shortcomings and identify the parts or units with low reliability for the specified designed performance, reliability analysis is necessary. This research discusses the reliability analysis of the lathe machine. Four subsystems of the lathe machine are identified and root cause analysis was carried out for all subsystems failure modes. Minitab 19 was employed to estimate the parameters settings of certain probability distributions, which includes the Weibull, Exponential, Loglogistic and Lognormal distributions. According to findings of the analysis, the belt drive subsystem is critical to the reliability of the Lathe machine. The study also demonstrates how reliability analysis is valuable in determining inspection periods. This study examined the important place that morality and effective communication use occupy within organisations and their long-term sustainability. The paper explores quality character and organisational development; sustainable organisational development; indispensability of quality character in organisational development; effective communication and sustainable organisational development; language use, morality and successful sustainable organisational development; leadership, communication, ethical behaviour and sustainable organisational development; and, power of communication in and organisations in the new age. It was concluded that the key to successful sustainable organisation is the ability of organisations to invest in sound ethical/moral standards and employment of effective communication channels. It was recommended, among others, that management of organisations should make policies that condemn negative character in the work environment and apply sanctions where necessary, and seminars and workshops could be organized regularly for employees in the area of communication and ethical behaviour. Many real-world features of SC operations, which includes multiple products types, multiple echelons, multiple production technologies, and multiple modes of transportation, were all incorporated into the model during its development. As a result of the complexity of the model and need to provide Pareto front for decision maker, a novel hybrid NSGA III (HNSGA-III) was developed to solve the model. The Relative Gap was used result of the model was validated using the ε-constraint method. the algorithm parameters were tuned using Taguchi design then the performance of HNSGA III as compared to NSGA III, HypE and MOEA/D was assessed using RNS, SNS, IGD, CPU times and HC index. The result clearly shows the HNSGA III outperforms the other meta-heuristic algorithms. Taxation is the process of levying and collection of tax from taxable persons and organizations or establishments. The objectives of government using taxation include revenue generation to help the government to finance increasing public sector expenditure and to promote social, economic and good governance through provision of merit goods. Merit goods include health and education that must not be left solely to private hands, though private participation should also be encouraged. Revenue generated from tax can also be used to provide commonly consumed goods and services for which individuals cannot be levied. Public goods include internal security through maintenance of law and order by police and other security agencies, external security through defense against external aggression by Navy, Army and Air Forces, and provision of basic amenities such as pipe borne water, street lights and roads. We reviewed tax customer services provided by internal revenue agencies and explore options that are available for excellent customer services to be provided in this parlance. As the key to this assessment is to x-ray clear-cut metrics used in the assessment of these institutions of higher learning by regulating authorities, parents, and other stakeholders These institutions' academic deliverables in terms of availability of experienced teachers, modern teaching and learning amenities, open access to learning materials, open access to assessment results, and timely responses to transcripts application to mention just a few needs proper evaluation. A lot of institutions' indices of performance are not encouraging, which translates to a high level of students dropping out, poor student performance, and low productivity which affects the standard of living and overall planned change that education is supposed to bring to the generality of the society at large. We must appreciate the efforts of previous researchers who have spent precious time using various sentiment analysis tools to unveil these challenges facing our education institutions and providing far-reaching measures that will make these institutions improve all indexes of measurement approved by regulating authorities globally as a mark of global competitiveness. Literature reviews by researchers using natural language processing and other machine learning techniques to get students and other stakeholders’ feedback by applying sentiment analysis to improve the quality of teaching and learning in the education sector have yielded the required results. Given the above this research effort aimed at reviewing published papers geared towards improving learners' experiences and enhancing quality assurance in the education system from published articles between 2016 to 2023 in referenced databases from high-impact journals. The research study collated 80 useful articles from the pool of 4595 that were earlier surfed using eligibility criteria which entailed employing exclusion and inclusion characteristics. The outcome of the literature reviews showed that 70% of researchers have used sentiment analysis as feedback and improvement analysis tools in enhancing the student learning experience and quality assurance in the higher education sector. The highly used sentiment analysis algorithms are lexicon-based, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes(NB), Linear Regression(LR), and Artificial Neural Network(ANN). It also highlights the importance of evaluating online child protection in the context of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The finding reveals the strength and weaknesses of the existing approach by the government and the challenges faced by the government in implementing effective strategies. Recommendations are provided to improve the current strategy adopted by the Nigerian Government, such as enhancing a strong policy framework, improving international cooperation, investing in education and awareness, public-private partnership and regular evaluation and adaptation. This research examines past research in cybersecurity education and training, evaluates the existing literature on Cybersecurity risk to identify research gaps and suggests the future direction of the research phenomenon. The paper evaluates the mechanics that influence the effectiveness of cybersecurity training programs. The paper also presents best practices and success factors for developing cybersecurity training programs. The research presents the benefits of cybersecurity training and awareness program underpinned around addressing human vulnerability to promote a better and positive cybersecurity awareness culture within organisations. It also highlights the need for a company to adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, which is essential in mitigating cybersecurity risk. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is characterized by the integration of digital technologies such as the Internet of Things, cyber-physical systems, and cloud computing, which has created a hyper-connected system. As this revolution progresses, cybersecurity becomes critical to ensuring the security of the digital space. The article emphasizes the need for the legal framework to evolve in line with societal changes brought about by the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
