This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of monitoring financing, business conditions, customer character, guarantees, and the covid-19 pandemic on non-performing financing at BTN Syariah KCS Bekasi. The population of this study is customers who have problematic financing at BTN Syariah KCS Bekasi. The sampling technique in this study is the Simple Random Sampling method. In this study, the source of the data obtained was the distribution of questionnaires by obtaining 127 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. The results obtained from this study are Financing Monitoring has a significant effect on non-performing financing, Business Conditions has no significant effect on non-performing financing, Customer Character has no significant effect on non-performing financing, Guarantee has no significant effect on non-performing financing, and the Covid-19 pandemic had a significant effect on non-performing financing.Pandemi covid-19 memberi dampak pendapatan kepada masyarakat. Hal ini yang memberi pengaruh pada kepemilikan pembiayaan di perbankan berupa kendala angsuran pembayaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta membuktikan pengaruh pemantauan pembiayaan, kondisi usaha, karakter nasabah, jaminan, dan pandemi covid-19 terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah di BTN Syariah KCS Bekasi. Populasi penelitian yaitu nasabah yang memiliki pembiayaan bermasalah di BTN Syariah KCS Bekasi. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Adapun sumber data yang didapatkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner memperoleh 127 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan alat SmartPLS 3.0. The sample used in this study uses one hundred people who will represent the entire population. Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire distributed by the purposive sampling technique. The statistical methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, validity and reliability, and hypotheses using SPSS Statistics 23 application as a data processor. The results of this study are the influence of the independent variables simultaneously on the interest in investing in Islamic stocks. However, in a partial test, only financial literacy, risk, and investment psychology factors have a significant influence on interest in investing in Islamic stocks, while social media factors do not have a significant influence on interest in investing in Islamic stocks.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, risiko, psikologi investasi, dan media sosial terhadap minat berinvestasi masyarakat Jakarta pada saham syariah. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah seratus orang yang mewakili seluruh populasi. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, validitas dan reliabilitas, serta hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa aplikasi SPSS Statistics 23 sebagai pengolah data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh variabel bebas secara bersamaan terhadap minat berinvestasi saham syariah. This development is evidenced by the increasing total number of Islamic commercial banks, as well as the very large number of Islamic people's financing banks. This study aims to investigate the comparison between BUS and BPRS. This study uses a quantitative methodology with data analysis techniques using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), and a different test using an independent sample t-test. The population used is 5 Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) and 5 Sharia People's Financing Banks (BPRS) in West Java with data samples of fixed assets, savings, operational costs, financing, and operating profit. This study uses secondary data sourced from the official website of the Financial Services Authority. The results of this study are that BPRS has a higher average efficiency level than BUS, and there is no significant difference between BUS efficiency and BPRS in 2017, 2018, and 2019 based on DEA CRS and DEA VRS.Berkembangnya perbankan syariah di Indonesia semakin memiliki kemajuan yang cukup pesat. Perkembangan ini dibuktikan dari angka total bank umum syariah yang meningkat, serta angka bank pembiayaan rakyat syariah yang berjumlah sangat besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi perbandingan antara BUS dengan BPRS. Penelitian ini memakai metodologi kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data memakai Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), serta uji beda menggunakan sampel independent t test. Populasi yang digunakan adalah lima Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) dan lima Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) di Jawa Barat dengan sampel data aset tetap, simpanan, biaya operasional, pembiayaan, dan laba operasional, kemudian data sekunder yang bersumber dari website resmi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. There are four aspects of assessment in the balanced scorecard, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The type of data is secondary, sourced from the Financial Statements and Annual Reports that have been published by Bank Mega Syariah. The data collection technique uses the documentation method from the official website of the Financial Services Authority, and the official website of Bank Mega Syariah. Data analysis technique is to calculate the score of each perspective, based on predetermined criteria. The results obtained from the analysis of the performance assessment of Bank Mega Syariah using the Balanced Scorecard method for the 2015-2019 period, for a financial perspective the NPF ratio shows a healthy predicate, the FDR ratio with a fairly healthy predicate, and an ROA ratio with a healthy predicate. healthy predicate, ROE ratio with fairly healthy predicate, BOPO ratio with very healthy predicate, and CAR ratio with very healthy predicate. For the customer perspective, it shows a decrease in Market Share and shows an increase in Customer Profitability. For the internal business process perspective, it shows an increase in Process Innovation and an increase in After Sales Service. For the learning and growth perspective, it shows a decrease in employee retention and shows an increase in employee productivity.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penilaian kinerja Bank Mega Syariah dengan metode Balanced Scorecard. Terdapat empat aspek penilaian dalam balanced scorecard, yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yaitu sekunder, yang bersumber dari Laporan Keuangan dan Laporan Tahunan yang telah dipublikasi oleh Bank Mega Syariah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dari website resmi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, dan website resmi Bank Mega Syariah. BPR Syariah Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo, either partially or simultaneously. The research was conducted using quantitative methods, as well as a causal relationship research design. The research data is primary data which is collected through a questionnaire in the form of google form, as well as secondary data which is collected using documentation techniques. The sample was taken by random sampling, while the calculation technique used the Slovin formula in order to obtain a sample of 350. However, only 130 respondents were willing to fill out the questionnaire. Data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The research results prove there is an effect of marketing communication on customer loyalty at PT. BPR Syariah Mitra Mentari Sejahtera and communication are the dominant factors. There is an effect of trust on the loyalty of savings customers at PT. BPR Syariah Mitra Mentari Sejahtera. There is a negative effect of handling complaints on customer loyalty at PT. BPR Syariah Mitra Mentari Sejahtera.Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi pemasaran, kepercayaan, serta pengaruh penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas nasabah tabungan di PT. BPR Syariah Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode kuantitatif, serta desain penelitian hubungan kausal. Data penelitian adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbentuk google formulir, serta data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Pengambilan sampel dengan random sampel, sedangkan teknik penghitungannya menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 350. Namun hanya 130 responden yang bersedia mengisi kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh komunikasi pemasaran terhadap loyalitas nasabah tabungan di PT. BPR Syariah Mitra Mentari Sejahtera dan komunikasi merupakan faktor yang paling dominan. Terdapat pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah tabungan di PT. BPR Syariah Mitra Mentari Sejahtera. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk in year of 2016 to 2020 by using financial ratio analysis. This study uses the financial statement data 2020 and four financial ratio to make it more complete than previous studies. The research method which has been used to measure the financial performance at PT. Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk the financial ratio analysis which consists of liquidity ratio, solvability ratio, activity ratio and profitability ratio. The result of this research is based on the liquidity ratio which is proxy by current ratio and cash ratio, it has been found that the condition of the financial performance of the company is liquid. Solvability ratio which is proxy by debt ratio and debt to total equity ratio, it has been found that the condition of the financial performance of the company is good. Activity ratio which is proxy by fixed assets turnover and total assets turnover, it has been found that the condition of financial performance of the company is less efficient. The profitability ratio which is proxy by return on assets is good and return on invesment is less good. The ratio that indicates a good condition is liquidity ratio and solvability ratio.Virus corona berdampak pada semua sektor perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan harus memiliki kinerja keuangan yang efisien agar dapat dinilai sebagai perusahaan yang sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk pada tahun 2016 hingga 2020 menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data laporan keuangan tahun 2020 dan dianalisis menggunakan empat rasio keuangan agar penelitian ini lebih lengkap dari penelitian sebelumnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan pada PT. Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk merupakan analisis rasio keuangan yang terdiri dari rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio aktivitas dan rasio profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan rasio likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan current ratio dan cash ratio diketahui kondisi kinerja keuangan perusahaan dalam keadaan likuid. Rasio solvabilitas yang diproksikan dengan debt ratio dan debt to total equity ratio diketahui bahwa kondisi kinerja keuangan perusahaan dalam keadaan baik. Rasio aktivitas yang diproksikan dengan fixed asset turnover dan total asset turnover, bahwa kondisi kinerja keuangan perusahaan kurang efisien. Rasio profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan return on asset baik dan return on invesment kurang baik. Although the role of the audit committee has been established, Good Corporate Governance has generally been well implemented, and has carried out a fairly good internal control function through the Whistleblowing System, the fulfillment of these components has not significantly been able to overcome fraud. Such an interesting condition to be related to the theory of Rezaae and Ajeng Wind. This study is intended to examine the effect of the audit committee, Good Corporate Governance, and the Whistleblowing System on fraud either partially or simultaneously. Sharia Commercial Banks for the period 2016-2019 in Indonesia were selected as the population using saturated sampling techniques, there are 14 Islamic Commercial Banks with 56 units of analysis used in this study. Ordinal logistic regression model was chosen as an analysis technique with SPSS 21 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the variable composition of the independent audit committee, tenure of the audit committee and good corporate governance has a significant negative relationship to fraud. Meanwhile, the audit committee meeting variables and the Whistleblowing System have a negative and insignificant effect on fraud. The independent variable composition of the audit committee, audit committee meetings, tenure of the audit committee, Good Corporate Governance, and the Whistleblowing System is able to explain the variation of fraud by 29% while the remaining 71% is explained by other variables outside the research model. The low level of influence may be due to the inadequate follow-up of the audit committee meetings and the lack of independence of the internal auditors in managing fraud reports. So that Sharia Commercial Banks must optimize the function of the anti-fraud division and present the division in holding meetings, as well as increase the independence of the internal auditors in managing reports of suspected fraud that are submitted through the Whistleblowing System.Fraud berkaitan dengan tindakan kecurangan yang dilakukan secara sengaja melalui sarana bank dan mengakibatkan kerugian. Meskipun peranan komite audit telah terbentuk, Good Corporate Governance secara umum telah diterapkan dengan baik, serta menjalankan fungsi pengendalian internal melalui Whistleblowing System yang cukup baik, namun pemenuhan komponen-komponen tersebut tidak secara signifikan mampu mengatasi fraud. Kondisi yang demikian menarik untuk dihubungkan dengan teori Rezaae dan Ajeng Wind. During the covid-19 pandemic, many customers withdraw their money in sharia banks and conventional banks. The novelty of this research in the form of trust and satisfaction that is used as a mediator variable between the quality of service and customer loyalty, similar research has never been done. This research is quantitative with structural equation modelling method, with a total of 60 samples consisting of teachers at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor campus 2 Madusari Ponorogo. The findings in this study shows that the service quality has a positive effect on trust and satisfaction, satisfaction is a mediator between the service quality and loyalty, while trust is not a mediator variable between the service quality and the loyalty of customers in sharia banking. Further research is expected to further examine the role of customer satisfaction in maintaining the loyalty of sharia bank customers.Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah bank syariah di Ponorogo yang dimediasi oleh kepercayaan dan kepuasan nasabah. Pada masa pandemi covid-19 nasabah banyak yang menarik uangnya di bank syariah maupun bank konvensional. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini berupa kepercayaan dan kepuasan yang dijadikan sebagai variabel mediator antara kualitas layanan dan loyalitas nasabah, penelitian serupa belum pernah dilakukan. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan metode structural equation modelling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 yang terdiri dari guru pada Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor kampus 2 Madusari Ponorogo. Temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif pada kepercayaan dan kepuasan, kepuasan merupakan media antara kualitas layanan dan loyalitas, sedangkan kepercayaan bukan merupakan variabel mediasi antara kualitas layanan dan loyalitas nasabah bank syariah. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The results showed that, the average NPF BUS 2015-2020 ratio was 3.99%, indicating that BUS was in the healthy predicate. The smaller the NPF, the healthier the bank. The average ROA ratio of BUS 2015-2020 is 1.03%, indicating that BUS is in a fairly healthy predicate. The greater the ROA, the healthier the bank. And the average CAR 2015-2020 ratio of 18.73% indicates that BUS is in a very healthy predicate. The bigger the CAR, the healthier the bank. This fact shows that the performance of BUS in Indonesia needs to be improved so that the profit (ROA) is maximized.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) di Indonesia dengan metode Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) atau yang lebih dikenal sebagai metode RGEC, mencakup Risk Profile, Earning dan Capital BUS di Indonesia 2015-2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, rata-rata rasio NPF BUS 2015-2020 sebesar 3,99 % menunjukkan bahwa BUS dalam predikat Sehat. Semakin kecil NPF maka bank semakin sehat. Rata-rata rasio ROA BUS 2015-2020 sebesar 1,03 % menunjukkan bahwa BUS dalam predikat cukup sehat. Semakin besar ROA maka bank semakin sehat. Dan rata-rata rasio CAR BUS 2015-2020 sebesar 18,73 % menunjukkan bahwa BUS dalam predikat sangat sehat. Semakin besar CAR maka bank semakin sehat.
