This effort focuses on job in keeping and anonymity-enhancing safe cloud computing services using a blockchain named. It is developed with two features—anonymous files and searches for illegally submitted content. On, cloud users may identify all users inside the application layer and access data using payment systems. Analysis is done on how well three different implementations pure ledger, composite block chain with a cache and a convention database—perform when it comes to obtaining data. The neutralized line is incorporated between elements of antenna which produces current null with improvement in the port isolation up to 12 dB. The asymmetric open slots are used to weaken the movement of surface waves between ports which improves the isolation up to 17 dB. The size of the miniaturized antenna is 0.32 λ0 x 0.26 λ0 with an edge distance of 0.13 λ0 achieving the maximum port isolation of 35 dB. With 15.4% of all newly diagnosed cases in 2020 being prostate cancer, it was the second most prevalent type of cancer in men globally. Due to complex nature of PCa, it is matter of concern that development of Computer Aided Diagnosis (CAD) systems for detection PCa is not keeping up with other cancer disciplines. Feature extraction using region of interest (ROI) is an important step for developing CAD systems. Around the centre of 112 PCa lesions from 99 patients, region of interest was extracted from BVAL, ADC, and T2W MRI images. Features based on two and three dimensions are extracted from the ROI. Total 444 features are extracted and used for machine learning based classification. Comparison of the proposed approach for feature extraction is tested on three classifiers viz. Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes (NB) and k-Nearest Neighbour (KNN). The assessment measures used to compare the aforementioned classifiers include accuracy, recall, precision, and accuracy as well as the F1-score, Receiver Operating Characteristics Curve (ROC), AUC, and U. Kappa. The typical nursing care unit is run by medical staffs, and as result, the hospital’s patient data are updated incompetently due to the growing medical demand. A realistic, smart health nursing care unit with such a system that is capable of aiding the efficient and practical management of medical professionals had taken on new relevance given the urgency of the situation. The suggested framework works as a nurse & provides patients with the pleasure of nurse care through analysis of health records & activities of patients inside this emergency treatment unit. The developed system using cloud computing could be able to determine the patients' true location for the very first time. In an emergency, knowing the patient’s exact position is essential for patient rescue. This study demonstrates that the primary stage of intelligent health nursing care is the smart nurse care unit (SMNC).
