Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkomparasikan teknik CBT Made Simple Nina Josefowitz dan konsep teknik zikir Imam al-Sya’ra>ni> dalam kitab al Anwa>r al Qudsiyyah tentang fungsi keduanya sebagai terapi penanganan depresi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan metode induktif, konten analisis dan komparatif, penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan adanya persamaan dan perbedaan konsep teknik zikir tarekat dalam kitab al-Anwa>r al-Qudsiyyah dengan teknik CBT Made Simple sebagai terapi penanganan depresi. Diantaranya ialah optimalisasi keduanya dalam hal sama-sama mengandalkan kualitas komunikasi, namun komunikasi dalam zikir tarekat cenderung lebih kompleks, terbentuk antara murid dengan murshid berlanjut kepada para shaikh-shaikh dalam jalur silsilah tarekat, kepada Rasulullah Saw. hingga sampai kepada Allah, sedangkan komunikasi dalam teknik CBT Made Simple hanya terbentuk antara klien dan terapis yang menangani saja. Because of the beauty of its systematics, it is the basis for the existence of reasonable knowledge (relatedness) of the Qur'an. To express the interrelation of verses in the Qur'an about the concept of wasathiyah Islam in the view of M. Quraish Shihab, it is necessary to sharpen the views of the mufassir in presenting the text of the Qur'an related to the concept of Wasathiyah Islam in the perspective of M. Quraish Shihab. The purpose of this study is to explain the Islamic concept of wasathiyah by analyzing plausibility in the Qur'an Surat al-Baqarah verse 143. This research is included in the type of qualitative research using a library research approach. This study found that there is a connection between the text in Q.S. Al-Baqarah: 143, namely between the discussion of \"Ummatan Wasatha\" and the discussion of \"Qibla direction\". Where \"wasatha\" which means middle is likened to the position of the Kaaba in the middle of the earth. The results of the textbook can be downloaded so that students can use it to learn the Arabic language. In production design using textbook development, the researcher made the book containing an explanation of the special material in this book. In order to validate the production, the researcher conducted an investigation of the product by means of the authenticator, that is, Muhammad Muizzudin, the master and Hayumi. In the production experiment, the first field test was conducted by the researcher for the pre-test and the post-test. Based on the previous introduction, the researcher presented the research questions as follows: 1) What are the specifications of the Grammar book for the second grade at Nurul Hidayah Islamic Secondary School in Bojonegara? 2) How is the development of the second-grade grammar teaching book at Nurul Hidayah Islamic Secondary School Bojonegara? 3) What is the effectiveness of the textbook in teaching grammar in second grade at Nurul Hidayah Islamic Secondary School Bojonegara? To know the effectiveness of developing the textbook for teaching grammar in the second grade at Nurul Hidayah Islamic Secondary School Bojonegara, we can see the results of the pre-test and the post-test. On the basis of data tables 5 and 6, it shows that the average value of the pre-test is 69.15 and the value of the post-test is 74.25. This indicates that the value of the post-test is better than the value of the pre-test. Besides, the orientation of the community in the past with the community is now starting to experience a shift in the impact of the current of globalization. For this reason, pesantren as one of the Islamic educational institutions is expected to be the frontline in answering all challenges in the era of globalization. The existing educational model at Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Hikmah, as well as being a characteristic of this pesantren, including: Sufism -Based Education Model and “Integrated Salafiyah System” Educational Model. Menjadikan hubungan diantara keduanya menjadi halal serta dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan batin. Dimana dalam hubungan seksual diantara keduanya harus disesuaikan sehingga salah satunya tidak merasa hanya dijadikan sebagai objek. Di Pengadilan Agama Jombang terdapat kasus cerai gugat yang disebabkan oleh suami yang memiliki gangguan hiperseks hingga menyebakan istri tidak sanggup lagi untuk melayani suami. Atas permasalahan tersebut yang merupakan sebuah permasalahan kontemporer maka agar dapat menyelesaikannya dengan menggunakan teori cabang dari maqa>s{id al-shari<‘ah yakni maqa>s{id al-‘usrah. \u0000Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa pertimbangan hakim dalam memutuskan perkara ini merupakan pasal 116 huruf (f) Kompilasi Hukum Islam dan pasal 19 huruf (f) PP Nomor 9 tahun 1975 tentang pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang perkawinan jo. Dikarenakan alasan perceraian yang telah dijelaskan pada pasal tersebut telah terpenuhi, namun hiperseksual merupakan sebab terjadinya percekcokan antara kedua belah pihak. In this era polygamy is a challenge where the issue of gender equality is getting stronger. Many people argue, either to legalize or reject it. In this context, Siti Mulia tries to give a view which discusses between texts related to polygamy and current social facts. From the description of the background above, the formulation of the problem in this study is as follows: 1) How is the analysis of Siti Musdah Mulia's thoughts on Polygamy Law in the perspective of Islamic Law? The type of research is qualitative research that uses library research methods (Library Research). Data collection techniques by collecting primary data and secondary data. Then the analysis technique with descriptive descriptive method and analysis of the content of the study (Content Analysis). The conclusion of this study is 1] Siti Musdah Mulia argues that polygamy is unlawful because of its excesses (haram lighairih) and based on QS an-Nisa verse 129, that husbands will not be able to treat their wives fairly.
