About 26 million people suffer from this disease every year. From the point of view of cardiology consultants and surgeons, predicting heart failure with improved accuracy is challenging. There are various classification and predictive models which can assist the healthcare sector and explain how to efficiently use data for effective predictions. To that goal, this research study has applied a range of machine learning (ML) algorithms to comprehend the data and predict the occurrence of heart failure in medical databases. Additionally, the findings and comparison analysis determined that this study improved on the prior assessment of the accuracy of predicting heart disease based on the prominent attributes. This study’s combination of machine learning models with medical information systems can assist in predicting the heart failure and other disorders using data obtained from the patients. The implication of k-fold cross validation for predictive model building and assessment insisted that the performance of the model could be enhanced for more reliable predictions. The classifiers used in this study are-Decision Tree, Random Forest, and Logistic Regression, in which Decision Tree provided more accurate results than the other classifiers.","PeriodicalId":407202,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Automation, Computing and Renewable Systems (ICACRS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129697226","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Lung cancer is a worldwide fatal disease that claims victims among both men and women. Computed Tomography (CT) is the most effective predominantly used medical imaging modality for diagnosing uncontrolled lung cell growth. The detection of lung cancer from a CT scan using visual perception requires extensive visual abilities and expertise. The proposed Multi-Level Modified Dualistic Sub Image Histogram Equalization (ML-DSIHE) separates the histogram of a CT image into two parts using the mid-point of the intensity scale. Then ML-DSIHE iteratively divides the bifurcated histogram based on the median and then histogram equalization independently on those partitioned histogram. The proposed ML-DSIHE offers a solution for over-enhancement and under-enhancement of background, loss of foreground Gray-Level components, and noise amplification. The M-DSIHE is confirmed to be a novel enhancement method and thus greater aids in the early detection of lung cancer improved accuracy. The ML-DSIHE is found to the accuracy of early detection of lung cancer. Moreover, this enhancement technique is computationally simple and thus takes less computational time.","PeriodicalId":407202,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Automation, Computing and Renewable Systems (ICACRS)","volume":"2014 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127536048","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Despite all of our efforts, task scheduling in these systems still faces some interesting difficulties, which makes us curious in how jobs are routed between various physical devices, fog nodes, and the cloud. But there has been a lot of study done on job scheduling in cloud computing systems. Speech disorders occur when the regular flow of communication is disrupted. Stuttering, Lisps, Dysarthria, and Apraxia are some variations of speech impairments. Stuttering can be caused by a variety of factors including physical weaknesses, inherited diseases, Autism, and accidents. The risk of continuing to stutter into adulthood is highest in children between the ages of three to fourteen. It is recognized that stuttering therapy activities were less effective in managing stuttering after this age. Stuttering treatments comprise speech therapy with speech-language therapists, which requires in-person sessions that can be challenging and expensive in some circumstances. A parent’s financial ability, their busy schedules, the state of the economy in the nation, and the feasibility of physically seeing therapists and enduring treatments are all factors that might encourage or demotivate participation in therapy sessions. The development in technology and technical approaches have revolutionized the medical field and several studies have been conducted regarding communication disorders in recent years. The application can be used to practice a child’s needed speech therapy virtually and can also be used to aid speech therapy sessions done by speech therapists. The main aim of the system is to provide a customized, engaging, and innovative therapeutic strategy for children to manage stuttering.","PeriodicalId":407202,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Automation, Computing and Renewable Systems (ICACRS)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123096465","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
