However, the use of UV can have adverse effects if exposed to the human body. The current technology is UV sterile boxes for the benefit of UV boxes to be safe from contact with the human body. The box creates a closed space so that UV rays are not exposed to the human body. However, UV sterilizers on the market are not equipped with an automatic system that requires the user to have direct contact with the sterilizer, direct contact with the sterilizer will cause the outer side of the sterilizer to become a new medium for spreading viruses. Based on these problems, we are conducting research that aims to design an automatic door design for UV sterile boxes which are expected to minimize direct contact between the user and the sterile box so that it can stop the development of the coronavirus. Regulate the motion of the dc motor, which must rotate to move the conveyor. Arduino nano will regulate the motor driver, which functions as a switch to change the direction of motion of the dc motor. The rotating dc motor will be connected to the threaded iron to produce forward or backward movement on the conveyor. Arduino nano to it is required to be able to read the value of the proximity sensor as an indicator for stopping the conveyor. Arduino Nano is also needed to regulate the on or off of the ultraviolet lamp. At the same time, the difference in the duration of sending commands by Arduino Nano and receiving system output is 30ms.","PeriodicalId":406626,"journal":{"name":"2022 6th International Conference on Electrical, Telecommunication and Computer Engineering (ELTICOM)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126617256","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Undang Undang Cipta Kerja (in English: Job Creation Law), which is now ratified as Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation, is one of the targets of the omnibus law. However, since it was ratified on Monday, October $5^{mathrm{th}}$, 2020, the law has continued to cause debate and polemic from various elements of society. The reason is the lack of information media related to the Job Creation Law, especially interactive media for information dissemination. Moreover, the official document has 1187 pages which led the people hard to comprehend the document itself. One of the technologies that can be used as interactive media is a chatbot. A chatbot is a computer program that can simulate a conversation with a human. Chatbot itself is the development of Natural Language Processing. This study aims to build OLCBot, a chatbot that can act as an interactive medium for disseminating information on this law. Using the Fuzzy String Matching approach and Sastrawi stemmer, this chatbot is expected to understand and answer users’ questions related to the law. The chatbot knowledge base was taken from the manuscript of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation. The results showed that OLCBot had an accuracy rate of 91.30% in answering questions from users regarding the Job Creation Law or the chatbot was able to answer 42 out of 46 questions.","PeriodicalId":406626,"journal":{"name":"2022 6th International Conference on Electrical, Telecommunication and Computer Engineering (ELTICOM)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121454402","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has several advantages, such as low temperature, fast, applicable for various systems. Meanwhile, the solar cell is also a type renewable energy producing electricity from photon energy of sunlight. These both renewable energy systems have a good potential to be used in Indonesia. However, these renewable energy systems still have several issues to be implemented as a single power plant, such as intermittent and unable to generate electricity at certain times. Therefore, a hybrid system could be a solution for integrating two power plants. This system should be unified as a hybrid power generation system. Then, electrical generation of the hybrid system is necessary to be monitored and evaluated in real time. IoT-based power plant can be implemented as a data logging to monitor electrical power generation. This paper studies a prototype of a small hybrid power plant. The aim of the monitoring system is to evaluate the efficiency of PEMFC-Solar Cell hybrid power plant. The issue of power system stability, lack of technical awareness and the study of the impact of the relevant renewable energy power grid are factors hindering the use of large-scale integration of renewable energy sources (solar and wind). The characteristics of intermittent renewable energy generators demand that grid impact studies should be carried out to ensure that the power grid is operated stably. This study focuses on assessing the impact of Intermittent Renewable Energy Generators (IREGs) on the power stability of the power grid by considering photovoltaic and wind power plants. This research focuses on analyzing the harmonics caused by the intermittent integration of photovoltaic and wind power systems in the microgrid distribution power network. The integration of photovoltaic and wind power involves steady state and dynamic analysis of the power grid. In addition, load flow simulations are carried out to assess the performance of the static conditions of the power grid. Furthermore, dynamic analysis is carried out by applying 3-phase short circuits at critical points of the network and observing how harmonic and stability in the system. The simulation was carried out using ETAP 19.0 software which was used to model a network of 20 kV distribution systems from the Substation of Meulaboh city. Simulation of existing conditions and after penetration shows that each bus has total harmonic distortion voltage and total harmonic distortion current values below the allowable standard. In addition, the results of the power flow simulation in the existing conditions experienced a voltage drop.","PeriodicalId":406626,"journal":{"name":"2022 6th International Conference on Electrical, Telecommunication and Computer Engineering (ELTICOM)","volume":"177 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116642058","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, this research aims to help prospective gadget buyers determine which gadget to buy or use using profile matching method. After determining the gadget to be purchased, when the buyer wants to buy it at the nearest store, the buyer will look for one store by one without knowing whether the distance traveled is optimal. For this reason, it requires a very accurate instrument to measure the parameters in the upper-air. Radiosonde is an instrument used for upper-air observation and this study developed a radiosonde that is capable of measuring temperature, humidity, and pressure. The radiosonde of the previous study has a lower temperature measurement accuracy; thus, this study implemented a sensor data fusion to improve it. Also, the proposed radiosonde is compliant with the WMO standard data format which is the Binary Universal Form for the Representation of meteorological data (BUFR). This allows different weather agencies to utilize this radiosonde. Laboratory testing was conducted to determine the accuracy of the proposed radiosonde sensors. The test revealed 97.5230%, 99.8657% and 99.9949% accuracy for temperature, humidity, and pressure measurements respectively. These accuracies are much higher than the previous study. The BUFR data output of the proposed sensor was successfully encoded and decoded by integrating the ECMWF API to the proposed radiosonde system. This study was able to develop a low cost version of radiosonde.","PeriodicalId":406626,"journal":{"name":"2022 6th International Conference on Electrical, Telecommunication and Computer Engineering (ELTICOM)","volume":"86 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122493060","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It must be designed safely and reliably, considering the grid conductor spacing or grid mesh size and soil type characteristics. The best level of accuracy from the grounding system can be achieved through an approach based on the actual variation of the soil characteristics at the substation called the Multilayer Soil Model. Through this modeling, the security level of operators in the substation area and substation equipment will increase safety from leakage current disturbances, short circuits, lightning strikes, and switching, which can cause voltage abnormalities. This paper examines the optimization and design of a substation grounding system with a Multilayer Soil Model on 275 kV Nagan Raya Substation using XGSLab software based on IEEE Std SO-2013 Standard. Based on the results of the simulations, the most optimal grounding system design for the 275 kV Nagan Raya substation is the design of a grounding system with a grid mesh size of l2xl2 meters with the highest mesh voltage value (Em) is 985.30 Volts.
